The restaurant staff members were pretty rude, we ordered coffee and shakes and were working from there but they disconnected our wifi and said that wifi is for in house guests only. It is a shame that such a big hotel can't even share wifi to the people who wanna dine in :)

Been here many times for coffee and snacks. New Ice-creams, are one of the best in the city. Tasted the best strawberry ice cream ever.

Had a great time here. The place has a peaceful vibe to it. The food is good and I recommend trying their bakery items, they are delicious.

Expensive but worth the ambience, quality of food and service. The bakery is great, you will find something for your taste. Two different rooms have two very different vibe, loved the silent jazzy vibe of one of them. The greenery and white decor is definitely soothing for eyes and mind.
The best thing about this place is, you will get variety of quality hot and cold drinks in a very cheaper price.

The ambience is good. The hospitality is even better. But the food is not upto the mark. The authentic taste that you might search for will be absent. The name of the dishes doesn't match with the ingredients.

This is a lovely cafe and patisserie in Jehan Numa palace hotel. Excellent coffee and cakes. Great ambiance and good crowd. Great place to meet friends.

I found it overhyped. It’s a palace turned hotel. Ambience is good,but not great. I went to their cafe. Ordered egg florentine, it was one of the worst i have ever had in india. It was not at all cooked properly, only that it looked good. Blueberry cheesecake pastry was good and yummy. Also tried paneer manchurian croissant and spinach corn croissants. Both were just average. Food can be improved. Service was prompt.

Nice shop to have coffee and tea. You can get light snacks as well. Maggie is always available. Few other shops like Pan shop, milk corner are also there near by. Shri Mahakaal coffee shop is located opposite to Doordarshan Kendra
