A warm and friendly vibe with cheerful staff. I was fortunate to be travelling through Sydney Olympic Park and stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my eggs on toast with a side of bacon, halloumi and hash brown. A delightful experience and one I would recommend to others.
This is the go-to spot for my morning fix of coffee and bacon and egg roll. The owner and the barista, Nina, are absolute gems with the friendliest attitudes and smiles.
It's my favourite place to go for when I want to work my laptop. It has a big and bright space.

This is the place where I get my mocha (almost regularly). Best mocha in Sydney. I would highly recommend it. ☺️ I get their Acai bowls on a weekly basis too. I believe they must put some addictives in there too cause I’m hooked. 10/10 will be back. Also, their large coffee is very large so be wary when you order large size here.

We celebrated my Son’s first birthday and the venue went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely day. The food was great, service was exceptional. Thanks Team!

Always buzzing with people and pets. the staff attracts customers with their friendliness, posiitve aura and ever welcome attitude. What a brilliant start to a day with their breakfast. Filling, good portions. quick, hot and just sumptuous. I can just travel back to Oz for few good places like Mellow Me!
We ordered Mellow me burger, French omelette with extra spice, Breaky with avacado. In beverages, a detox smoothie along with Cappuccino was ordered. The food looks so tempting and trust me it is worth your time spent there.

Food was great, however the service was appealing .

Along with 10 other dishes, we ordered 3 servings of eggs, bacon and toast.

When we received our order, we explained the order was incorrect. Instead of changing the hash browns to bacon. We were told, that we had to pay extra for bacon due to their mistake.

Such a simple fix. Yet the demeanour of the waitress was poor.

We were later explained there will be a charge for “ice”, which I have never experienced. But I guess there’s always a first.

I understand that they are busy, but the poor service is unnecessary.

Really nice to sit outdoors by the water and have a cafe meal. I thought the mushroom dish was delicious; cooked with care (nicely glazed and not rushed!) and well thought out flavour combinations. I wish there was a second slice of bread with it, so it lasted even longer!

This cafe has such a welcoming and artistic interior design I love it so much. The staff are also lovely, who are always ready to have chat and have a smile on the face. The main barista is amazing, and his coffee is perfect. The food is delicious, but also nicely plated and aesthetically pleasing.

A nice riverside cafe with tasty food and good coffee. Great place to grab something to eat on a day at the Armoury. Very family friendly.

What a great place!............it could be. Came here for lunch on a Friday.
Place didn't seem to busy and noticed it changed to order at the counter from previous table service.
It felt very improvised with a makeshift order counter set up.
The menu is basic with very little culinary challenges.
We ordered prawn tacos and a beef burger. Both are over $22 items so I expected simple fresh food.
We got precooked angel bay burger patties with the cheap and nasty American style burger cheese.
Tacos also precooked battered prawns.
Somehow quality is going down everywhere and prices are going up.
I don't mind paying good money but not for cheap and nasty stuff I could do better at home.
Sorry won't be back anytime soon.

We stopped for coffee and cake after pulling up by the wharf on our kayaks. We wished we had time for lunch as the menu choices looked great. Our coffees and cakes were great. Glad they could fit all 6 of us at short notice as they were quite busy.
Nice spot, but they never seem to be open anymore. Sign says they are open Fridays but today (Friday) they were definitely not open. Or perhaps they close before midday now? No hours are available, so who knows...

We've been going here since the kids were small and through its various iterations before and after the original cafe here burnt down. Great location and lots to do with or without kids. And a fair bit of interesting history too. So the cafe is well located has a great atmosphere. Food was OK with quite a few interesting breakfast/brunch options though an egg scrambled in way not seen before. We experienced some shoddy service and a bit of attitude from the wait staff but it was a sideshow to a nice outing to the Armoury Reserve.

My food was very nice. The staff were accommodating. The tea was average, but at least it was tea leaves and not a bag, though the pot I had was dodgy, and the leaves spilled I to my cup. It was quickly replaced with a fresh new pot, so there were no dramas. Great spot overlooking the river. The best thing is you can walk off your food afterwards by going for a lovely walk along the trail.

A hidden gem along the river. The staff were great spot for a weekend brunch. This place get packed so make sure you come early.
We went to the park on Anzac Day, quite busy with lots of people. But staffs are not honest, as my friend asks for sandwiches, they said they sold out.But after 5 mins I came back to them buying more food for my kid. They have sandwiches showing there. And I ask them to toast the sandwiches, inside it’s freezing like coming out from freezer. I went back to the guy, showed him, he touched it, they only thing he said it’s sorry, that is it. Hope someone in charge seeing this and train the staffs properly.
Blaxland Riverside Park Kiosk is a hidden gem located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park. The park is huge, but this kiosk stands out as one of the best places to grab a bite while enjoying the scenic views of the river.
Handy place close to waterpark for a coffee, water or ice cream treat. I don’t recall them doing hot chips here. Toilet round the back I heard was pretty disgusting but not sure if it’s their responsibility to clean or not

I was a little apprehensive about eating here following all the negative reviews but am pleased to say it was a great experience. The cafe is right on the river and the outdoor area of the cafe had a nice atmosphere and great waterview. It was fairly quiet mid week mid morning so we were seated quickly. You can either get up and order at the register or do it at your table online. The online order was easy to place and the food arrived quickly. Very generous portions, tasty food and average prices - $30 each for breakfast and a coffee - which is what I pay at any other cafe. Will come here again.
Good place to have some coffee and ice-cream for children.
An amazing playground best in Sydney

A workmate recommended this place and it is now my go-to for my morning coffee. They easily have some of the best coffee and food in SOP. Tried their their tradies roll and chicken burger, both of which were made with great care and love. The staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere of the place is just perfect.

My only gripe with this cafe is they close at 4pm because I would love to stop by here to finish my work in the afternoon!
A very fine Eggs Benedict with perfect eggs stacked on two slices of toast. Excellent coffee. Topped by great service.
Apart from a beautiful looking and relaxed atmosphere, the bacon and egg roll from here was absolutely delicious. Took them up on the $12 deal of bacon and egg roll and a coffee (substituted for a chai latte) and was not disappointed. I chose the aioli as the sauce but there were plenty of other options to choose from. Try it. You will be glad you did l. Service was good too (except 1 very miserable member of wait staff, hopefully she's ok!)
Great vibe and decor. Friendly staff. Colleague and I enjoyed our latte and mocha. BIG is an understatement describing the size of their cookies. If you're a cookies fan, you will enjoy your visit when you see the size of their cookies.

Such a cute little gem just opposite the vaccination hub! The location is perfect to get coffee & food after your jab and they’ve got a great selection of coffee, smoothies, juices and healthy food. Came here a couple of times and the service was on point - super friendly and smiley. The pastries were delicious. We ordered the harvest bowl as takeaway and it was good but somehow grainy - I’m not sure whether they’ve rinsed the veggies properly as I constantly felt like I was biting on sand. Otherwise I’d given 5 stars because their service is outstanding.
Not gonna lie, I was expecting an average standard cafe chicken burger but instead I was surprised with something better. I was surprised with a decent chicken burger with a charcoal bun. The burger is a nice savoury sandwich of breaded fried chicken thigh, american cheese (I think), slaw, shredded granny smith apple, (I also think) corn, sweet chili sauce, another sauce that accompanied the slaw and definitely another ingredient or two.

The seasoning, the chicken and the sweet chili sauce create a nice savoury prominent taste while the slaw, the second sauce and other greens balance the flavour profile by pairing the meat with a fresh salad.
Buuuut that’s pretty expected with any burger with greens in between. What I’m trying to say is that the amounts were perfect and that none of the ingredients were overpowering.

The charcoal bun’s taste and texture was surprisingly similar to that of a fresh brioche bun. So instead of crunching away at dry bread like you would expect from a cheap homemade burger from a school fair (Not that that’s bad, I love these things too), You would eat a soft and sweet bun that doesn’t crumble in your hands but pillow in your mouth.

Now this was ordered during a quiet hour in the middle of a COVID lockdown with ‘stay at home’ orders (I was getting my vaccine today and the vaccination staff told me to come back because I was too early so rack off), so I was fortunate enough to receive a burger that was made by someone who could take their time. So to me, this is another fortunate surprise of spending $20.

Absolute huge compliments to the cook and management for organising decent food. Definitely recommend the chicken burger from the Conservatorium in Sydney Olympic Park.
Very nice place to take coffee ☕️
big and good for kids.
