Cafe Cuba is a cozy restaurant with a relaxed ambiance. The menu offers a variety of delicious Cuban dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Worst staff behavior. I just ordered tea and bread omelet. Tea had too much milk and for bread omelet they made me wait for half an hour. They just made an omelet and put a small piece of bread on it. For that they are charging 60 rupees. And that too they wasted my precious vacation time. Hope your cafe gets closed

Just making a omelet and putting a small slice of bread doesn't make it cheese bread omelet. And change the name in menu. What do you mean by cheese omelet? Who gives parotta with omelet. this was a quick brunch before our way to banyan tree homestay.

I am a person who loves the vibe and food of the place! This place is on my wishlist during my visit to kochi and I absolutely love hanging out here.

One of the very famous cafes of fort kochi. We went here on one January afternoon and it was a delightful experience.
We felt they need improvement in terms of staff. A little slow service. Had french press coffee which was awesome.
Also tried french fries and pancakes which were lovely.
The rates are fine not too high.
The ambiance of the cafe is good. They have indoor as well as outdoor sitting. Overall it’s great.

I was here with my friend on a Monday afternoon. The place has both outdoor and indoor tables. The vibe is great with a mixture of both antique and modern elements and a lot of plants and creepers. The food (chicken grilled cheese sandwich & chicken sprouts salad) were decent. The service was a little slow. They have tables suitable for couples, small groups and few high chairs with great views of the street. The price was reasonable for the portion and quality of food.
It’s one of the popular cafe spots in fort kochi. Went there mainly for banoffee pie and it was incredible. Very calm and relaxing place. Nice interior and good servicing
Had a lovely cup of cardamom coffee here - really delicious black with a little sugar. My partner had a delicious iced coffee. They make their coffee strong in a French press. Will be back for espresso soon. Lovely atmosphere and a talented local artist was painting a mural whilst we were there.

The excellent presentation of the food, the great service, the beautiful ambiance... It's very much a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience, and right in the heart of the best/tourist-friendly area in Fort Kochi. Worth a visit, for sure. 👍

While staying over at No.18 hotel we had our breakfast at Qissa and they didn’t disappoint. The breakfast here is really good compared to the other options around the area. The first morning I tried the Keema omelette and following morning we had the pancakes which was pretty good. The coffee is not bad as well as they ground the beans to order. I feel that the french press is a better option. The feel inside is awesome as it’s pretty chilled and has a very relaxing feel to it.
Ambiance and the vibe is really good.
Watching the street and people from the window is something all together new experience.
Cleaning and the service is fine.
Had garlic pasta. That was the only reasonable option for a vegetarian. Taste and the quantity is very sufficient.
So is the price.
If you like the aesthetics and non vegetarian, without a second thought go for this cafe in the evening time.

Bought the fish off the boat folk on the boardwalk took it to cafe cuba. It was cooked for 200 rupees. per item additional great Italian salad and French fries. Clean, professional, good staff good atmosphere. Would highly recommend.
Rooms have an ethnic look. The location is excellent, right in the heart of things. The service is excellent. The host doubles up as an excellent guide. For those who know him, Yesudas' ancestral home is next to this one.
Part of Eat Kochi, just give them the fish that you buy and they make the most tastiest dishes out of it. The only irritant is the flies otherwise it is quite clean, tidy and airy. Must visit place for those who love fish.
The cheese cake was below average. The fries took a while to come but they were okay. All our drinks were not up to the mark. The ambience was the only good thing about our experience.

We discovered this absolute gem while walking in Kochi when we were visiting Jewish synagogues.
It will give you old school vibes but there menu is very hip.
From pictures, to antique switches, to furniture to old telephone booths, and old style windows looking into the streets, everything was picture perfect. A place where you would like to sit for hours and just talk and relax.
We ordered the Russian pancakes that came with ice cream and fruits and Cajun spicy sandwich, and both of them were 5/5 - on presentation, taste and portion sizes.
Must must visit if you are in Kochi!

Well made western style coffee is hard to find in Kochi. This is one of the best. Nice spot to people watch too.
A lovely cafe with a cute window setting to peek out to the streets of Kochi. The burgers and sandwiches were yum and the beverages were refreshing.
Great place to have a bite of Sandwich and a Cup of Affogato, their brownie with ice cream was added to my favourites.
Really bad experience. We ordered the drinks and got them after almost an hour. The staff were always staring us, and we had no privacy.

Very disappointed with the food and their response and service. The reviews were good so thought of giving this place a shot. I ordered a tuna sandwich and they gave me some thing else. I asked them is the stuffing is really tuna because it doesn’t look that at all. The manager or owner he said this is the fresh form of tuna. I was not satisfied with his answer but he didn’t bother just left. I was expecting he would replace the food or give a new one. But I just have to pay for my unfinished sandwich and leave. I have had tuna in multiple places before as sushi, salad and sandwiches, this was the most weirdest sandwich I ever had. The worst part is the way they reacted for it.
5 star because this was a monument and the uncle there was very kind to us and for the fact that whenever we exited we would see tourists taking pictures in front of our gate.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Loafers Corner Cafe, and I must say it was a delightful experience. This quaint cafe offers a peaceful ambiance, making it the perfect spot to enjoy good food and engaging conversations with friends.

Went to this place for it's artefacts, however we got a worm inside the mojito that we ordered, told them about this and showed it. They did not even apologise, on top of that we had to ask for replacement. On replacement they gave us some soda mixed with ice instead of mojito, again asked them and they put some syrup inside soda and brought it. It was as if we were burdening them. The staffs are not welcoming at all.
I happen to be having a really bad day while I was visiting Jew Town. After visiting the synagogue, I stopped by this cafe for some refreshments. I sat there for like 10-15 minutes during which I order two ice teas. After which the lady running the cafe asked me to leave in an extremely condescending manner.

Had heard about this place so dropped in for a coffee and a snack. Disappointed with the quality of the cappuccino and the chilly cheese toast. Also the dirty, unwashed cutlery. Though the gentleman there quickly took the spoon away, stood there as he had it washed, and then brought it back with a pleased smile, I had to wonder at their general sense of hygiene.
Mocha Art Cafe offers food at slightly higher prices, with a minimum cost of Rs. 70. The Mojito we had had an average taste, neither exceptional nor disappointing. The cafe boasts appealing aesthetics, and the service provided is also pleasant.

I have been here for evening snack I have ordered crab 🦀 soup , which was delightful, the ambiance is perfect , the staff is good , had a very good experience they have good menu too , which is pocket friendly, if you are walking around the Jew street in Kochi I recommend you to visit this place , the only issue is poor network if you are trying to pay them trough upi , they don’t accept card , so better carry cash if you are visiting this place

@ Fort kochi, Superb American breakfast with multiple options in chicken, beef kheema, eggs..and so on. Clean and cozy. Economical Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Must try the chocolate cake.

The Espresso they offer is very tasty and strong and also the Lassi was good. The service should be improved, as the two guys weren't really friendly. The don't offer food on Saturdays just few juices, coffee and Lassi. The shop is very huge and offers a big variety of amazing but very expensive clothes, bags, writing books and so on (compared to other similar places its too expensive)
Excellent Americano and Lassi. Seating is spread out between stylish clothes and merchandise. Very cozy and relaxing place to enjoy our drinks.
Cute little spaces they have inside and outside within the store. My friend and I had a Cappuccino, sat for a while, spoke to few people. Beautiful and cozy space. 💛

We waited for half an hour for 4 cups of tea and 4 sandwiches. Got only 2 sandwiches, apparently they forgot about the other 2 sandwiches. We ordered the chicken and cheese sandwich, the sandwich was basically slices of bread and cheese with 90% onions, lots of weird-tasting mayo, and very less chicken. I was glad that they forgot to serve the 2 sandwiches. The service is poor, the food is way below average, and the cost is too much for the quality of food they serve.
Fort kochi has its own vibe and this place makes the best of it. Located in a strategic position, cafe bridge inn is hospitable and warm. The service is a bit tardy and amenities are often lacking in maintenance. However the food makes up for this most of the times as the non veg dishes are neatly prepared

Good looking, hygienic cafe at fort kochi. It is situated near Delta Study. Comparatively the price is very low. Good ambience and excellent service. At evening live fish Frying facility is available.

Worst way of serving with worst staff. Was tired and just wanted to have a sandwich and tea.. sandwich was cold and tea so bland. Ambiance looked good from outside but didn’t match the quality where it mattered. Get your basic food right and please don’t serve Ketchup in bottle taken out of fridge directly.

Tranquil. With crowds being non existent, I highly recommend taking a walk through Jew town and grabbing a bite here. Prices are at tourist levels (Rs.90 for a noisette/~ $1.2, the crepe looks decent, the grilled cheese is homely.)

Cafe mattanchery Is a simple and beautiful cafe located in the heart of Kochi .the cafe has great ambiance and the bakes they serve are one of the finest in kochin my visit was at the time of covid outbreak the precautions they have taken is religious and the staff delaings are with atmost hospitality
Very very bad experience from the security.. as we were entering into the cafe from the Synagogue side, the security is asking weather, that are you going out through the shortcut, (as it have a passage to the another side). He was asking this without any respect or he don’t keep any decency in his talks.. when i shouted, and ask that guy, why the hell you are asking this to us, we are going to have something from the cafe.. then i moved inside and brought a bottle of water can came out.. beware to avoid this when u visit synagogue..
It's not everyday that you head into a cafe and you instantly feel relaxed and blissful. Maybe its artistic feel of the place or the food or both, it is an amazing experience. We ordered the vegan option of cold coffee (with cashew milk) and ice cream, which was spot on as far as taste and the affordability goes. A must stop destination in Mattancherry!
Had a great lunch here thanks to Mahaboob who made it all possible! Bought the fish at the in-house fish market where all the fish was amazingly fresh. The meal was prepared exactly to outlet liking. Wonderful local flavors from the freshest products!

Slight bit expensive. But nice to see inside. Extends to the other side of the road. People are little curt and asked us not to click photos. And there are hardly any customers. But the place looks nice. Stuff to buy and there is a display as well.
Cafe Cuba has lovely food. The fish is fresh and they prepare it very well. The food tasted delicious .The service yet is a bit slow.I have visited this place twice so I really enjoyed it and would love visiting it when ever I visit fort Kochi.

Nice relaxing lunch on the balcony with great food & friendly waiters. Food is western style, which is nice for a change. Well worth a visit. here are delicious pancakes. but a poor vegetarian menu. of all points, I was only 2-3. a cozy balcony, but be ostrodny and stairs. here delicious could chocolate. Food is good. Warm service. Portions more than enough. BEAUTIFUL ,pretty exterior..With potted plants and some cute paintings. Excellent cheese omelette...allover nice

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The owner George was unbelievably helpful and a super host. The room we stayed in was mind blowing, the two double beds were fab and we were able to watch all of the new years build up on the street outside. The house has been used in the film Big B, expect slot of locals taking pictures of the building outside.

This place definitely serves the best coffee in and around Jew town .they have a wide range of rugs and scarfs and even the clothes are good . The coffee tables are well arranged in styles one had a radio ,one had camera and so on .... and more over this place has a collection of books for a good read while having coffee . The place must be given a visit while in kochi.

While roaming through the Jew town we luckily went inside this, as the name suggests, CLASSIC cafe. Such a beautiful place it is! We spent almost an hour just looking the paintings.
And the quality of food and beverages was also very good. Had cucumber juice which was very tasty. Liked this unforgettable place very much. A must see for a tourist if you are nearby...

Guys... When we went to Abad hotel after a tiring day out.. Firstly the waiters said us to sit in the mattanchery cafe just in the same building and provide us with both the menus.. But the menu was for sake.. When we were about to order they announced us the stuffs they just had in there.. In Biriyani.. Only chicken Biriyani.. Unfortunately we ordered it.. Half heartedly hoping at least it wud be better rather than any other shops.. But guys trust me.. The worst Biriyani anyone cud ever have.. Biriyani rice cold enough.. Chicken not even half boiled.. And to add on when we put on the rice into the plate.. The water which was remaining after washing the utensil just dripped into the plate.. When asked what was it.. Waiters do not even have the courtesy to ask sorry.. Just ran in transferred into another vessel.. And billed it under cafe mattanchery.. Poor presentation of food.. Just thumbs down..
Very cosy place to sit, super friendly staff. They are super flexible on their menu (for example changing cowsmilk for plantbased milk, if you bring it yourself - go go for lactose intolerant peeps!-). Also very good coffee btw

Great place! we had breakfast there twice, the sprouted mung salad is very good. Nice sized portions and not too expensive. I would definitely go back again.
A really good place with friendly staff. We tried pancakes, chocolate and one with ice cream. It was good but we felt portion could have been bit less. We were getting little high on the sugar! :P
