Service, as in appreciating customers' business, well, they don't get it. God forbid have an issue with anything...cuz you're instantly deemed to be a problem. It's kind of like you're being served by little robots that still need the lesson about how to graciously deal with people. If you can suffer through that it's a nice, affordable place to have nice things. Oh the the hours vary enormously. Kind of like:

Great food and service. Nice seating inside, on sidewalk, and in garden patio out back. Perfectly sized sandwiches - not huge like some places but plentiful. Good value ($7.25 for sandwich + chips) although different price online - cash only.
It’s hilarious how the coffee bar has been here for so long but they cannot hire a reliable barista for the place. We were told it opens at the current barista’s whims. Whenever they feel like opening it and at whatever time. LOL.
Seems it's permanent closed.
The barista at this particular location was friendly, helpful, and fast with my order. One thing to be aware of though is that since this location is inside a Safeway, there is a very limited selection.
I ordered a hot vanilla Latte. It was made poorly made and taste disgusting. It's taste heavy and oily the girl probably used the wrong type of milk. It taste more like half and half milk. I do not smell or taste the coffee in it. Didn't have the foam in the latte. It feels like the wrong milk was warmed up and vanilla syrup was added to the the milk.

Cute eclectic cafe with a relaxed area and fantastic backyard patio area. It's a one lady operation but she's efficient and patient. Meal size was perfect and delicious. My new favorite spot.
In the past half year or so of going to Whole Foods I have not once seen them open. Doesn't matter if it's morning, evening, weekday, or weekend. Are they permanently closed?

They don't have a schedule, it depends on your luck if they are open or not.
it's a chill place, and the food is cheap. Vietnam style coffee, nice sandwiches. The outdoor area is hidden while you won't see that from the front door. It's a cute vintage place just like the other shops in Nile.
Limited hours.
The barista was doing dishes and talking away with the cashier while we stood there waiting. Cafe late tasted like milk with little coffee.
Such an awesome little jewel. Warm atmosphere, good food, in a really cool building. The portion sizes are perfect for those of us that don’t want 3 meals in one sitting. The house coffee is strong and delicious. We will be back! Thank you!

Ordered 2 lattes to find out they didn’t put the coffee in it, just some almond milk, even tho I ordered lattes with whole milk. WTF, guys?
My experience was one of the worst the cashier was very rude. Seems like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Well I'm from Stockton ca. So I'm used to rude but this guy was above and beyond rude. If people hate there jobs that much they should probably stay home. Not ruin everybody else's day.

Great breakfast!!!!! The bread is homemade and everything is cooked to perfection! My omelette was amazing! The scramble and the french toast were both incredible! I would really suggest thus place! It is a small cozy cafe with lots of paintings and murals all over the walls! You will never get bored with all if the different colors and many details! Its in the heart of Niles too! So you can enjoy a beautiful stroll downtown as well!
