Fantastic coffee place, however, they should really update their hours online. Everytime I've made the trip out, there's been a sign on the door saying they're closing an hour early. This wouldn't be an issue if they updated their hours of operation so that people can plan better.

We stood at the counter for five minutes as one employee after another passed before us, seemingly intent upon ignoring us. After over five minutes of standing there, being ignored, someone asked if we'd been served. Our orders were wrong, and when my wife went to point out she had asked for a salad, not chips, we were brought another plate of chips. The drink I ordered was half filled. We had to look over the entire restaurant to find one clean table. All the others were filthy. If this had been a one-off situation, I would have simply let it go, but this has been the same story nearly every time I've tried this place. Staff that ignores patrons, apparently incapable of cleaning tables, or getting simple orders right; WHY would I want to pay $35 for a lunch like that? NEVER AGAIN. Caveat emptor.

My boyfriend and I decided to try a new coffee shop for our anniversary. And I am so glad I chose Kru! The staff was incredibly friendly and I can’t wait to come back and try more. I have severe allergies and every staff member went above and beyond to grab me ingredients and give me the breakdown of their in house made items to ensure my safety. Trusting someone with food safety is a big deal and I’m so thankful to come across a local business that was willing to ease my mind. We will be back!

Trendy coffee spot in beautiful downtown Glens Falls. It was quiet enough on Friday morning for us to sit outside and discuss business with a new associate. Coffee was yummy and so was the avocado toast.

Everything about Alif is awesome, from the samosas and the rolled ice cream all the way to the staff. It’s so nice to have culturally diverse food choices in Glens Falls. Thank you to Mohammed for the great somosas!

I ordered them through door dash because I am working. Well it came super early orderit for 1. The door pick it up at 12. Food was cold. So I called them and basically got told it is not my problem. Well it is your problem now. I have worked it restaurant with door dash the order doesn't just pop up after you order it. The price is not wroth the size you get. If I could give them no stars I would. I will never order from here again.

I can not say enough good things about Kru. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming. The staff were so friendly and gave the perfect recommendations. We recommend the cilantro lime and the Sriracha bacon. Oh my goodness, that bacon was AMAZING! Staff accommodated me with my tea requests. The decor was perfect as well and consisted of a couch, bar seating, and table seating. If you are in Lake George. Make a stop here.

Kru Coffee in Glens Falls is a 40 min. drive for us. But, when my brother came into town and said, "Take me to your favorite coffee shop, this is where we picked. We like the quality of the coffee and we love the food as well. We will continue to return.

Incredible coffee shop. I had a light roast pourover that was so delicious! I will definitely be back here when I'm in the area again.

Very cute cafe with a variety of breakfast and lunch items on the menu, delicious coffee and pleasant atmosphere! We tried it for breakfast, came back for lunch, and ordered a take out! Do not miss it if you are in the area!

My son and husband loved the atmosphere, very artsy and most importantly the food. My picky eater, 11yrs old, ate his eggs and bagel like a champ. He said they were soft and tasty. We also ate some delicious pastries. Everything looked fresh! And my husband returned for lunch! Great pricing too.

Food and coffee are good. I love their breakfast sandwiches. Their spicy aioli and maple sriracha bacon are really, really good. That being said, their service is lacking.

The young lady behind the POS this morning, 6/16 @ 7:45am, messed up two of the three items I ordered. Got the wrong bread and bacon on my sammy and we did not get our drip coffee until after the sandwich came out, at which point I had to grab her attention by raising my voice. Mind you, she poured about 6 drips for others after she took our order. She definitely didn’t forget to make sure I saw the tip selection on the cc machine while she was taking our order though.

Delightful coffee spot. Staff was friendly and cheerful. We had breakfast sandos and a cinnamon roll with cold brew coffees. All of it was as good or better than anywhere else we've been. Very glad we stopped by.

Absolutely lovely coffee shop. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff/baristas were super friendly and the food was incredible. The chocolate croissant was to die for. The coffee was strong and delicious. If we happen to find ourselves in the area again we will certainly be back.

While I have mixed feelings about this place (two very different experiences) I did want to applaud them for bringing some delicious variety into the Glens Falls area. Especially delicious were the stuffed dates for holiday!

Unfortunately my second experience wasn't as exemplary. With a near empty space, it took about 35 minutes for food. Tea was forgotten, but when asked for - was delivered so hot, that it left lasting burns on the mouth, even after sitting for some time.

I would go back and give them another opportunity, as the people and menu are wonderful, but may hesitate to order hot drinks again.

Such a cute little place to stop into when you are driving around town and you want a bite to eat. The quesadilla was delicious and I enjoyed eating at this place because of the atmosphere and the friendly vibes this place set off. :)

We tried the Chicken tikka naanwich, beef kabab naanwich, samosa chat, veggie pakoras, chai and rolled ice cream. Food is delicious, did take some time to prepare but we were not bothered by the wait. We knew the food was being prepared fresh. The naanwiches are not your average naan rolls. Owner is friendly and checked in to ensure all was well.

WONDERFUL! We don't often get to Glens Falls, so this week while looking for a bite to eat my wife & I happened upon Alif Cafe and were intrigued by the menu - how lucky for us! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the food is what really shined. We are not unfamiliar with Pakistani cuisine, so we had the Chicken Masala and the Chicken Tikka, both with salad, and we shared a side of garlic naan. The chicken was moist and tender, and both sauces were right on in terms of spice and flavor. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the salads were a real surprise: tender and fresh baby spinach and green lettuce, red onion, and topped with a lovely garlic yogurt dressing. Side salads are often paid little attention in many restaurants, but here they are prepared with as much attention to detail as the main courses. The naan was fresh and doughy but airy inside, with a great char on the exterior. We can only hope the owners open a satellite in our neck of the woods!

Made an online order and then waited in shop. After 20+ minutes of waiting I went and asked where our order was and turns out it was just sitting on the back counter where we couldn't see it or get to it. They handed it to us but without the drinks. I had to reorder my coffee and my wife's shake.

The bagels were pretty good. The parfait was delicious and my wife really loved her protein shake. Unfortunately, I found the vanilla latte inedible. It was overly flavored and extremely bitter... Not sure what happened.

Lovely ambience, authentic Pakistani flavor presented in a contemporary style. Had a chat with the chef (Joe). His passion was visible in his conversation!!!! We ordered Butter Chicken with traditional naan in sandwich (Nanwich) and Chicken Tikka in Rice. Also Papdi chat was great.

SPoT Coffee is a great place to grab that morning cup of Joe and be on your way or sit down with your laptop and enjoy a full breakfast or lunch. The menu is large offering everything from omelets to smoothies to pizza and sandwiches and salads and a bit more.
The dining room is spacious, adorned with funky art and a whole wall of glass beaming in sunlight, while getting your fill of watching the passer-bys on the street. I had a 3-egg spinach feta omelet that more than filled me up. Enjoy!

Super cute place, lots of art on the walls. The whole front is glass windows/doors that open up to the street with outdoor seating. Big menu, the coffee was very good. They didn’t have that many pastries or sweet breakfast items to choose from. We got an omelet, it did take a while, but it was good. Seemed kinda pricey, but everywhere is these days.

So glad to have discovered this place in downtown Glens Falls! Great Chai and Tasty chicken bowl. Looking forward to trying many more of their menu items.
*updated to add* I've tried a few more of their menu items and all were delicious! Highly recommend their rolled ice cream for a sweet treat!
