We sit outside and waiter pass 3 times without noticing us. It took 15 minutes to get his attention. I literately need to start calling him and weaving around to attract his attention… Disaster service. Straw was cut very poorly with sharp edges…

Didn't have a chance to get the food or drinks here. It is written that the cafe is open until 1 am. When we came at 00:25 on Saturday and wanted to order cocktails, the waitress said that the cafe was closing. This is very strange, because half an hour should be enough to make a cocktail and drink it. We could see just a couple of clients in the cafe so the waitress was not too busy.

I have visited this place several times before and it was not bad: no smoking, tasty breakfast options, banana bread and quick service. Then it was closed and now a new opening happened few days ago. It was promising: they announced cheesecakes (syrniki) so i came to try them.
What can i say? I was absolutely disappointed. It’s not syrniki - there is no cottage cheese inside at all, it’s just pancakes!
Besides, waiting time was too long, watermelon fresh was not that fresh (although i was there around noon), waiter obviously had no clue about what’s in menu and what’s being served, after all, when i finally got my quasi-syrniki, i did not get fork to eat them.
Maybe other positions are not that bad but signature dish is an absolute fail/scam.

The caffe does not have the menu in Serbian, which I think is unacceptable and disrespectful. Even the sign telling that they don't accept bank cards is written wrong in Serbian. (It says "kartice ne rade". ) The waiter was so slow, we were waiting for coffee around 10 min , even tho we were almost alone there. I am so disappointed of the place. I really thought it'd be my fav place but nope.

Excelent service, very good food. Will come back with friends and or family.

Right in the middle of the downtown of Novi Sad. Great service even in busy hours. I had an amazing vegan dish. Menu looks good with the rest. Good coffee.

OK atmosphere is great. Server was kind. Food is disgusting. Just gross. Bad flavors. Not fresh. Just icky. Have not been impressed with serbian food and I think cuisine standards are very low hence the high rating. If you want a nice drink and some chill vibes good. Skip for a meal. Especially if you are a tourist.

If I lived in Novi Sad, I would spend a lot of time in this cafe.

It is a really nice environment, good coffee, fast Wi-Fi and suitable for working from a computer.

Not the best place I've been before but it's okay. We didn't reserve a table but still found a place to sit. Better to book in advance. Staff speaks English very well but sometimes they just forgot about our orders, had to remind them while they were talking with each other. Medovik was weird and has nothing in common with cake we used to eat in Russia for example. Tea was very good, though. So, in general it's okay 👍

Wonderful place, cozy atmosphere. Tasty coffee and smoothies. Oatmeal is beyond praise.

However, already a couple of times there was no salmon in the kitchen, and I had to eat a dish without it. Please don't forget to buy salmon 🍣 :)

The best: the cozy place. It is a small place but it has a good environment rather to talking to a friend or to work with some colleagues mainly because of their seats (large tables with low seats for groups and high seats for loners). They have a small menu but seems to be delicious for a brunch. I had a mocca coffee that was good. The staff speak English and were nice to me. You can pay by card.

Cozy and perfect place! Modern atmosphere. Smoking is prohibited. English speaking and very friendly stuff! You have a lot of variants of coffee and dessert bowls to choose.

I loved this place, just DON'T order the Pulled Pork Sandwich because I was sick ALL NIGHT LONG. Everything else I ordered was fine and I visited here several times. Great coffees and desserts.

Coffee is good, and it's smoke free, which makes a very cozy environment.
However, we placed our order and they brought a different dish missing most of the ingredients (ex. avocado, cheese, pumpkin seeds, etc.) saying 'we don't have that anymore'. They should have simply told us in advance 'we don't have that, would you like something else?' instead of bringing a random option.
