We give this place 4 stars only because we felt like there was way too much milk added to a latte drink, you almost could not taste coffee. However, this could be improved, otherwise this place is very nice.
Poor selection of vegetable milks. Only almond milk. The flat white with almond milk tastes quite poorly.
Best latte in Mexico by a mile. Really friendly staff, awesome branding and merchandise, and really tasty baked goods. This cafe, and its other locations, are totally worth a visit.
The only downside is most of the locations don't have great seating options if you want to sit there and enjoy your coffee. It is more of a to-go place.

If you are walking in Polanco and you want to make a stop for sending an email with your laptop, or write down some ideas, send the last deliverables on time, don't worry, you can come to this Starbucks. It is interesting and nice. With to levels, you can have a sit downstairs or upstairs. Perhaps, you gotta order something, which is more than normal. So enjoy the moment and do what you gotta do peacefully and tastefully.😉

Favourite coffee’s in Mexico City / Polanco. Very similar to Australian style coffee's. Strong coffees perfect amount of milk.

El lugar es lindo para platicar o si andasppr la zona darte un gusto para probar su plan o sándwiches. Los preciod acordes a la zona. Su toast de plátano con almendra es genial... de las cosas más ricas que he probado. El personal y el servicio son buenos.
Hice un pedido por Rappi de casi 6 o 7 piezas de pan (de casi 60 pesos cada uno) y se atrevieron a mandarme un pan todo viejo y rancio (obviamente era de otro día). No sé como se atreven a mandarlo así, me parece una falta de respeto al cliente. Me arruinaron el desayuno (tenía visitas en casa). Creí que por el precio estaría adquiriendo un buen producto. En fin, no vuelvo a comprar.
Great coffee. Flat white is strong and tasty - highly recommend. They also sell coffee beans and coffee-making equipment such as the Aeropress.

Lo único malo fue que uno de sus vasos olía a huevo y eso sí me dio mucho fuchi, pero pedí que me lo cambiaran.

El croissant de chocolate y el chocolate lo más delicioso. La focaccia súper rica junto con el latte.

Very comfortable place with quick service and quality coffee. Would highly recommend getting a warmed up chocolatín , absolutely delicious
The coffee is as you would expect in a Starbucks. The place itself is a bit depressing and there are no couches.
Very nice and smart shopping mall. A little on the expensive side but good quality. Places to eat on ground floor are worth checking out.
El pan está muy rico, tienen un tipo de masa muy diferente a otros, aunque no tienen un gran variedad lo que tienen es de gran calidad

The supermarket are huge, it has everything you might need and food central filled with alot of chairs and table plus there's live singing performance. Had my dinner there with maracuya margaritas. However, I've find there is not many option for food to choose here. Perhaps they can bring more kind of food in the food central, otherwise abit too wasted with the space.
Has enough shops for basic shopping needs. The supermarket is very good. Kids enjoy the chuck e cheese
Un lugar muy agradable donde se puede comer rico y llevar a casa pan recién horneado. Recomiendo especialmente el toast de salmón, los jugos de frutas y los scones.
Convenient, not over the top. Good for a quick grab and go. Also good for buying basic needs like groceries and office supplies.

Yum yum! I walked past this place today and quickly looked at their reviews. Found a few photos of almond croissant. Turned my back and headed in to grab one. Wow! It really reminds me of the almond croissant that I get from Matto in NYC. Haven’t tried their coffee or any of their drinks, but would love to stop by again sometime to do so. Good seating area inside as well as outside. Hope to stop by again!
This location has the best selection of cups. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a great location. I think this might be my favorite Starbucks so far. The ambiance is peaceful and it is aesthetically pleasing.

In comparison with other starbucks, this one is more quiet and convenient, has two floors and even tables outside, very spacious.
It's place mainly made to eat out and although some would call it a mall, it's a small one where there's a supermarket, fast food restaurants along with restaurants and a cinema. The only thing that I personally didn't like was that they allow dogs inside.
Very nice little coffee shop that I somehow missed and am very happy to have tried it today. I was going to order the flat white, but I but unfortunately they were out of all vegetable-based milk. So I ordered a cold americano and a carrot cake. They were both delicious.

This is a 2 floor store with plenty of seating space. The guys at the register were very friendly and tried to accommodate my order with my limited knowledge of Spanish. The drinks were standard quality starbucks drinks and the pastries were delicious - the white chocolate tart was amazing!
It is a nice mall with a great variety of reataurants. I felt this place it is more oriented for young families with kids. You will find chuck and cheese, 💇 for kids and a groceries shopping center. The restaurants are perfect to go with your friends and grab a quick bite or drink. They have a big parking lot but it is always busy. Great location and nice view.
They're remodeling the second floor now, but I love that the second floor was non-smoking and the smoking section was outdoors. I hope they keep the second floor non-smoking after renovation's complete!
It's a Starbucks. But the location is good, the outdoor seating is quiet, off the street, and nobody bothers you. Have sat for hours there.
