Wow! Ordered a jacket potato, pretty sure I've received a new potato. Beyond awful.
I'm not sure how you can turn up to Tesco's cafe before it opens when your food delivering it's cold. How can it be cold? You're better off going to the burger van on Holland road. At least the food hot absolutely! Revolting
I was served by a lovely lady called mira ( I think ) she was lovely excellent customer service was happy chatty and very helpful I'd give her 10 out of 10 unfortunately the blonde lady who was incharge who publicly had a go at her infront of customers can't cook an egg for toffee was rock hard !! 0 out of 10 for her !
they put boba balls in my salted caramel frappe and it tasted disgusting!
Frequented here a few times for lunch. Very nice sandwiches and always have gluten free bread, which is a must for me.

Awful! It took nearly 2 hours for a panini and a bagel. We ordered after the lunch time rush (14:15) and it arrived at 16:00.
Now cold and bland, just tasted of bread. Will never order again.

Very noisy place due to one person causing disturbance. Otherwise it would have been nicer

No sign on the door saying no dogs but would not serve me when I walked in holding my very small dog. Clear signage is a must in these situations.
Great selection of cakes! Emma makes an amazing cappuccino. 👏🏼 And the scotch eggs are superb 👌🏼
Staff was friendly but under alot of stress not any staff and low on food and drinks . I had to asked for my table to be cleaned.

Often come here for lunch. Mexican chicken panini is my particular favourite, and coffee is always good
Great place with super friendly staff. Love popping down for a snack and a chat.
Great choice of food. The scotch eggs in particular are amazing as are the cakes. Emma makes an excellent latte and service is always brilliant. Definitely recommend. My son loves watching the lorries go past out the window aswell.
I went to the Hive to get out and do some work today. Emma was lovely, great service and atmosphere. Food and drink was lovely too. Thanks!
Staff are super friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great visit. Hot chocolate is amazing and the cakes are to die for. Homemade scotch eggs are out of this world. Definitely worth a visit.
The place is lovey and cozy, and the staff are so friendly and kind! 10/10 would come again! :) Emma especially is so nice and talkative, love her
I went to Haverhill Costa 26/09/23 and bought a blueberry bouble frappe. And tbh is was very nice £9.31 for two drinks
Very limited choice of warmed up pre-made sandwiches in cellphone. They can’t even do a slice of toast.
The coffee was nice, the cup of teaspoons on offer on the counter were disgusting. I had to ask if they were supposed to be the clean ones or used ones. The young lady behind the counter then took them all and washed them up.

Lovely environment, with soft nice music playing the back ground. We sat in the window, which fully open so best of both worlds, warm and fresh air. Had coffee, tea, cake and tea cake. All was very good but I have lot of tea cakes and never liked this one, brown bread and not enough fruit. Will go back.
Great little cafe area within the Epicenter, nice straightforward food, good selection of cakes and amazing scotch eggs.
I go to the doctor very early in the morning every 2 weeks to have bloods taken. I was so happy to find that The Haverhill Costa Coffee is open from 7am so I can fortify myself with a muffin and cappuccino before having bloods taken. The staff in their are always so happy and friendly in the mornings, unlike me so it is very pleasant to sit and chillax. If I could I would give it 10 stars!
The staff was friendly. Ordered swiftly. Seem very busy here at times but was able to catch up with a friend and have a free Costa drink with my rewards and a cake for £1 it was great. Liking these rewards.
All I did was move the eggs, so can show what I was served. They even did not cut the toast with knife, but just split it with hands. No butter, it is impossible to bite this hard toast and didn’t really want to taste it to be honest, so just gave it back.

Lovely eaterie. Staff are always so warm, friendly and polite. The coffee is really good quality and quite honestly better than larger coffee chains. I really enjoy the amaretto latte here. Tea is always served in a pot and everything is presented so well. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. I recommend the fruit scone!
I popped in on a sunday morning(18/7/2021)for a fry up and couldn't have been more happy.
The 2 young ladys who were working were very polite and well spoken.
My food came out in good time and tasted so good, the hash browns were perfect.

Great place to eat, food great, taste fantastic all made fresh. Great staff warm and welcoming.now making fresh slushy my daughter had a rainbow slush it tastes amazing every child's love a slush . Great fresh squeezed juices amazing for your health full of vitamins. We love .
There has been quite a shift around of staff and most are new. Fairly friendly and the hot drinks are still good quality but how I wish the Baristas could manage the pattern on a flat white) I would question the cleanliness however. I could understand trays/ crockery and tables not being cleaned away if there were a skeleton staff but sadly this has not been the case. The toilets are on another level altogether, they absolutely reeked of urine, the toilet seat was stained, the sink was in need of a scrub and I only went in there to wash my hands before drinking my coffee. Come on Costa...
