Quite fast and one of the tastiest Starbucks in the town(just not sure I was starving or it was actually fact lol) Good branch if you need to stay long time for some reasons 👍🏻 no one will interrupt your work 👌🏻
Good place to study, work, read, socialize. Love the open space and big windows with great views onto the busy shopping street. It does get rather crowded in the lounge area and sometimes hard to find a space. Prices are Starbucks pricey as usual.
Their food is pretty good and they've also introduced vegan stuff in case you're interested in that sort of stuff.
Their coffee is a bit more controversial. A true connoisseur of coffee typically doesn't like it, although it does have a strong following of people that love it. Especially their pumpkin spice latte is really popular.

My favorite Starbucks in Vienna! 😻 Cozy, big, with a nice street view on the 2nd floor. I recommend trying Chocolate Mocha ☕️ with whipped cream 🤤🙏🏻✨
The staff Working on Sunday very rude. He was very No polite towards me but not the others I was very nice to him but why he acted like that I’m not a human being? Learn how to equally treat each customers

Worst customer service ever. Even one star is too much for you. If you can’t handle people telling you “speck“ instead of ✨bacon✨ you should move somewhere else or change your job.. My mom asked for double matcha shot and they put espresso in it, drinks made with disgust face expressions, overall 0 out of 10! And who can mess up with same ingredients anyway? All Starbucks taste the same but that one was the worst in my life!
We came with the kids to try the new Mango dragon fruit drink. However, I couldn't see the dragon fruit like in the picture, and I asked the staff, but they said they didn't put it in because they ran out of dried dragon fruit. So you shouldn't be selling it? We bought a mango drink without dragon fruit.
Very good service. Nice place to chill out and enjoy a coffee + muffin when in the mall. The staff is very nice and helpful.

This starbucks is bigger but somehow very cozy. It has a couple of tables in the "garden", on the street, which is in a part of Mariahilfer Straße which is almost always full, but not so loud.
Cappuccino with chimical wood flavored.... So disappointed.... Then I even had to point to the employee i wanted the ceramic cup instead of paper cup.... Because she replied "we don t have..." XD you don't have willness to keep the brand safe. Maybe "Sorry i am Italian" ?! It s not the point, Starbucks should be a good brand without be an Italian company
