I recently visited Caribou Coffee and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The AC is NOT On! And the main issue was the customer service, particularly the approach taken by the girl barista named Mads.
When I first approached the counter, Mads seemed disinterested and preoccupied. I waited for a few minutes before being acknowledged, which was the first sign of poor service. When Mads finally attended to me, there was no greeting or smile, just a flat "What can I get you?" This lack of basic courtesy set a negative tone for the entire interaction.
As I placed my order, Mads seemed impatient and did not offer any suggestions or clarifications. When I asked a couple of questions about the menu, I received curt, one-word answers that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The overall attitude conveyed by Mads was one of annoyance, which is entirely inappropriate in a customer service role.
The service was ok when i approached her and give her a feedback regarding my visit. She said she’s ok and she’s not doing it intentionally. But when I finally received my beef rolls, the other one is warmed but the other one is still frozen.
Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, especially in the food and beverage industry. Unfortunately, Mads' approach was a clear example of how not to treat customers. From the lack of basic politeness to the unwillingness to rectify a mistake graciously, every aspect of the interaction was disappointing.
I hope that Caribou Coffee addresses these issues and provides better training for their staff, particularly in customer service skills. Customers deserve to feel welcomed and valued, and my experience with Mads was far from that.
I will be hesitant to return to this location in the future even hesitant to refer this place unless I hear that significant improvements have been made.

Very impolite staff
I would say atmosphere was good but when we want over there I think they were not happy to serve us. Once we ordered and sat as normal guest I think after ur order is ready they ll come n serve u or acknowledge u that ur order is ready. Unfortunately they never did till my hubby want n asked the coffee was cold n I felt unprofessional behavior and environment. High disappointment.
Very Good taste. We tried their pistachio Kunafa, Lotus Kunafa and Nutella Kunafa. All were good

Very bad attitude personel. She is shouting loud when a customer coffee is ready. Everyone is disturbed. The setting is great here. People come here to have a peaceful moment with friends. When we approached her and ask her nicely not to shout for customers so loud, she answered back amd She turned the music high🤔

I love their strawberry banana and their iced spanish latte is good as well.
It is sad that most of the time their delicious chocolate croissants are out of stock not in this branch inly but in all branches

Some customer service people are horrible and sometimes there is no one at the counter! The tall philipino guy is horrible

The best caribou location till date , very peaceful and Bella has always been amazing .
Visited 28th September 2023 evening and as soon as I walked in there was a bad smell inside the store. This was a quite strong and it was coming in the entire store and smelled like dirty water. Absolutely disgusting. Informed the lady who took my order but she didn’t even care. She was not even interested even replying.

Was on a business trip, and passed by every morning to get a coffee. Connie was so nice, and started preparing my coffee beforehand when she noticed my daily visit.
This is located in times square and since times square never gets too busy on weekdays, it's perfect to come here and have a meeting or even work on your own. It's right in the center of the mall. The mall has 3 hours of free parking so that helps. I always only have coffee here, so can't comment on food.
Costa is my favorite branded chain coffee house. This branch is nicely located on the second floor of the mall which is adjacent to the Burjman metro station. The friendly worker was polite and knowledgeable and was hard working being the only person at the time of my visit. The coffee was great and hit the spot.
I used to order different coffee from them and it is on average. This time I ordered Avo Go Go Smoothies. This was delicious and prepared of fresh ingredients.
Prices are high compared to the served quality.

Very bad customer service. The Philippino lady cashier didn’t respect the customer and highly voiced when she talking with me she told me we don’t have amiricano go to another shop I didn’t see the worst customer service like her bad lady.

Nice coffee, good staff. I had two experiences to share in one of the incidence I was charged extra for the cream however in my bill it was mentioned that the cold coffee is with cream. Even then I was charged extra for the cream.
In the other incidence we usually go from our office to have coffee here. Their cortado's are good in taste and so are the other variety of coffees.

Great location to eat with a great ambiance. The staff are very attentive and the location is very clean, making the time there enjoyable. Highly recommended for a lunch and or dinner date
Cozy and comfortable coffee spot for work or just chilling, I recommend their tumblers they are very great and strong enough for traveling.
Am a regular customer of caribou since 7 years and am diamond customer of COFE application. Am facing very bad behavior from one Philipino lady staff which is very short. She behave very rude and badly. This is not at all acceptable. (Burjuman mall branch)

I am living south ridge for a long time. This coffee shop located on ground floor of southridge, people gathering after exercise or pick up baby. Coffee is better than some other expensive place. Also, nice place to eat breakfast.
My cozy place for my needed morning coffee and today was extremely meaningful when Vinesh handled me over the counter my specific drink before I even request it saying : i saw you parking and I made it ready ! That’s beyond satisfaction !

I love this place. You can't imagine how wonderful it is, when you have coffee sitting outside and enjoying the view of the park and burj Khalifa. Whenever I go there, I feel refresh without any concerns. Recommended.

I've been to many coffee shops and cafe's but there is something different to Costa Coffee, it's not because of the place, area, mall but the product that is served to you that makes a difference. It may be coffee (hot or cold) both are satisfying to one's requirement and it provides that balance which has that lingering effect and draws you back when you visit the place again or another joint of the same. Burjuman is a very special place for me and it reminds me of my early years in Dubai, however this joint is unique to me for my biz meets and I have a quite moment of conducting a chat with a perfect blend of both (eat & drink) the prices aren't cheap if your looking for quality as they serve very premium quality food that is worth ordering and having. The staff is cool, calm and collective and try to please as many customers they can, as one must try their wraps, grilled sandwiches & cakes which blend beautifully with a great cup of coffee, a highly recommended place and you'll experience a nice atmosphere of peacefulness and rejuvenate your mind. A must try if you happen to go there at this mall (Burjuman)

Unfortunately, after I was a loyal customer of Caribou, Mirdif Center branch for four years, I decided not to come because of the lack of professionalism of the manager of morning shift.
Where customers are treated like children, unlike the previous Caribou employees for four years, they were like family and at an excellent professional level..

Ich war etwas enttäuscht über die Präsentation der spezialkaffee Sorten. Präsentiert wurde der Kaffee auf dem Bild in einer Glas Tasse serviert wurde der Kaffee in einem Pappbecher, in der Art to go. Auch der Kuchen wurde serviert auf einem Pappteller mit Plastikgeschirr. Ich bin enttäuscht dass der Unterschied so groß ist zwischen Bild und Wirklichkeit. Ich bin hierher gekommen weil die Möbel, Stühle, Sofa gut aussahen und gemütlich daher dachte ich es wäre gut hier einen Kaffee zu trinken. Wie sich herausstellte ist es hier aber mehr so einer Art Schnellrestaurant oder schnell Kaffee also alles hoppop und to go. Nochmals leider nicht wie auf den Bildern präsentiert der Unterschied ist schon sehr groß.
I first time visit this carribou branch and order latte with skim milk. Coffe taste so bad. I demand to change and they changed but taste was same. Coffee definitely not fresh and taste is so bad. I don't recommend this branch.
Very bad quality. My wife and I, did not finish our food or coffee. Both tasted bad and my croissant was as fresh as a dead fish. One of those experiences that remind you why popular coffee shop chains are the safest bet as opposed to those small timers.

Im a fan of mocha drinks and I went here couple of times to try their drinks. And it's really nice!!! I liked their campfire mocha among others.
Their sandwiches and chicken terriyari rice bowl is really amazing, so tasty!

If you are in business bay and have time to spend waiting for some meeting or friend it's the best place to stay , 2 hour free parking and 4 hour of internet access
This is a newly opened branch. I loved it because it's very cosy and calm. You can work from there totally and find a parking slot easily. It's also next to the Canal, take a break and walk there.

The wraps we had were as dry and tasteless as they could be - that they ask you for money in exchange for this is astonishing. I'd question exactly how fresh this wrap was to be honest.....

Its a great cafe...understands and caters to individual liking. Was happy to get loctose free cappuccino in their souk al bahr branch. Very clean and socially distant arrangements.

Recently redecorated Caribou time square feels good. As always great coffee, nice atmosphere, super friendly staff. I do prefer it over the other commercial coffee outlets. I work here quite often.
