Great coffee, very pleasant atmosphere, and excellent service. Very nice terrace and cozy interior.

Aperol spritz was good. However we noticed that everyone else kept getting aperitifs with their drinks, but nobody even offered that option to us. Service wasn’t rude. It just felt little bit forced and unapproachable. Might be because we were talking English. (Also: It isn’t called Toffee Coffee Shop anymore)

My friend and I went for breakfast 2 days in a row because we loved it so much! The people are so nice and they have the best cappuccino (you can get it with cocoa powder on top) and the most delicious sfogliatella. Would recommend to anyone waking by that neighbourhood for an authentic experience :).
Got there early, was the only customer, I sat outside. Coffee was great, pistachio croissant was fantastic. The toilet door doesn’t lock so anyone can walk in on you, only number one, they have a strainer in the toilet so you can’t do number two.

The food and the ambiance was amazing . Liliana was our server and even if she didn’t understand every word I was saying she made it a point to accommodate me accordingly thank you for the wonderful expereince
We sit every evening here for 3 days while in Naples. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We order aperol spritz for my wife. She said it is really good. For me- Jack Daniel’s. Eating- mozzarella balls and pizza. Good products. The prices are reasonable and we cannot complain about anything. This place is truly Italian with Italian atmosphere. We recommend.
A fantastic Cafè just off of Via Toledo. I recommend trying the 'Nonno Freddo'. They also have a great, but limited selection of alcohol if you are in the mood for drinks as well.

Place no longer calls « Toffee coffee ». If you assume it’s something like specialty modern coffee place then unfortunately no. Just usual coffee place with quite bitter coffee as you find in bars or airport. They have vegan milk but cappuccino on soya milk + this little thing 4,5€
Great little place with air conditioning to take a break on walk around in Naples. Seating seems to be only inside, with a slightly odd setup. Server was very polite and welcoming, providing free snacks with our Aperol Spritz, very nice Aperol Spritz.

Found this little gem with great service and great cocktails. Had a fantastic aperol spritz and a phenomenal negroni. Fun vibe- can’t wait to come back.

I cannot recommend this place. There are daylight-colored, bright lights everywhere, the pizza was okay at best but mostly the service was terrible. There was a football match going on, so they charged each of us an extra high coperto per person, making our gathering for some pizza and a drink a lot more expensive than we thought. They didn't tell us about the extra fee beforehand. Also I had to re-order my pizza after twenty minutes because they had forgotten about it (probably because the staff was mainly focused on watching that same football match), so I ate half an hour later. We had to argue with the stubborn owner afterwards to get the fee down, but in hindsight I think we shouldn't have paid any coperto at all for service that was not delivered and staff that were watching a football match while they were supposed to work.

The food and the coffee were so good!!! The staff working there were also very friendly and made us feel very welcome! 😊🥐❤️
I have ordered Americano coffee and this is what i got as it shows in the photo. When i asked them nicely to change it, the lady waiter replied in a rude way ( that is our Americano ) . It is the same size of double Essperesso.

I walked in without any money and asking to charge my laptop so I can sort out my Apple Wallet situation (I had had my phone stolen the other day). They did everything they could to help and when I finally sorted it out the service and the food were terrific. I highly recommend everyone to drop by when in Napoli, you can feel the true Neapolitan spirit here :)
Super warm and welcoming host! Decor is cute and amusing. Strong cocktails and a lovely place to chill out.
Nice place with good amount of space for seating both inside and outside without feeling crowded by people coming in to order for take away. More seating upstairs as well. Note different pricing for ordering at table (sit down) vs ordering at counter (take away). Very friendly to everyone that comes in. Served glass of water with our coffee. Stuffed croissants very good, lots of chocolate cream (Nutella). Only bad part was the toilet - toilet is for pee only, which they make very clear with a strainer type thing in the toilet, and do not provide any toilet paper. Not a clean bathroom.
We went just to watch the Premier league, but the food was incredible. The pizza and pasta were genuinely better than a lot of fancier restaurants we went to. Delicious! Staff were incredibly helpful.

We just had two plates of pasta and two beers tonight. They hardly let us finish before we were told to leave. It was a football game coming up. We were not told that we could stay only for a short time. When ever we asked something you felt as you were bothering. They could not speak any English and had a very rude behaviour. We had actually planned to stay for a spritz but unfortunately we had to go to another place. What a pity. Not recommended . We have travelled a lot in Italy and this is the first time we felt not welcome. . By the way the food was not so bad considering it was a coffee bar restaurant.
We went here for an afternoon break, coffee, and pastries. We ordered two coffees and muffins - overall, we were not satisfied with the coffee and muffins. The muffins were dry and not that moist and freshly made. It was a bit of an unpleasant experience. With that price, we paid, unfortunately not worth it
Really nice little cafe in and around the train station. The workers are very friendly, service is very fast, and of course the food won’t disappoint ! I would explicitly shout out the Espresso as being one of the most delicious bitter punches to the face I’ve had in the morning. Also it’s definitely worth trying their pizza montanara, frittatas and if you’re in the mood for something sweet? They do have a great selection of gelato that is well worth it. Also, they are very affordable. I sat down and I had a sizeable breakfast here for only 8 euro !

Nichts besonderes. Essen und Service ehr durchschnittlich. Restaurant würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen, wenn man typisch italienische Pizza und Co. essen möchte. Für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch aber ok.... Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien ehr etwas höher.

Amazing service. Ordered the pistachio muffin and WOW delicious!!! the filling inside was incredible. The honey croissant was also very delicious and good cappuccinos too.
Lovely, quirky little bar on a side street in Naples, fantastic find. Friendly staff, superb atmosphere, and great price for drinks! Plus, the complimentary snacks were a bonus!
Really excellent cocktails at amazing prices! Too bad there's no outside seating, but everything else is stellar-- service, drinks, space. I had a shockingly delicious pina colada and hubby's Manhattan was one of the best we've had since leaving NYC. White lady was a crowd pleaser as well. Highly recommended!
The best coffee in Naples. After trying a few cafes I stumbled upon this place and I was pleasantly surprised with the best cappuccino and blueberry muffin I had in Naples, scratch that Italy. Oh, and they serve liquor too. Very friendly staff and great service.

Good place to get your morning coffee fix and some pastries to go. No seating area so you drink your coffee at the bar. I came here everyday as I always passed by the metro station while in Naples.
Really bad customer service. My dad and I were going to get a muffin and a croissant. We tried to order and they pointed to the other side of the room where you order drinks. The croissant and muffin were on their side though. When I tried to ask why she wanted us to go to a different line, I was ignored. She then served multiple other customers before I cut in and asked why I wasn’t able to order the muffin. She came over and pointed to the muffin and I said I wanted that one. She motioned for me to pay so I got my card and did. It was stressful and rude. I won’t go back there. Hopefully the muffin is good. If you speak English, they probably won’t help you. I just tried the muffin. It’s not audible. It tastes like soap in the texture of a sponge. Don’t both eating here. If you do, the mens side of the place is good, my sisters went there. Don’t waste your time with the woman’s side. Waste of money and time. Worst thing I’ve eaten.
We stopped by as it was the most convenient coffee shop outside Napoli station, the staff were arguing and being very loud and continued to do so and didnt care that customers were trying to enjoy their breakfast, coffee was horrible and tasted like water wasnt brewed enough, dont go here save your money
Order was forgotten... Waited 15 minutes for a cappuccino even though we were the only ones at the cafe... At least it was worth the wait... Cappuccino is good.

I absolutely LOVED this place! As someone who's lactose intolerant, I always expect the worst about food options on vacation. However at this place the very friendly staff gave me plenty options.
Anxious as I was to accept that I could just order a Salted Caramel Favored Iced Coffee with soy milk instead of cow's milk, the staff did everything they could to explain that, at this place, I didn't have to worry. So we ordered, sat down and relaxed.
I would definitely go back if I'm to visit Naples again.

What a wonderful little place, with good service, proper coffee, a wonderful decor and (important for is) alternative options.
After having explored Napoli’s castle we came down with the train to find a beautifully green region of Napel’s. Here we found this proper coffee place. My partner is very allergic to lactose, and we always have difficulty finding something special for him.
The baristas at Toffee were incredibly friendly and gave us decent information About the product and my partner was able to try his very first Iced coffee with Soy-Milk. He was estatic.
I chose a yoghurt with toffee, which was incredible. We were very pleased. If we had stayed longer we would’ve come back daily.

Amazing!! Went there around 2am and stayed a few hours. We had 2 bottles of wine and the man working was so helpful and nice!!! He brought us out so many plates of food to go with the wine, and pastries and shots of limoncello. If you’re looking for a great place to go, I would recommend this place.
