They’ve got to get a better system in place. They’re always putting the drive through and the mobile orders ahead of the enormous crowd of people who actually made the effort to walk into the place. What’s more insulting is that the mobile orders are just sitting there with no one claiming them while they continue to pump them out at the expense of the people waiting

I went to this location to meet a friend for a quick drink and catch up. It’s a hectic holiday season, and as usual, Starbucks is JUMPING. When we walked in, we were helped immediately and waited for our drinks. While waiting, I couldn’t help but notice Justin. Justin’s kindness and hard work are why we pay $5 for coffee. Justin greeted everyone who walked through the door while working, making eye contact with everyone and giving updates on orders while busy folks came in and out waiting on their order. Justin the teamwork was incredible. I was in such awe of Justin. Keep being great, Justin. You run a tight ship, and you are going places.
Food was old and always over priced. Batista was rude and made me feel unwelcome
The smoked rosemary cortado is simply divine. One of the most unique coffee drinks I’ve had in a while and I’ve traveled all over the world sampling coffee!
The staff and atmosphere make this Starbucks a pleasant place to enjoy coffee and work, relax, or have a social gathering. Great attitudes from the staff, welcoming and positive. I still occasionally choose Starbucks for my coffee shop choice because of this location. Others certainly need to use this one as a nationwide example.
This review is about the physical location and not Starbucks in general. The location makes sense in theory. There are a lot of houses surrounding the store, plus with Memorial Park nearby, it’s a great place to enjoy a nice beverage or snack. But the parking lot is way too small to handle a drive through that goes right in the middle of it. People that park and go in are frequently trapped until a nice person lets you out.
I follow the adage of don’t complain about a problem without presenting a solution but the only one is to request patrons to walk if they can. It is an unfortunate situation so be aware if you’re new to the area.

I recently visited FIX COFFEEBAR, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The seasonal drinks were fantastic, bursting with unique flavors that perfectly captured the essence of the season. The shots of espresso were expertly pulled, delivering a rich and satisfying kick of caffeine. I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality and creativity of their offerings. FIX COFFEEBAR is definitely a must-visit for coffee enthusiasts looking for a delightful and seasonal coffee experience.
Went there to deliver ronnica some food. I love Starbucks coffee not just for the taste but for the most part, the service. She offered a free cup of coffee when I really could use one. Was going to buy one, yet this is why I like Starbucks. 👍
The staff here is very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. They have many unique coffee drinks and everything I've tried so far has been great. There are plenty of options available for coffee enthusiasts and non-coffee drinkers as well.

Cozy and cute corner coffee bar- definitely worth the visit! I went out on a limb to try their famous honey lavender latte, and was pleasantly surprised by the absolute deliciousness! 🏳️🌈 Family-friendly 🌈 .. and listening to the owner’s dreamy Oxford accent was an added bonus. 😉

Normal Starbucks. I feel bad for the employees as it is always packed. Usually takes a while to get your drink, but it's also because there are definitely not enough employees for the volume of people present. Not anyone but whoever creates the schedule's fault. Be nice to employees :)
This location has has been great all through Covid and even better after the manager Sarah came in. Their team is exceptional and if you are ever not satisfied with something, they are very quick to address that and make it right. Because of their openly friendly nature, they earned my business, and their kindness always makes this a pleasurable experience.

they get really busy, so you have to check for your drink yourself- literally go anywhere else. it’s not the worker’s fault!! this is a campus location, obviously they are overworked. they get the drinks out fairly fast, given it’s the right name. who tf is aliya??? i just feel bad for the workers mostly, do your part and go to another coffee shop lol
Order a coffee like how it comes it was half empty didn't like the service paid for full price and still didn't get what i got.. order in the past they still arent getting it right. 😒
As someone who use to work here while this location was under poor management this location has improved. I walked out due to the discrimination from the previous manager and never looked back. As a student at UH, and as some one who use to work here the service has tremendously improved!! Im so glad they are under new management and got rid of the previous manager, she was such a pain in the rear!! This fall semester Chartwells Dining understood the assignment!!! A big shout out to the new manager Teekay, she is such a amazing individual.
No chairs to sit down and no bathroom for customers is inhumane. Serving drinks and food without an option for basic human needs such as using the restroom is unconscionable.
Coffee is ok. It’s a Starbucks. It should always be consistent. Yet Starbucks is supposed to be quick, 25-30mins in a drive-through line with only about 5-7 cars in front of me is crazy.

It’s getting ridiculous how many times I am met with poor service and lack of attention to detail at this location and seemingly only this location weather they are busy or slow it never fails something is wrong or lacking. The employees laugh at their register mistakes in front of the costumer and not once but multiple times I’ve received poorly made drinks I am an avid Starbucks visitor and never has any store managed to ruin my mood more than this one I anticipate leaving this location frustrated and annoyed every time by the way they operate here.
Had ordered a Chocolate Mint Frappuccino w coconut milk, cinnamon powder and extra ingredients and sat in for a while. Next time they can keep their mouths shut because I am going again! Otherwise the drink was ok. I don't want to listen to their nonsense conversations about me and their lies because they do that all day. (June 30)
The Baristas are so nice at this location. We chatted about the new frozen refreshers and gave me a recommendation to order it with Frappuccino based if I don't like Icy. I'll definitely go back to this location. ☕️
Starbucks should be ashamed. Ordered 2 beverages from this place with no ice. I guess their "policy" is to not fill it completely when you ask for no ice. Damn near half the beverage is ice when you look at it that way. This is why, I try to support local whenever possible. I am done with Starbucks.

The customer service is so bad. I ordered a drink and when it was done no one called for it or anything so after a while i went to take it and it was the on the back of the pick up tray. The barista replied to me in such a rude manner to take my drink. As a student who goes to this Starbucks frequently I was upset with the rudeness.
One of my favorite coffee shops in Houston! The iced honey fig latte has always been my go-to. The vibe is so chill, and it’s a nice place to come and work.
This was my first visit to this Starbucks and I’m certainly glad I visited. It opened early. At 4:33am there were already 4 cars in front of us in the drive through. I only went for a Pink Drink and it was just perfect. Recently I’ve been served pale, anemic looking drinks at other stores but this one was exceptional. I didn’t go in so have no idea about the atmosphere and I ordered no food so I really can’t write about that either but the drink I had was perfect!
Wow, for as much as Starbucks charges for any of their items, I would honestly think that they would be more socially responsible and conscious of what their image looks like to the communities in which they market in seeing how this dumpster is maintained I totally was disgusted. It’s near the front door. I left and was not interested in Anything out of their store. I understand they aren’t the only retailer in the strip, however, they need to be a force to make the change.
Do not go here. I came a few days ago to pick up my order I placed online. I walk in and was immediately met with skeptical stares instead of a greeting. I then had to announce that I was there to pick up my order, one of the two employees attempted to be nice and asked what my name was and I responded Vivica and she proceeded to point to where my order was and walked off, mind you there was two other customers who had ordered. They looked as confused as me but what disappointed me the most at that moment was the fact that I saw I was the only one being mistreated and I was the only person of color. At that moment I was ready to leave it just wasn’t a welcoming environment; I then reached for my drinks because I already felt extremely uncomfortable and just out of place, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I then reached for my bag as well and the second employee snatches the bag. I am immediately furious at this point and she then pushes the bag towards me after seeing my name on the bag as well… I didn’t say another word and abruptly left. Whoever manages this property may want to reconsider who’s working there because you will never retain customers with women like that. I am surely never returning and I suggest who’s considering visiting this location to reconsider. There are multiple Starbucks in the area within 5 minutes of this exact location.
Absolutely terrible experience. They cancel orders 5 minutes before closing, when you order them 30+ minutes in advance of their scheduled closing time. Will never waste my time with this location again.

Super busy but efficient. This Starbucks is connected to 2 big hotels so the morning rush is CRAZY. However, they have enough people working to get orders in and out.
The best time to visit is in the morning. It is quiet and lots of available seats. Staff was friendly and very attentive.
Visitef from Eagle Pass and is delicious! That's according to my daughter Regi, she loves it! Had to stop before heading out. This place is right next to our stay amd is excellent! Super clean, very attentive staff and service was fast. Recommended!
Service is ridiculously slow during rush hours. Can take over 45 minutes to get your drink. Staff frequently gets orders wrong and are rude when you tell them to fix it. Cougar Grounds has much better coffee and is way faster despite being even busier.
I bought two large bottles for cold beverages. When i bought they asked if I needed receipt and I said “NO” since i wouldn’t need it. However, 4 days later I found the green cover peeling off at the bottom and it was spreading everywhere i keep, which is annoying. Its hard to clean those particles as well. I went to this store to see if i can return this or get a refund for which I was refused. Its two large bottles, just a waste now. The barista wasn’t helpful. Extremely disappointed even though this is a manufacturing defect! Pure unprofessional staff!
Excellent service and very fast. My go-to drink is the oat milk shaken expresso and this is by far the best one I’ve had! Including those in different locations/states. I wish I had asked the name of the barista.
Sometimes they are friendly and other times with different workers they are rude. Will also charge you for their mistakes when taking your order. Coffee was watery this time around usually not though! 4 shots of espresso and oat milk shouldn’t be this light....the other picture shows the exact same drink with coconut milk instead. Usually a great experience just not this time :/
It's good for the morning people that love to drink coffee. They got all kinds of selections to pick from that's if you like your coffee hot or you all can get it cold. They also have breakfast plates and it's tour choice to get it with coffee or a orange juice. It's a very friendly environment to hang out with friends or just some good time with family members. Come check it out and you will know what am talking about.
This Starbucks location is incorporated into the ground floor of a huge office building. And it is also just right across from Hyatt Regency Houston Hotel. Very conveniently located! The baristas are friendly and got my beverages right. They have everything (both food & beverages) that you find in a typical Starbucks store, including packaged coffee & drinkware. The seating area feels roomy being that it’s in an office building lobby. And they have both single arm chairs, long couches, and dining tables, along with a really long computer table to share with a group. They have good (free) WiFi speed. My only complaint is that there are very few electrical outlets to recharge one’s device. Other than that, it was a pleasant & enjoyable visit.
The new cinnamon cloud cold foam is delightful. The hint of lemon is refreshing without being overwhelming. The staff at this location are hard working, friendly, and build relationships with regular customers. The line moves quickly, and baristas are knowledgeable about the different options and offerings.
Iconic. This location has been needed Starbucks on this road for a long time. Inside it's nice with luxury white countertops and outdoor patio with plugs at the posts on the wall outside near two or three tables. On the inside it smells brand new and the staff is extremely friendly and greet you when you come in the door. The art looks really nice on the inside as well. Have a great day everyone!! So happy the Lady Star is finally in my work hood...had to stop n as soon as I saw the Now Open sign. Everyone was so cheerful and helpful... and I felt right at home n the new joint. I like the look and feel of the space, as the high ceilings w exposed dark wood framing reminds me of the original location in the public market n Seattle. The patio is large w plenty of seating. My only wish is that they had some comfy seating as w other shops...I realize this furniture gets grime-y pretty quick...but every coffee shop needs a few lounge chairs n my not so humble opinion! Ha!
Probably my favorite coffee in Houston. Awesome service and atmosphere but it has what a lot of other places don’t - genuinely good espresso drinks. Good flavors like honey lavender or fig lattes and a couple of breakfast options. Their espresso beans are great too.
