Place is closing by the end of March and they didn't tell any of the staff til the month of. Was never a legitimate store just a 2 year pop up. Absolutely disgusting how the NFL as a company treats their employees. So sorry to all those people who are left in a hard position because of this. Selfish and terrible to do that to people who made your store so much money.

Great deals, great customer service, and great products. Owner is extremely humble.

Loads of merch from all 32 teams but limited in some areas which probably wouldn't be the case if they had a bigger location. (Only one jersey colour per team).

They helped me pick out what I wanted, helped me get the right size, custom printed my jersey and it was ready after an hour, no issues with the printing.

Prices are just the same as everywhere else for official stuff. They do also have some very expensive, one off, signed stuff such as helmets and footballs.

The NFL Experience should be free. The long lines and what you get for your money. Not worth it.

They are overcharging on everything. If you see something you like, check the nfl website first before purchasing because I guarantee it’s cheaper online and you’ll most likely qualify for free shipping. I stupidly and regretfully bought a Super Bowl sweater thinking that it was exclusive to the store. It was crazy expensive, damn near $200 for a crewneck but I figured it might be my only shot at this item. Wrong. I just so happened to come across the same crewneck on the NFL website AND on Pacsun’s website retailing for over $40 less. And of course this NFL Las Vegas store will not accept returns on Super Bowl merchandise. Shop around before purchasing here.

Bought a custom Neil Smith jersey the day before Thanksgiving to wear to the game Sunday here in Vegas. Got home seen it was off centered and crooked bought it back the day after thanksgiving for Don the General Manager to say nothing he can do! First if your hiring ppl to do this work it should be done right. Not once did the kid suggest another way to customize since they didn’t have the dot to put in front of the N so hubby just got Smith. Don asked how I know that’s not your last name, lol cause my ID says Gomez idiot just like the employee who made the jersey. I was going to make another jersey today and we had many ppl from the chiefs bar going. Just made the phone call to everyone not to go here and get it done! Bad customer service! Bad employee making the jersey if your going to be known for this hire ppl to do it right we come to you for a service you should be able to provide right. Spent $208 and had the nerve to say if he would sell me another jersey put this one back into the sales floor if it sold by Sunday he would give me my money back. That’s his way of trying to make it right! Bad business and I went to BBB of course they’re not listed! Don’t go here for custom work!!!

Got all the gear my 8 year old daughter needed to start her first season! They also have a free Saturday morning soccer training session at desert breeze for the off season which has been a game changer for my daughter as she was just beginning.

Great soccer store, reasonable price and you can find anything related to soccer for your kids, also the owner of the store is very helpful and friendly.

I bought a jersey here used my card to pay for it was charged one of there machine didn't print out my receipt so the worker named Alivin Johnson ask to swipe my card again and I ask him it not gonna charge me again?he said no couple seconds later I was charged again this happened on Saturday June 10th I came back on the 14th to show them I charged 2 times should them my account that I was charged twice and told I had to go on there website to get my refund what a joke do not shop if you do bring cash I will never shop there again

Great store for football fans and there is a lot of nice merchandise you may not find elsewhere. The only thing was that they didn’t have much 49ers merchandise.

Don't let the tiny store deter you from stopping by. Decent prices on the choices available. Super friendly guy running the store. His love of the sport is obvious.

This was my kids first year playing soccer and they both want to continue playing because of Coach Justin. My oldest was on his team and we both learned so much! He also has been working with my youngest to be prepared for next season. You are awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today was my first time in the store the guys was so awesome l felt very wonderful with the customer service l received l will be going back.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. With that said, the prices are much higher than they should be. Then again,this is a store in the Caesars Palace Forum Shops, so that should be expected. If you don't mind the higher prices,I would say this is a great location to shop for NFL items.

I’m looking for a specific item and I’ve been calling to find if they have it in stock. They never answer their phone, so they won’t be getting my business. I’m not going to drive 30 minutes across town to “see” if they have it in their store…that is why I call first! Answer your phone!!!

If you want to call this store to get any information don’t waste your time!called them for over 30 mins and no one answered.

Brittny is amazing! We were in here a couple of times today and every time she was very helpful. She is knowledgeable about the products and teams and even shaped our new hats for us which is A+ customer service in my book. She was great with our son even though he's a ball of energy running all over looking at everything and had no problem with pulling things down for us to try on and letting us know about sales and stuff.

Best services I got all day Andre's was very help full he helped me pick out stuff for my dad and husband dad likes new york Yankees and my husband like Broncos he was like u got all shirts and hats I say yes but he helped me found 2 beans and pj bottoms it was very sweet of him to help me out Thank You so much Andre's coming back very soon

This store is prob one of the tidiest stores ive ever shopped in. And it looks like it's well ran by nothing but gentlemen. These guys are super helpful, but ultimately extremely knowledgeable. I mean these are true fans working here.
