I went here to get ideas on which types of building materials they have to make furniture out of.
I was ACCUSED of stealing and attempting to steal because they thought I was in the store too long (1 hour) and because I had a reusable shopping bag and no cart.
I was ESCORTED OUT by a police officer who labeled me as a thief based on unverified claims of suspicion by their employees.
I would guess this location has a lot of theft and has resulted in easily suspicious employees.
Nonetheless it was an uncomfortable and bizarre experience.
I advise you do not come here and to seek out another Home Depot to perform your business at.

I bought a tool chest here on a weekday evening. The help I received from the moment I walked in to the loading of the husky tool chest was amazing. I very nice gal help with the loading, even a police officer stopped to help with the lifting.
Very very pleasant transaction.

It seems like they are trying to turn things around. I went in today to grab a bunch of lumber, and I had multiple employees come up to assist me in different parts of my process. They were nice and helpful, thanks.

I would NEVER reccomend someone to come shop here. I do NOT feel safe or welcome at this location. I understand that all staff do not know where everything is but when I ask they don’t even point me in the direction of someone who could?! I feel overlooked at this store and I just want all the employees to know that there are more than yt blue collar men who need to get their household DIY’s done. Ended up leaving with nothing because of how disrespected I felt. Never coming again. Go to ace on Nicollet instead !

I had purchased paint for our house. When I got home I realized the can did not have the sticker which identified the color and when I opened the can I discovered it was not the paint I had ordered. I took the can back to the paint department who were able to figure out that the color that was mixed was spiced berry not the spiceberry I wanted. They quickly remixed the correct color for me at no charge which was greatly appreciated at the cost of paint these days.

Helpful staff, great plant selection and great location. Had multiple options for each type of plant I was looking for. Had multiple options for bonsai or pseudo bonsai trees. Great sale for the larger palms, where many other places were drastically steep in price compared to here.

It's always busy here and a pain to get in, but it's a great store. You can get everything you need! I got wax warmer light bulbs, ceiling hooks, and all the plants I needed!

Whoa. Train your customer service staff. You have a total creeper working for you. When i am asked if i need help and i say no. Hint. I actually know where most everything i need is and having your guy stand there and watch me load my cart so long i stopped loading and asked him what he wanted.

He says hey, i am just doing my job.

No dude. Your job is not to stand there watching me load my cart. Yes, i was getting multiple bags of the same stuff.

No means go elsewhere and help someone else. Please and thank you.
