We loved hanging out at the outdoor bar. It was beautifully covered by vines which made sitting outside a little less hot. There are long wooden picnic tables or metal 2-tops with mini bar stools. There were games to play including cornhole and Jenga. The only food we ordered were fried pickle chips to snack on while we enjoyed a couple hard ciders.

This is a great bar and has a great location but they no longer do the pay by phone system. This is probably fine for most but I personally really enjoyed coming here with a big group and not working about splitting tabs because everyone got their own thing. I hope they go back to the phone tab system because otherwise they are just another beer garden.
This is the first time I have ever had an experience at a bar or restaurant that actually affected me enough to leave a review. Our server/bartender, Amanda, was the worst and I left the place in tears. There was no friendliness at all, even from the beginning, only a blank stare. We got our drinks and she asked about food. My partner wanted to be sure to get his happy hour order in before 6 pm so he ordered and I said, “I’m not quite sure what I want yet, so I’ll order soon.” She did not return to take my order at all. We ended up having to ask another bartender to place the order after 20 minutes when my partner was over halfway done with his food. Amanda returned to ask him if he needed another drink without checking if I needed anything. When she brought his second drink my partner had to keep her from walking away to let her know that I needed service as well. I asked for another drink and a water. She walked away then came back to ask if I wanted water or a drink and I replied both. From here, there were multiple little signs of disrespect from not putting a straw in my drink to delivering the food order she did not even take without a word and not even placing it directly in front of me. She did not ask if I needed anything else or if our food was to our satisfaction. She did not interact with us for the rest of the experience and left it to the manager on duty to ask if we needed anything and to bring our check and box. And no, the bar was not overly busy at this time. The manager was nice, apologized, and took my food off the bill. Unfortunately at this point I was horrified with my experience there, and was holding back tears. I had been so excited to try this place as I had heard good things, but I left feeling like I never want to return. I work in hospitality and understand that people have off days, but to watch her check in on my partner and not me, and be friendly with others at the bar while I had done nothing to deserve rudeness was not only unprofessional but also lacking in human kindness. I have no intention of returning and Amanda H. is the reason why.
The kitchen is great. food was hot and came out fast. the fries were way over salted but that’s my only complaint about the food. Service on the other hand, sucked. the bartender was way more interested in talking with her coworkers and i think the manager then tending bar. I had to get her attention 3 times to order. there was only 3 of us at the bar. atmosphere and food was great, service need some major help…
This is my go to beer garden in center city. There's plenty of seating with different ambiance in the more rowdy middle section vs more private in the back with lawn games vs a charming wooden pergola draped in green vines.

There is a wide selection of beer and the service is excellent. The food is average, and a bit pricy.

100% worth visiting. It's a great place to go for locals or tourists alike.
Very good food. Simple bar food, reasonable prices, good service. Great location right across the street from Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. On a VERY hot day (98+) this outdoor venue was surprisingly pleasant. In the breezeway between two entries to an office building, fully shaded, with a very nice breeze naturally flowing through the area. At least 10-15 degrees cooler than on the sidewalk in the sun.
Great place to escape the heat at lunchtime.
Stopped for some drinks and light lunch.
Plenty of shade and a nice through breeze - very welcome!
Ordered Philly Cheeseburger and a Cheese Toastie with fries. Delicious.
Service was excellent.
Looks like a great place to chill out.
Great service, nice beer selection, and amazing food. Great place to chill and watch a ball game. Wings were delicious... highly recommend. Also had the cheese steak spring rolls and fish tacos...very tasty.

My partner and I love this place. The food and drinks are great, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed, especially out on the patio. Can't recommend it enough for a chill night out.

I hosted my 30th birthday at Jet back in November 2023. The service was extraordinary. From the start, communication with Jet was timely, helpful, and easy. Emily, the manager, was a delight to work with and even made little menus for my guests. The bar packages were extremely reasonable and I was allowed to bring in my own decor and birthday cake. We selected the drink package with a signature drink and the red wine mule was DELICIOUS. The snacks were a hit and everyone really enjoyed the drink options. Adam, our bartender for the night, was so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough about how wonderful Jet is, and I'm so glad we have such a great local spot close-by.

My husband and I are also members of the wine club at Jet and they have such a fun wine selection and newsletter. Jet regularly hosts creative events and are such a benefit to the neighborhood.

10/10 slam dunk this place is awesome. Great service, food, drinks and atmosphere. Great combo of sports bar but with great cocktails and beers on tap. Combined with a friendly staff and lots of TVs to watch our Philly teams = a local spot through and through.

I was told THIS IS BUFFALO SAUCE? and have to pay extra for any sauce when I spent money on the wings. Absolutely ZERO courtesy! It taste horrible this is NOT BUFFALO SAUCE. ZEROOOOOO STARS. My FIRST TIME HERE AND LAST
Food is always amazing and fresh! Customer service is great and consistent. Good place to watch sports, eat and drink. Or you can go with the family
Had an awesome time at East Coast Wings! The wings were on point - so many flavors to choose from. The staff were friendly, and the vibe was great for hanging out with friends. Can't wait to go back for more delicious wings!
The wings were amazing. They offer A LOT of different flavors. I wouldn't go any hotter than "volcanic" unless you have a professional level hot sauce tolerance.

Jet is a delightful wine bar on South Street and a great addition to the area. The interior exudes an early 2000's vibe, and was relaxed and inviting. Staff was very friendly and had a quick turnaround on drinks. The wines were extremely varied and I really liked how wines were grouped together and presented on the menu. Will be back!

Wonderful spot! Their patio is beautiful, and the inside bar is great. The selection of international wine is phenomenal and anyone could find Thier new favorite wine there.

A gem of a place. We sat in the garden and drank affordable, all-night happy hour wine on a summer weeknight. It was lovely. And the hummus and pita was absolutely incredible - and a steal at $4!
Popped in for a west African food pop up by Chef Nana Wilmot. The food was delicious per usual and this space is super cute. We’ll definitely swing back to Jet to try their menu and enjoy this little outdoor oasis.
Nice place, the service is okay. I didn’t like their lamp pita, it doesn’t taste like lamb at all, it taste like ground beef and it was over cooked, and dry. Fish tacos was good, and pork sandwich was tasty.
The experience was pretty cool, loved my server and the food is definitely on point, super tasty and looks like the picture 😄. Great atmosphere at the bar.

One of the best bars to hangout with friends. I loved this place - Good food and not so pricey beers. It has outdoor seating and you can play games, even the service is great. We ordered fries and wings, both were good. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Very cool spot to hit up if you're looking for the beer garden experience. Spaces broken up through clever planning and decor so it gives a smaller more personal feel and is much bigger than it appears. There's a variety of seating styles available in this beautiful garden/terrace environment, from picnic and patio tables to Adirondack chairs at fire pits. Lush greenery covered pergola, a plethora of potted plants, and rustic chic decor transport you out of the city and into a fun backyard complete w string lights and cornhole. Of course, the food and drinks are great, offering your typical pub staples and some local gems thrown in. Order and pay all online via QR code on table. staff was welcoming, facilities were clean.

This spot is great everytime! Seating is indoors or outdoor with a local Roxborough vibe. This place is a "hidden gem" within the neighborhood with low key vibes and returning customers. I have had lots of different dishes and drinks here. Most recently the thai peanut wings are my favorite.
We went on a Saturday afternoon and there were 9 of us. The food was unbelievably good. The loaded tots were crispy, the cheese and real bacon were just heaven. Wings had a bunch of different sauces to choose from. My niece got the cheddar jalapeño which was surprisingly really good. The burger was unreal with all fresh ingredients like the lettuce, pickles and tomato. My sister was disappointed with her alcohol drink, she ordered a Long Island iced tea and it was seltzer, like soda and the waiter informed her that it was in fact made with soda, she didn’t like it. But I’d say give it a try, we had a great meal!
This was one of the best dining experiences I have had a long time. Their popper dip had amazing flavor. They have alot of different wing flavors too! Staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Went with 2 friends who said that this place is a hidden gem. They both enjoyed the food (they ordered nachos and crispy chicken burger).
I'm vegetarian - so I ordered a veggie flatbread (came with sauteed mushrooms&spinach on top). I was able to salvage the taste by requesting balsamic vinegar. Their veggie burger was dried out, bad the same sauteed spinach and mushrooms, but a good amount of melted cheese. Their fries were ah-mazing though! Good customer service too 😅

My time spent at Jet Wine Bar was thoroughly enjoyed. Nick was a fantastic bartender and was informative on the different types of wines and all the food that was served. I ordered a flight (recommended by Nick) and other wines as well, all were delicious. The popcorn and Mac and cheese were certainly dishes I’d enjoy again. There is a lounge downstairs that you can use on a busy night, or be able to reserve out for events for no fee. There is also a garden available in the summer. Not many places deserve a 5-star review, but this one does.

First visit after a few events on a Saturday night in Center City Philly.

Parking can be a challenge if your driving.

Small 1 room bar area with modern decor, friendly staff.

Kitchen had just closed for the night no food for us.

Fair prices and fine wine, I will return.
I come here pretty often. The food is always fresh and tasty. The wings are my favorite. The Food always comes out very hot. The staff are wonderful. This is a great place to come for drinks and some chatting time. I highly recommend this place.
