The restaurant near Gothic Quarter offers a delightful culinary experience. We ordered a variety of dishes including baby scallops, Argentina premium ribeye steak, Linguine in squid ink with Prawns, Octopus, Mussels and Calamari and Roasted Octopus. Each dish was prepared with care, showcasing delicate flavors and presented beautifully on the plate. The ambiance was trendy, adding to the overall dining experience. Service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
The only reason for the 4 stars on service was that Viana has adopted the imo annoying habit of providing menus by app and then leaving you to it which doesn’t give you much to go on if you’ve poor (mobile) service and you can’t get onto the WiFi, we also didn’t know whether we were supposed to be ordering from the app direct or whether it was just a menu (it’s just a menu, you still order from the waiting staff). However, after we got past that and into the food, the staff were lovely and the food was indeed beautifully presented with taste to match (my apologies for the picture of where a scallop used to be on my plate, it looked so tasty I forgot to take a picture and just dived in!)

Went here for my birthday. Amazing food. The place is a Michelin guide restaurant. Our server was kind and quick. It did not disappoint! Would recommend.
This small, tight place was amazing, don't be fooled by its size. These guys serve great quality and beautifully presented food. Great service and atmosphere. We were, in a way , lucky to sit next to where the chef was doing his magic, but also in the way of the servers, remember I said tight place above, and it was great to see him work and have a brief word with him. We had the octopus, codfish, and caneloni, all amazing. Staff was amazing, explaining the dishes, giving recommendations, and extremely relatable. If you happen to be in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, you will make yourself a favor going here, but need to be planned, so small you will likely need a reservation.
Hands down THE best food and service we had the whole 3 days in Barcelona. We struggled to reserve a table and almost didn’t end up coming but I’m so glad we did. I can’t even describe how good the food was - every single dish was like a mouthful of flavour. The staff were excellent and so attentive. I don’t normally write reviews but I couldn’t not after the food and service we had. I wish we could come again! We had the taster menu but also added in the croquettes which I highly recommend getting the meat and fish option for both. The beef rib actually beat my beef cheek main but glad we tried both
I really highly recommend this place for a delicious dinner and drinks. My boyfriend and I went to dine at this restaurant when on vacation to Barcelona. We had a reservation but had trouble finding the place because they have two restaurants (one for big groups and one for small groups) this was not a problem however because we had gone to the wrong Viana, and the waiter offered to escort us to the other one where we had our reservation. Very very good service and the sweetest waiters and chef I’ve ever met.

Very nice service, solid Tapas(known for morcilla Blood sausages, but everything else was also good) and nice decoration. The place get busy, a mix of locals and tourists.

Por 5 céntimos que faltaban para enviar a domicilio no me lo quisieron traer, alucinante lo tacaños que son,comercios así con esa mentalidad no se merecen nuestro dinero.

Nachdem wir den Bunker beim Carmel hoch gewandert sind, haben wir hier eine Pause gemacht. Wir haben schnell einen Tisch bekommen und auch das Essen kam sehr schnell. Die Preise sind sehr fair, Personal ist sehr nett.

Yo no puedo beber cocacola, nunca en mi vida la he pedido. Cuando he hecho el pedido por teléfono pedí cerveza para mi pareja, el no bebe refrescos. Los llamo y les digo que me han traído coca cola. Me dicen que es lo que yo he pedido. Les aseguro que imposible porque no la he bebido nunca. Y me dicen que es lo que hay y que me aguante y me la beba.

We came three times during our 4 days trip in Barcelona. It’s very close to Park Güell and is well worth the visit. This came as a recommendation from our Park Guell tour guide. The atmosphere and staff are great and always make you feel extremely welcomed.
The prices are so fair and competitive, generous portions and the food quality is absolutely impeccable. There is an English menu so language is not a problem.
Food recommendation:
- Padron pepper (ordered small every time we are there)
- Potata Bravas (Ordered large everytime we are there)
- Steamed fresh mussels (what I ordered was small for just under 6€ but check the size in comparison to my hand! It was huge!!)
- Catalan Crème - so good!
- fried squid
- Seafood black rice (so flavourful)
- Pork shoulder
- Seafood pasta was wholesome and fresh.
We also had pork crackling and fried fish - they were great as tapas with drinks.
Drinks:
- Coffee was one of the best I had in Barcelona. €1.60 for a Cafe Leche - absolute bargain

Era la primera vegada qui anava, el restaurant es petit pro tenen una cuina excel-lent si menja molt bé. Dissabtes i diumenges ten que encarregar taula els altres dies no. Si menja molt bé i tornarem un altre dia
Siempre, desde hace años hemos ido a este restaurante. Desde que cambiaron los dueños han ido de mal en peor, la atención fatal, como si no te entendieran pero vaya que si entienden, y muy bien. Pedimos a domicilio y nos faltó parte del pedido después de llamar dos veces para reclamarlo, la cuál hasta me colgaron el telefono ( falta de educación que me cabreo aún más). Tuvimos que ir personalmente con el ticket porque ni caso por teléfono a cantar las cuarenta y a por lo que nos faltaba, que si no les salía a ellos en el ticket.... No volveré más y es una pena, después de tantos años...será por restaurantes asiáticos donde ir.

I highly recommend this restaurant! It was a lovely setting, the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious. We had blackberry mojitos - excellent - and then the testing menu, which was lovely. And then the owner was kind enough to call us a cab, which we totally appreciated. If you have the chance to go while you're in Barcelona, you should.
What an amazing little tapas bar at the north side of El Born. Great view of the square. Tapas I had were excellent. And the server was really friendly. Great experience. Highly recommended.
Unbelievable find. Loved the food. From the grilled octopus to the beef short ribs, everything was fantastic. Mixture of music added to the vibe. Oh the bartender provided great service.

I highly recommend it for those seeking a taste of Argentina in Barcelona. The cuisine is delicious, and with reasonable prices, it offers great value for money. The tender meat, especially the 'LA NAPO,' was a personal favorite.
Hands down the best restaurant we’ve been to in Barcelona! We arrived late but the lovely waiter sat us down very quickly, and they were super efficient in order taking and recommended us all the must-try’s. Sadly they ran out of paella because it was late but we opted for the seafood spaghetti and omg it was the best we’ve ever had! Sangria was huge and make sure you try the grilled octopus charred to perfection. Definitely check this place out when you’re in town!
Pedimos comida a domicilio y el chino muy borde por teléfono la comida aceitosa el arroz seco y el pato igual lo único bueno la sopa... era un pedido de 35 euros y no nos regalaron ni una triste lata de Coca-Cola cuando antes con los antiguos dueños por ese pedido mandaban dos latas almenos...no pediré más ahí siempre he ido a comer ahí o he pedido a domicilio con los antiguos dueños pero ahora deja mucho que desear.

Place where you can rest and eat really good meals. We back here after 3 years and nothing change 😀 still good and tasty. I can recomend that place for everybody who want to go to the top of Carmel park or get direct bus to Tibidabo.
We stopped there for some some chicken fingers and squid. It was good! Nothing fancy, but service was friendly and it was great fuel for our hike up to the bunkers!

I decided to step through the door of Can Ramon to see if they served their Menu del Dia, which has been talked about extensively online. Although I was sad to find out that they didn't serve it (I am not sure if it was due to it being a Saturday, or if they stopped offering it altogether), I put together my own 2-course meal thanks to their detailed menu card. The fried boquerones en adobo were an absolutely delicious first course, to get me interested, and then I treated myself to a delicious butifarra, served with roast potato slices with their skin, a smoked spicy green pepper, and two very tasty sauces (one being a chili-infused aioli, and the other a cream-based spreadable sauce). Alongside the great food, I enjoyed a small bottle of red Vino de la Casa, but you can also have some white if you prefer it.
The meal cost 19 euros, which was more than a fair price for how full I felt and how satisfied I was with the tastes I experienced. I paid with my card, exchanged some friendly banter with the always smiling owner, and left with a big smile of my own. Seeing as Can Ramon is in my neighborhood and a short walk away, I will definitely visit it again in the future.

Ayer estuve con mi familia que hacía tiempo q no íbamos, y la verdad q el servicio nefasto ,éramos 6 y traían los segundos ,antes de terminar el primero mientras que aún no teníamos el primero de uno de nosotros ,habían traído el tercer plato y seguían sin servir el primero de la persona que faltaba.

We are touring Spain and have enjoyed tapas in; Ibiza, Malaga, Ronda, Granada and in Barcelona. BILBAO BERRIA is, by far, the absolute BEST period. The array will stun you while the price will delight your pocketbook.

Love this place! I came on my own to Barcelona to work for the week, and Abdul and the guys were always so friendly and happy to see me! Great drinks, great food, sport on in the evenings, and genuinely nice Spanish Tapas.

We had a wonderful dinner experience last night at Sifo. The owner and chef treated us warmly and as if we were all old friends. Everything we tried was delicious. The chimichurra was heavenly. I recommend the tsunami pork tapas as an absolute essential to order, as well as just about anything we tried. Thankyou Sifo for making this wonderful evening in Barcelona.

We popped into this unassuming restaurant, a short walk from the overly touristy areas, for a meal tonight and have enjoyed a fantastic dinner. The decor is quite quirky and the owner is very friendly. We had a lovely chat. The food was very, very good. The pork cubes were juicy and tender, the chicken wings were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Everything we ate was tasty. The Malbec wine was delicious too. We can definitely recommend this restaurant for dinner.

The selections is somehow limited, you choose two dishes from the list of six dishes including soup and salad, so no separate starter and main. The meat was nice and also the crepe as the dessert. I have to come back for dinner to try the usual items on their menu.
This is nice and new to me. Every piece of bread attached with different flavours. 4-5 piece is sufficient to be full. Around 2.6-3euro each piece. Sometime nice food finishes very fast.

I stopped in at this place to grab a few bites To go for our group. I took the little sandwiches outside and everyone loved them. A perfect place to stop and enjoy some tapas if you’re in the neighborhood.
Everything was delicious and wine was recommended by the waiter. We saw terra mostra white wine everywhere and loved it. We got a glass each and ordered 4 to 5 tapas. The bread with tomato was delicious and the olives. But everything is great, I would come here again!

We ordered a variety of dishes and loved the cod fish fritters (balls) and eggs over potatoes with minced chorizo the most! Would especially recommend getting a tinto veranos to go along with it. They do a twist to the regular version and it’s so soooo good!

This place serves small sandwiches, or you can say tapas. And they are soooo delicious. The bread is fresh even in the eve, and there's a huge choice of tastes. Some of them are very unexpected and worth trying. They have some sweets as well.

I recently dined at Bilbao Berria La Barra in Barcelona and had a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also quite pleasant, adding to the overall ambiance. I was impressed with the quick and efficient service provided by the staff. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more than one bathroom available, as it can get crowded during peak hours. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this restaurant for its tasty food, nice location, and efficient service.
Really satisfied with our experience, we were warmly welcomed from the owner which given the early hours gave us the freedom to choose the table of our choice, even allowing us to take a table bigger than needed. The meat was definitely the main character of the night really tender and flavorful as the side dishes that came with it, perfectly on point. Unfortunately we couldn’t try anything else on the menu since the portions were perfect for us.
This was the best meal i’ve had during my short stay in Barcelona. The meat we ordered was all super tender and melts in your mouth. Their top recommendations were top for a reason! The food was all in great proportion, perfect for sharing :)

Rather mediocre food and greasy spoon. The chicken pinchitos were overcooked and too salty.

We made a reservation just to be sure that we would find a table for lunch as we knew the restaurant is centrally located. around 14:00 people were waiting to be seated and locals as well; that's when you know you'll eat great! we sat outside, had our beers got up multiple times to try their vast variety of pinchos and we left feeling full!

This little gem of a place served one of the best meals we had during our week-long stay in Barcelona. Every single dish was delicious. For kids, the fried chicken was a hit. Highly recommend!
I always wanted to try local restautant not the ones for tourists. This is the definitely the one. We were seated with local people who had simple foods and bottle of wine every table. The waitress was very eager to help us and even elderly man came to assist, explaning the menu. We had good foods and nice time.

Nice options of pintxos! Good tinto de verano. Price could change if you are inside or on the terrace but it is worth.
Chose this restaurant on the good reviews on time out. Seemed lack of communication meant that we were charged for an order we didn’t place. The owners were rude when challenged. Overall expensive anyway and food average although the squid was good. Occasionally in Barcelona , sadly won’t be returning to Can Ramon.

Loved the place. It's quite small and they don't take reservations. Short menu but well thought and perfectly executed. You can see how much effort the owner (present at the kitchen) and the staff in to making your meal and time enjoyable. Always ask for the specials, specially the black pudding sausage with caramelized onions and allioli on rustic toasted bread and on the menu big congrats for their beef tataki (nice and tender marinated with love). Price wise - mid upper range but it's worth every penny.

It’s my first time learning what pintxos are! And they were amazing! Love the concept of the place. Cute little chalk wall to draw. Service was friendly. Staffs were tentative. Location is among many choices of restaurants to pick from.

We had been exploring in Barcelona, as this was our first time to visit Europe. We had been walking for around two hours and decided to stop here.
The patatas bravas (pictured) are the best ever! Garlicky sauce along with a tomato-based sauce over piping hot fried potatoes was so delicious. We ordered the same thing at a more expensive restaurant near the beach and were SO disappointed.
The salmon fajita was more like a salmon wrap. It wasn't hot, and the lettuce inside was more of a spring mix which had some bitter pieces. Some may like that, but I didn't. My husband liked it, however. There wasn't a lot of salmon either, but the starter outshone the main course.

The service was pleasant. Initially, we were the 2nd table of guests, with one being a man by himself. The atmosphere was casual, but a table of ladies arrived, and they seemed to be dressed up a bit. Fair pricing. I would return and definitely get the patatas bravas again - two orders!
The patatas bravas (pictured) are the best ever! Garlicky sauce along with a tomato-based sauce over piping hot fried potatoes was so delicious. We ordered the same thing at a more expensive restaurant near the beach and were SO disappointed.
The salmon fajita was more like a salmon wrap. It wasn't hot, and the lettuce inside was more of a spring mix which had some bitter pieces. Some may like that, but I didn't. My husband liked it, however. There wasn't a lot of salmon either, but the starter outshone the main course.

Firts things first: the food was VERY GOOD. Tasteful, rightly prepared....
However surprised with the dishes, what got me the most is that the waiters were really unpleasant. Really, a shame. That’s the only reason I won’t come back. But that is my personal experience, I invite everyone to give it a try just in case it was just unfortunate coincidence.

Very good food for a very good price. Service for take away food / home delivery is superb, i hardly speak any Spanish or Catalan and still they got me everything i asked for including an extra Coca cola, this restaurant deserves A 5 Star Recommendation !
He pedido comida a domicilio. Estaba muy rica. Han traído súper rápido y estaba muy caliente. Además nos regalaron como bono 2 refresco su pan chino. Pediremos más!!!
