Food was great. Service was bad. Took forever for them to even ask us our order and then when we got our food half of it wasn’t what we asked for. Most things we wanted they didn’t have and everytime we asked for something they tried to walk away before we could even finish.

A pleasant surprise. I haven't been to an IHOP in years after bad experiences over multiple visits at an IHOP closer to my house. Excellent service and good food. All for a reasonable price.

Consistently good food and friendly, efficient servers. Usually go for breakfast, but they do have some very good salads and sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Menu gets updated seasonally and keeps selections interesting. They have senior meals that are slightly discounted and appreciated, and an app which will accumulate points when ordering pickup and delivery for free pancakes. West Berlin IHOP is awesome!

This has gotta be a flagship restaurant for the franchise. I expected less, but found a very clean, nicely decorated atmosphere. The staff was very friendly to my daughter and the food was actually great. On top of that, kids eat free! Great spot for a family, will definitely be returning.

This place is clean with great staff and awesome food. There was no wait to be seated, but it was at 6 PM, and the food was made quickly. The blueberry pancakes were delicious and made with real bluberries. I was very pleased with everything. Thank you!

Always great place for breakfast and brunch with kids and family !!! Loved the chicken fajita omelette , Hash browns and pancakes . Kids get some activity paper to draw and color . The pancakes are yumm !!

Recent post: What a difference it makes when going to a place when you rate it a 5 stars prior. Not many people took forever to get our food.
Restrooms were not clean. May no longer come back.

First post: Top notch IHOP! The best one around. Food is prepared great and service was 5 stars. There's nothing to complain about here. All employees were cordial and really took care in what they do. Bravo to management! Coming back!

When entering the place it has a lingering smell of urine. We were seated quickly. The smell still lingered, ( I wasn’t sure if the seats needed to be wiped down more, when being seated it gave me sticky vibes) the bathroom smelled so terrible. Upon ordering a guest at my table received 3 different forks. ( all three were filthy and had food stains on them) We asked for condiments and the waiter never came back to give them to us or came back to even asked if we even needed refills or anything else. Never came back to check on us at all. Upon leaving the smell of urine lingered. ( it was so bad we had to spray ourselves down with Lysol in the car, because it was strong and lingering & take long showers when getting home) The food was decent, but I was the smell of the place, and sanitary of the place that I will not coming back at all and also the terrible service. It was a complete turn off. When paying for the bill, the waiter saw how frustrated we were suggested we take the ketchup home with us, the same ketchup we asked for and he never came back to give us for the food. A used bottle…👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 terrible. Don’t come here to eat. At all. Not worth a single cent.
