Jack isn’t the worst option in the area for late night eats. The staff are usually friendly and they get the order right almost every time. However, it can get expensive. Make sure to use coupons and the app to get good deals!

Customer service, sucks
Most of the time part my order is wrong. And when you get to the drive through window to pay, the chit chat among workers is too much
To the point that even your drink is wrong! It really is annoying.

Not sure how Jack in the Box packages the stuffed jalapeños but I always end up with 1 or 2 skinny/ bad piece in every order.

Food was good but the wait was ridiculous. Food wasn't ready until 22 minutes after it was supposed to be. I understand they were slammed but give a realistic pick up time so people don't have to stand around the restaurant for 25 minutes. Isn't that the point of ordering online or through app, so you don't have to wait for your food?

Time and time again I find myself at this fine establishment. Each time a better experience than the last, this time I was attended and served by Cindy who was awesome to chat with and gave such a warm welcome at the order kiosk that I needed to recommend this place just for that level of service that she offered! Food is phenomenal, the staff is great, keep up the great work. This place is basically a second home! Also I’m relatively fit so you know the food is healthy despite the fact I eat here frequently!

I work late sometimes, and I'm happy that they're open after 12. But it's fast food. What can I say? I put one star for atmosphere since I use a drive through.

Left a review on Yelp over 1 week and a half ago but I’m not surprised I haven’t heard anything back. But I’ll leave it on here because they deserve to have bad reviews written across different platforms. I used to never have an issue with my order from here but in the past few months every time I order there's something wrong with my order. There's always sormthing missing. This time they forgot to put the curly fries with my munchie meal. I ordered a loaded tiny tacos with extra taco sauce and would you believe it, no sauce or any of the toppings that were supposed to come with it. They literally gave me plain tacos that were also stale. The other tacos I ordered as well had no sauce when I never asked for there to be none. They also never provide sauce packets - I would ask for it but they dont even give you an option on doordash to do so. That's stingy behavior. No cutlery when there is CLEARLY items you ordered that require eating with a fork. The order I received was embarrassing for a "big" company, do better jack n the box.

Vibe is super chill with excellent customer service. The food here is always amazing! I highly recommend the Moroccan chicken with the Brussel sprouts is always my go to when I eat here. Also, Vanessa and Andrea are always super kind and go that extra mile to make sure I am taken care of with customer service.

Fresh and healthy food. I love the sides. The proteins are so good. Big serving sizes.

We love Urban Plates! Great and healthy options for the whole family. Chef Edwin was amazing and the manager Tanja was so sweet. My kid loves coming here.

First time dropping in and wow I was blown away by how kinda Tanya was, amazing soul spoke a little about her background.Not to sure what the girls name in the front that rang us up was but she was also amazing. Tanya & Chef Edwin are amazing! The food here is amazing and they have so many gluten free options! Including bread and treats! They’re farm to table and It’s my favorite place to come when I’m in town. The value here is great too! 100/10 would recommend.

It was good, but did they change up their fries? I feel like they used to be better.

Most of us get attracted by the picture of the food being advertised, but then you get something completely different and I’ll post a pic so you can judge your self.
The Orio Shake wasn’t that bad and Onion rings were good so it was the burger, Jack needs to work on their appearance.

Friendly customer service. Could cook tacos a little longer to make them crispy and melt the cheese.
