Ordered a well done burger. First bite was slightly pink and I didn't want to say anything because it's not a big deal. Second bite was raw meat. Mind you this was on the edge of the burger. They must be cooking frozen patties at this place. If you like overpriced raw meat eat here! If I'm coming to have a nice quick dinner and I get raw meat when I order well done you should probably say the bill is on the house. Talked to the manager and he acknowledged the fact that the burger was raw but couldn't take responsibility for his staff. This place is a joke.
We have been enjoying 110 Grill since they opened in Hopkinton, but our recent takeout experience was very disappointing. I got a cup of tomato soup, which came lukewarm and was a tiny portion. Literally 8 spoonfuls total. My wife’s BBQ Chicken Salad was not much better. It was mostly just lettuce; one small piece of avocado, a little corn and beans, no bacon at all. Not much of a salad. For the prices charged, this was just not worth it. And by the way, I left a similarly disappointed review on their own site, and heard nothing back. So my impression is they probably don’t care. Leaving a review here as well so my voice can be heard somewhere.
Okay food, never been wowed by any of the meals here - almost as if they are afraid of flavor. Fish tacos are bland, steak tips meh, french fries are very generic, BBQ chicken nachos had almost no chicken, and zero BBQ.

+ 1 star for having a dedicated gluten free menu.
-1 star for having meatloaf on the menu.

The firecracker shrimp was everything. My mashed potatoes were not hot but overall service was great. I had some pomegranate blueberry sangria....yummy!

I was truly bothered by my service at this establishment. It all started with 2 young girls at the hostess station that were too busy with their nails and hair to care about anything else. There was one woman; Denice who was very attentive and I was surprised to find out she wasn't a manager. It seemed like the younger girls made her do the brunt of the work and that didn’t sit well with my husband and I. In the end we were displeased that our table was just looked at like another dollar. There was a thorough lacking of professionalism and basic decency.

Tony our waiter was amazing! The kitchen staff tho however needs a serious training course on sanitation. Some gloves were used, but one of the women 'behind the line" felt it necessary to put her hands in her mouth possibly cleaning out her teeth. Personally thought that was one of the most disgusting things I've seen in a while. If it wasn't for our waiter I would have packed up and took my money elsewhere. 3 stars because management also engaged, acknowledged our food allergy " which usually gets overlooked at chain restraunts.

Food is excellent. Personally, I love the seared tuna and prosciutto wrapped cod. I find it impossible to use their website to do takeout orders direct & other ordering methods charge quite a bit more. I've found the takeout service particularly the cause for the lower rating. Hostesses not very friendly, no place to park & no curbside option.
Had a great experience at 110 Grill for lunch today. Was seated immediately, after being given multiple options for seating.

Server took my drink order and brought my drink very quickly.

Bathroom was clean, though out of hand soap- they replaced as soon as I mentioned it.

My burger was pretty good and my calamari was excellent. Was particularly impressed by their checking for any allergies or intolerance. I mentioned that I had lactose intolerance, and the server offered an alternate calamari that didn't use buttermilk.
The manager also checked when he brought my burger that I was okay with the cheese on it; he wanted to confirm it was intolerance and not an allergy.

Also signed up for their rewards program with the help of the waiter- will likely return since the program seems quite good and I had a good experience.
