Visited this location Christmas Eve to get a large fry. Had to request my money back after seeing the manager take fries from the cooked bin and placing them back in the hot oil for a few minutes and then tried to serve them to me. So I do not suggest anyone to visit this location looking for good quality service.

My food was so good. I got a checker burger and chili dog. Haven’t eaten in checkers in a while d so o it was refreshing to be able to come here and get my food the way I used to always get it. Granted I added my own cheese and relish because that’s how I like it and I forgot to add cheese when I was there but even without me adding to it I know it still woulda been bomb. 💯✊🏾

Typically I don't have any problems at this particular at waffle House. I eat at this Waffle House multiple times a week at various times each time. I really had no problems at this waffle House ever. Until tonight. The lady that is on the shift tonight has the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. I came in into the Togo side because I wanted to order to go. When I initially came in the door the lady that was on duty was on that side of the restaurant. She blatantly walked past me without even looking up. Nor greeting me. Yes I was looking forward to my welcome to waffle House that I get every single time I walk in the door. But tonight I guess the employees were not in the mood to greet the customers as they walked in the door. Okay fine. After standing on that side for about 5 minutes. I figured maybe I was on the wrong side. So I politely exited the Togo side and walked into the sit down side of the restaurant. I knew for sure that I would be acknowledged then. But contrary to my positive beliefs. I was still ignored by both employees. So I sat there patiently just wondering if the only people that were in there at the table before had been served. In which they had not. So I continue to wait patiently after about 10 more minutes more customers begin to come in. Those customers were met with the same exact attitude that I was met with. Blatantly ignored. And left the wonder if their order was ever going to be taken. The people that said at the countertop eventually left out there by 15 minutes of not being acknowledged. The people that came into the to go side left as well after about 12 minutes of not being acknowledged. So at this point I have total patients. I wanted to see if the lady working there was just racist. Because she refused to acknowledge the black people she refused to acknowledge the Mexican people. But now that's about 24 minutes white people was coming in. So I thought to myself let's see if she is going to greet me these white people. Nope. She absolutely did not acknowledge them either. Lol. So now the only conclusion that I can come up with is she just don't need to be on this job. Waffle House is just not the place for her to be. She literally that about nine people walk out the door which I'm sure is very strange to all nine of us. I'm sure we all chose waffle House because it's delicious it's definitely a fun place to go to at night time and we never have any customer service issues not even in the middle of the night at waffle House. I'm 38 years old. In the 30 years that I've been eating waffle House. And I can honestly say I've eaten at about 40 different waffle houses. I have never had an encounter such as the one that I have had tonight. I am hungry. I don't have a car to go anywhere else. Waffle House is 50 ft away from my door. Why did I become the nuisance after I said their patiently for about 25 minutes then I said to the employee can I at least get a welcome to waffle House???? What was said to me was I'm busy can't you see I'm busy by the lady that was supposed to be taking orders there was literally only four people in there. I know fully well that you could have had those people at the table greeted me when I walked in the door told me to hold on for one second as you take that order and then got back to me told me to hold on for one second. Then make sure you got back to me in a timely fashion. But that's not what happened. She had already taken the table top that was sitting order before I came in the door. The shift was working on that order before I came in the door. I don't understand if she feels as if she can't take a new order until she serves the previous order. But that's not waffle House standards nor is it a part of waffle houses training. I tried to tell her ma'am waffle House has standards and you are not allowed to come in here and to make up your own rules. If you are not willing to uphold the task in which you sign for when you were initially interviewed. You should have said that in your interview. Don't allow this company to hire you.

Martha should NOT be a manager I was denied service even though I was in line at 11:50pm and at the speaker by 11:56pm. She took every order before me and said “IT DONT MATTER I CLOSED IT” never again… whoever made this rude lady a manager needs their job replaced as well!

It took three (3) staff to attempt to figure out how to charge for a grilled ham & cheese sandwich 🙆🏽♀️. The 1st staff, rang up the sandwich & a sm drink for $18 🙆🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Then, walked away, not even explaining what was happening. Nonetheless, two different staff now came to the counter. Two heads together, and still, just for 1 sandwich they're ringing it up for $11, with a drink, would total to be $15 ......... what in the 🌍 is going on 2🎑 🤦🏽♀️.
So, I then, sort a solution. But, I was told I couldn't order from the child's menu. Unbelievable........ let me get this straight....... A TO Go Order, Not Knowing Whom The Food Is For, You (Staff), "Refuse" To Put Through An Order, Because A "Child" Is Not With Me @ 3am ❓️❓️❓️
Makes Absolutely No Sense ‼️‼️ Some Businesses, Be Mindful Of Whom You Have Working For You. They Could Be Costing You A Great Deal Of Customers & 💵💶.
I get a grilled sandwich all of the time, costing on average, $6 & I give an additional tip, bringing 1 sandwich to about $8, that's just fine. But, to be over charged, is not a gd business practice.
Just lost yet another customer, and by your extremely low ratings, I would think IHOP would hire, train & enforce better practices. Wellllll, I won't be returning. I'm simply going somewhere else & patronize another business instead 🤗🤗🤗

I just came in to try to order a triple hashbrowns and they told me that I could not because they were short staffed and only had two servers. Even though there are currently more employees in this Waffle House than just the three current customers sitting to eat. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I wasn’tP Neil, and he still said no.

Would've been 5 stars but sometimes the burgers are a little sloppy put together especially the Big Buford. But over all I love the food and the drive through usually goes pretty fast. Those fries are da bomb!

I went in the afternoon and it was the cook's 1st day! The food was awesome taste great didn't take long exactly how I wanted it. The waitress was great as well.

I was greeted by an automated system. I do not order food from automated systems; this was my last visit. I have not been to a McDonald's now in over 2 years due to their kiosk automated system. I also do not use automated self-checkout systems so Walmart has not seen me in 2 years. At 12:15 in the afternoon (lunch time) your drive-thru was empty. Do you not understand why?

I enjoyed my visit at this location on 138. I did arrive early at 9am. The service was quick and Emily our server was pleasant and accommodating. For me the earlier you get there the better. Nice experience.

There was a crazy amount of arguing on the line ..Walked in they all just stood there until the Boss turned around and welcomed us , no one else aknowleged us . A lot of tables were dirty ! Davina our waitress was incredible it's the second time in the last few weeks she's rescued us by cleaning a table in her section and seating us !

The food was not the problem, the overly aggressive cook was the problem. I was the only customer in here and he kept yelling at the waitress to "pick it up". When I spoke with the second employee who came in, she informed me my waitress was new and just learning. Which made his behavior even more annoying. Not a good look from the customer service aspect, even if he is ready to go home or frustrated because she is new.

Today was a disaster. The food did not come all together, and when it did come it was incorrect. I ordered cheese grits and they just layed a slice of Kraft american cheese on top of the grits instead of mixing it into the grits so it would at least melt and who uses american cheese in grits. The grits they gave me were like dry and coagulated like they scrapped the sides of the pot. I ordered scrambled eggs with cheese and onions but only got scrambled eggs. They put cheese on my hashbrowns that I did not ask for, and I had to get our silverware as we were never given any.

Very expensive $28.00 + $2.00 tip for one order carry out I was charged 10% to go to the server 10% carry out fee definitely cheaper just to sit at a table order your food and just take it to go the food was amazing 👏 can't complain 😋 best waffle 🧇 in the last 10 waffle house visits

The employees were very nice but my order was not right. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast with cheese….got no cheese and the grits had no lid on it so when I got home grits were all over the plate making my toast and bacon soggy. I was so disappointed.

I have been a loyal customer of Waffle House for more than 30 years. For the first time I did not enjoyed my food because the cook was singing out loud. It was. We visited the Stockbridge, GA location. There were not a lot of people & not a lot of staff, but the service was great, and the food was fantastic!!! my server was all over the place, but she handled herself with Grace.
Displayed in the photo I ordered the Colorado omelette,,,, it also came with a short stack of pancakes, ….My daughter ordered, blueberry pancakes, and a breakfast burrito…. There were no. leftovers. Yummmmmyyy!!!

Only in Waffle House does the cashier try to keep you of your change. Food was decent, waffles were good and hash browns were very plain. Well, either way Waffle House gets the job done in filling me up.

This place is dingy and needs a deep cleaning or a complete remodel. The bathrooms were messy and the restaurant, from the entrance on, is just grimy looking. It reminded me of why I haven't been here in YEARS! It was grimy then and grimy now.
As for the service, we waited nearly 10 minutes after being seated before a waitress came over to take our order. After drinks were brought, we had to ask for the silverware and straws. There was a table behind us that also had to finally hunt down a waiter for service. This despite the fact that about six wait staff were standing against the wall talking to each other.
As for the food, it was okay. No complaints.
My husband chose this spot, but I will NOT be back until they do some upgrades. Shut this place down for a few weeks and remodel and clean.

The hamburger was burnt, took forever for the staff to seat us and restaurant was dirty. The tables had not been cleaned and the staff was on their phones. They did not have the normal IHOP fries or Dr. Pepper which they failed to mention both of those things before we ordered. I filled out the survey on the receipt but I never heard from them even though I said I wanted to be contacted. Please save your money because this place is expensive and not worth it. I WILL NEVER COEM BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN EVER!!!!!!

I ran in for quick to go order. The door to the left was for to go, so I go in and order. Nice professional young lady at the register. My food came up nice and hot, order correct. Great experience 👍

Wonderful location! Ms. Davina will take the best care of you that you've ever had at any waffle house! So sit in her section for a truly authentic diner experience. They're back to a fully open dining room here, which was a real treat after so long with closures. Her your crispy hash browns today!

I literally walked through the door, and one older lady immediately began to shout at me that they where not taking orders. Simply because they where busy, and I have seen 10x worst at Waffle House establishment it was pitiful. So I then wait the thirty minutes that they implied they’d would be ready then, and the older lady pretty much Owned to it being a lie. After all this and I am walking out the store once more. THEY TAKE SOMEONES ORDER AND DENY ME SERVICE. It’s cute that a couple of small time employees think they run the store when the top dog is not there. Beyond pitiful.

It’s been another thirty minutes, I think this boils down to a race thing!!! They preceded to complain about dishes and work but this lazy ……. Are all on there phones!!
