Pricey food, pricey drinks, beer was warm as if they just got it out of the box. They add 20% tip without telling you and when you find out, they don’t let you edit for the next order. $15 for 5 shrimps that don’t even taste good. There was some sort of manager at the bar that was very rude

Bartender was preoccupied with her phone for most of my meal.
Oysters were good but came with seaweed salad on top which I thought a bit odd.
Ordered a steak mid rare and it came out well.
At my request the waitress asked the manager to remove the steak from my bill. I paid for my oysters and left (did not eat the steak). The manager dod not come to speak with me.

The best part of this restaurant is that it opens until 1AM! It’s really not easy to find a fine restaurant at midnight. The food is good although not top. But some of its dishes are superior. Its half-dozen half-shelled fresh oyster is a recommended starter. We like the sauces to serve with the fresh oyster. Its Pho noodle soup is also recommended. Its sushi roll is great. Its certified Angus beef is juicy and tasty but I hope the server would have asked me how it should be cooked before they automatically cooked medium, hahaha

We went their for corporate dinner, it was good, but too noisy (as sports bar suppose to be) but the resturent area is so connected with bar area..it is loud.. they were short staffed that day, we waited 45 minutes after ordering, we were thinking to leave and go somewhere else but the guy (Johnathan) helped us finally and fulfill our orders and drinks..
It was my first experience at province and its okiesh..

It's ok for a quick bite while waiting for your flight.

Service and food quality are not the best though. But at least you get a table and chair to properly eat.

The cashier Bryan, with a beard and blue eyes was extremely rude. First, he was just standing there for 10 minutes while people were in line until another customer asked for his order. At that point I asked if I was on the right line to which he replied I was. I order a burger and a mimosa at which he said you have to get it so he could ring it. I say, so sorry and proceeded to grab the can. Then he asked for my ID which I am fine with even though I am 48. I know it is required by law. His attitude started more personal, when I grabbed the can he yelled you have to open it in front of me. I took my receipt and sat down until I heard him calling numbers. When I get there a guy is complaining about a wrong order at which he says he is the only one working both giving orders and taking orders. I saw other people there but he was just rude, looked really unhappy and then comes with a whole bunch of bags and starts yelling numbers. I ask for mine and he he looks at me like a face that says " I don't know they are there."So I proceed to look at one of the bags since he was not helpful and he yells at me don't touch that! I will give it to you. I almost thought ge was going to hit my hand. I finally tell him you are rude at which he replies that I've been on the phone the whole time. I told him I was a customer and did not have to give him any explanation about being on the phone. You need to train your people how to treat people. We are customers that are paying for a service and deserve respect while doing so.

The truffle mushrooms Swiss burger was surprisingly delicious, the truffle really came through! The rosemary garlic parsley fries were also very good, & I was delighted that they had gluten free buns! Much better than I expected for airport food!

Horrible. The beef is so dry and the chicken tasted odd. The service is the worest ever. They need to train the staff.

Wanted to try Smashburger so I saw this location at the San Jose Airport so thought I would give it a try. Burgers looked great on the display in front of the restaurant and even better on the menu behind the counter. I ordered the mushroom Swiss double meat and another same single. What a huge disappointment. The pictures speak for themselves. Lesson learned read the reviews first before you try a new place .

For better or worse your experience may vary...visited on a Saturday night around 8pm. There were 2 other tables there. Completely empty. Our server said the night before was crazy and there was a dj and live music with a packed house. Not sure why Saturday night was different but my wife and I essentially had the place to ourselves. Our server Tiffany B was awesome. Very friendly and down to Earth. Food came out fast and hot which was expected since no one was there. Food was good, we had no complaints. If in the are again and in the mood for asian without a lot of fuss, I'd go back. It's inside the casino but the noise from the casino wasn't noticed. Casino appeared to be non smoking and card games only. Also the security guy in the parking was super friendly. Just a nice guy.

Food was mediocre. My burger was charred. The person at the register was very nice and polite. Which is the only reason for two stars. They missed part of my order. The woman collecting my order had hair almost to the ground, loose and never said a word to me. Not I’m sorry have a good day here you go. Nothing. The floors were very also dirty. I do not recommend this location. Not clean, lacks customer service, consistency and cleanliness

Just average experience here. Employees were all business and not friendly at all. Typical airport restaurant hustle. Food was prepared in a decent timeframe.

Quality of the food was remarkably average. Not somewhere I would choose to go back to given a handful of options. The chicken on our chicken sandwiches was very thin and very dry. Very disappointing. The smash tots were so greasy there was literally a half inch of oil left in the cup at the bottom of the tots. Caution eating these as they will get oil everywhere.

Had an early flight and needed breakfast. Ordered the Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. It was exactly what I was craving. Bread was delicious, egg seasoned just right, nice and cheesy.

Fast service, friendly cashier, and clean seating area.

Best choice for breakfast on that side of San Jose Airport I have found yet. Directly across from Terminal 22.

Happy Hour with friends is always fun and I was able to check out the Province at Bay 101 @TheProvince_SJ.  We ordered all the items from the HH menu, fried calamari rings with a roasted jalapeños aioli, Four house styled buffalo chicken wings, Truffle fries., avacado toast with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, Oysters on the haft shell with a pomegranate migonette. My favorite item was the Avocado 🥑 toast 🍞. The mozzarella cheese was perfectly melt in middle. For the main course, we got the Bo Luc Lac, aka Shaking beef.  For drinks, we got Lychee spritz and Peach bliss. I love how the drinks were strong but still tasty. I would definitely come back and maybe play a hand of Black Jack ♠️♠️ too! 😂🤣@TheProvince

We weren't sure about this place, but it was recommended to us when we were in San Jose. The food was pretty tasty. The restaurant looks fresh with glamorous seating such as leather couches and stylized chairs. First we ordered the pork belly buns and the fried calamari from the happy hour menu. (Currently happy hour runs 5-7pm daily). I highly recommend the pork belly buns. I also really liked the dried green beans, the black pepper beef, the garlic noodles with chicken and the eggplant tofu. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. We would come again.
