The French Onion soup was delicious; salads were 'right-sized' and tasty. The service was very good and well attended by our server.

We ate in the take out section but now I realize we should have eaten in the main restaurant which had a nice feel. The food was solid. My breakfast sandwich was fresh and made perfectly. The cinnamon roll was ok but not great. My fruit was fresh cut and chilled

Could definitely use some assistance in how to accommodate medium/large parties. They definitely have the space for everyone but you will be going up and ordering from the register your food and drinks yourself each time. Silverware was not placed, nothing on the table for us. My aunt had to set it up for our party. Direction was not clear which lead to a lot of time wasted. Maybe let them know if you won’t have the wait staff or the ability to serve as a normal functioning restaurant. We would have enjoyed our time together elsewhere and respected the honesty.

Deli side--

Wow! I got the apple fritter french toast and the bf got an ultimate croissant, the flavors were amazing, I could tell everything was scratch made, the ham was aaactually ham, and the maple syrup was real. It would have been nice to have a full service breakfast there, I didn't like needing to get up and get more coffee, but it's not that big of a deal. Maybe that's why it's not packed like the other breakfast restaurants? idk...

I will be back, I heard they are popular for their chicken pot pies, selling upwards of 100/day! So that will be the next stop back.

Long wait for a reason! Best fish fry in town. Been coming here since I was a child, still coming as an adult, not much has changed and that’s a great thing!! Bar staff is on top of it, never have to wait long for a drink. Prime rib is my favorite o. Saturdays. 10/10
This was our first time here and ordered the gyro. Best gyro I have had since moving to Wisconsin. Absolutely will return for more. The service was also superb.

The fish, fries and burger tasted like camp food. If I had a blind bite of the fish I would believe it was boxed fish sticks. The burger was SO charred and dry. The French fries looked great but tasted like the breading for onion rings with no onion inside, they didn’t taste like potato at all and when bit open you couldn’t see potato.
The staff was not at all rude, but we were worked through like cattle at auction.
HOWEVER, the cheesecake was absolutely awesome! We ordered multiple slices of the caramel apple and will probably stop by for cheesecake to go in the future.
There happened to be a hair in my coleslaw, didn’t really bother me I’m a farm girl. I picked it off and ate it. lol
Friendly staff. Excellent food. Clean environment. I had cheeseburger and my wife and my brother-in-law got the beef kebab. We all loved it.
I would definitely recommend this place.
gyro was amazing but the salad wasn't. 1 piece of feta cheese, 1 kalamata olive cut in half. Way too much lettuce.

I usually love going here, it’s my go to birthday place but going here tonight on my anniversary was a terrible mistake. When we walked in, the hosts didn’t even acknowledge we were there until I said hello. We sat at our table and didn’t see the server for drinks for at least 10 minutes, probably closer to 20. The server never came back to check on how our food was and when we were asked if we needed anything (we asked for another drink and ketchup) we still hadn’t received it by the time we got the bill. My steak was also extremely over cooked (ordered medium) and did not have any flavor to it whatsoever. See picture below. They offered a free desert (7$) to make up for the botched steak (23$). Then, when we went to pay our bill, the host at the register didn’t ask anything about our service or food, the only thing she said to me was the total of the bill. I don’t know if there have been management changed but i refuse to return to such a poor establishment.
If you're in Wausau and have a craving for authentic Mediterranean cuisine, there's a spot you simply can't miss. This restaurant has quickly become a favorite for locals and visitors alike, thanks to its exceptional menu and inviting atmosphere.

At the heart of their menu are the Feta Gyros – a true masterpiece of flavors. Each gyro is generously filled with succulent meat, wrapped in a soft, warm pita, and perfectly complemented by the tangy feta. It's a dish that not only satisfies your hunger but also transports you straight to the Mediterranean coast with every bite.

But the experience doesn't end there. The Greek fries are a revelation in themselves. Seasoned to perfection and cooked to a golden crisp, they are the ideal accompaniment to any main dish. These aren't just any ordinary fries; they're a culinary journey.

And for dessert, the baklava is an absolute must-try. Each layer of this sweet, flaky pastry is a testament to the chef's attention to detail and commitment to traditional flavors. It's the perfect ending to an already delightful meal.

This restaurant isn't just about great food; it's about the experience. From the warm, welcoming ambiance to the attentive service, every visit is memorable. Whether you're a Mediterranean cuisine aficionado or trying it for the first time, this place in Wausau is sure to impress. Don't miss out on this culinary gem – it's a dining experience you'll want to relive again and again.

One of the best shrimp and scallops Friday dinner($ 15.50. 4 large scallops and 3 large shrimp, choice of 2 sides and bread) I have ever had. Had a side of mushroom and pickles . Very good and reasonably priced. This pub was better than a supper club. The ordering first and wtg for your number to come up was a bit different but it went fast. Our cocktails were generous and reasonable priced. The waitresses were very good and looked like they liked there jobs.a good vibe and very efficient and friendly. I cannot wait to go back
Such a great place to eat. There were 6 of us all with a variety of food. Fish, Ribs, Prime Rib, New York strip, seafood pasta and a couple appetizers. Everything was so good and service was great too!
I had been meaning to try this place for several years now and today my wife and I finally managed it. The young lady at the register was very informative and suggested the lamb kabobs. I loved it! I also ordered the sampler and throughly enjoyed that too. This was all during lunch. My only complaint is I don't think I'm going to be hungry for supper!🤣 Keep up the great work folks. Oh, and the falafel tasted better here than when I had it overseas. 👏 👏
Had the Gyro platter with rice. It was totally delicious and top quality. Some places make Gyros that are a bit overly greasy but mine was basically perfect. Only gripe is that I wish it came with more meat. It had ~70 percent of what I would have hoped for. The pita and the sauce were top notch

Our family loves going to Fish Fry Fridays at the Loading Zone for a delicious and affordable meal. The service is always great, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, perfect for a Friday night out. We recommend getting there early, as it gets busy after 5pm.
I tried the mix grill and really loved it! The gyro meat, chicken kabob, veggie kabob, rice and Greek salad were all on point and so delicious. The pita bread was also very soft and fresh. Super fast friendly service too. I never leave reviews but was just so impressed. 10/10!

It was Bill's 76th birthday and we celebrated at 2510. We got there at 4:36pm and were back home by 6:07pm.

Everything was very good. We started with the very yummy onion frills followed by a salad for Bill and the French Onion soup for me. Bill had the Filet Mignon with wild rice and gorgonzola sauce. I debated on multiple entrees and decided to try the Butternut Squash Ravioli.

It was so good! We brought home so much food, including onion frills. Lindsay was our waitress. She was very attentive but also very busy even at that hour. Yet, our food was timely, and we had time to chat between courses.

We read the negative reviews before we went but it wasn't our experience at all. We have been to 2510 many times in the past. It was my mother's favorite restaurant since she worked next door for years for an insurance company. They definitely delivered quality.
Stopped early on a Friday night for fish fry. How it works is you get in line at the register. When it’s your turn you place your order and then you can go to the bar to get your drinks. When the staff calls your number, they bring you to your table and your food is there waiting. Fish fry was good. My son and wife got the steak sandwich. My son’s was a little tough and difficult to chew. Otherwise everything else was great and we will be back when in town again.
We slept on this restaurant for too long. Didn’t know what to expect. It never looked busy but we decided to give it a try recently and were super impressed. The gyro sandwich was packed full of meat! I honestly could have ordered a second pita and made another with all of it! Really good flavors and my hubby liked the mixed grill and salad. Rice was a little bland but we weren’t there for the rice. Ordered baklava to go and ate it for breakfast the next day.

They seem to have a good process to get people in and out on Fridays. I recommend ordering appetizers and have a drink while you wait. The appetizers come out quick. The fish, baked potato and root beer was excellent.

This is a fun place to enjoy a birthday with friends and family. We enjoyed the curd sampler but in the end would stick with the traditional curds. There are always several parties on weekends going so it is not a quick in and out but good place to be social. Well decorated for the season. Highly recommend the almond cake, though the chocolate celebration cake is a treasure too.

We enjoyed our own wine for a small corking fee.
