8/8 Joan Gamper Trophy match hold in Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium should've been a great experience, to celebrate our son’s birthday, but it’s not.

The club overselling tickets for front row seats, those seats were sold twice. At first we were asked to get up from our seats and been told the row 1 seats are for players ,which turned out to be a lie.

Our tickets are exactly row 1 seats and we’ve checked with other staff earlier to make sure we’re at the right spots. We then asked staffs where are our seats then? but what we got is consistently ignorance or misleading.

We spent over EUR$500 on 3 tickets that are in 1st Grandstand (seats issued in row 1), we came all the way from Taiwan to Barcelona expecting a great experience with my son ( who is a big fan) and family , but what we experienced is club staffs lying and ignoring our question without giving solution, not telling us what is happening and just impatiently asked us to wait, saying there’re all the people asking same question. The group with tickets in front row seats but can’t get to sit on their seats were getting bigger, mostly foreigners, even carried baby in hand, 5 mins to the match start, and it’s still nothing. Then the staffs eventually told us that they can’t do anything about it, they have to wait for the boss’ instruction. A big group of fans with front row seats standing there getting no help, then even been forced to leave the section, staffs and guards treated us like 2nd-class citizen, like it's our problem. ??

Turned out we missed quite lot of the 1st half match, and only get to stand on patio (with paying EUR$500+ for 3) to watch rest of the match to cheer for Barca.

This is a very very unpleasant experience, not only it’s like stealing money and ruining our vacation, but also make us feel like it’s nationality discrimination. The club needs to improve the ticket selling system and the service upon crisis management, do business decently, don’t shade the glory of Barca.

This Club is from the customer side the climax of arrogance and total incompetence in one. For me a ticket purchase went wrong on their side. Support is not accessible and if at all provides standard non helpful answers. Then Paypal refunds my case and those FCB guys do not get it. 10 weeks later they sent out a standard mail rejecting everything. They do not even get that the money is already back on my account. And then they send in parallel an ad to buy tickets for the next game though I unsubscribed weeks ago from their promo mails. So nothing works from ticketing to support down to following data protection law (no emails if customer removes permission).

Menos mal que van a remodelar el estadio porque esta que da pena. Me parece un atraco los 30euros de la entrada al museo..un atraco. En la entrada a los partidos mejor ir con tiempo porque se lia mucho follon para entrar. Los seguratas tatdan bastante en cachear a todos antes de entrar, y las mochilas abandonadas en la entrada abundan y no ayudan con la tranquilidad respecto a la seguridad. El ambiente en partidos es de mucho alcohol. La gente se sienta donde quiere. Igual tienes que echar a crios o adolescentes de tu sitio porque se bajan a primera fila sin tener esa ubicación.

Great place to visit if you are big soccer fan. To be able to sit in the bleachers and VIP section, to see the memorabilia.. would have been more awesome to see a game. Maybe someday, in the new field they are building ill get to watch a game❤️⚽
