Service médiocre the guy he didn’t even let me inside before the closing time he was impolite plus I was just checking a price in front of the door he literally kicked me out at 8pm summer time never going back even if though I am a loyal customer…..

Fancy self service machines that don’t work, only one cashier open with a massive customer queue, while the staff is busy doing nothing and not helping out. Disappointing!

Returning a recently purchased item that was paid in cash.

Best Interest: Excellent 5/5. I really felt the manager wanted to help me, but was bound by company guidelines.

Communication: Excellent 5/5. I was explained that a cash purchase is always refunded by debit card. Unlike in the USA, a cash purchase does not mean a cash refund. I find it weird, but it is a cultural difference, therefore I respect the refund policy. It is also most likely created by Celio corporate and not by the store manager.

Helpfulness: 5/5 Excellent. The manager and staff member explained my refund options, and then processed my request debit card refund.

Knowledge: 5/5 Excellent. I felt they very knowledgeable about the process and I had confidence a solution could be found.

Patience: 5/5 Excellent. They were very patient and not irritated or upset about the additional time and work. I'm deeply thankful.

Overall: 5/5 Excellent. I will definitely return and shop here again, however I will ensure to use my debit card for purchases because it will conserve my quantity of cash in my wallet. Also, very good quality items available!

DEVRED is one of my favourite places to shop! It's not cheap but not too expensive and have good quality clothes stylish as well.

I love this shop and go here every time I visit Paris. So affordable, great quality and fashionable.

Here the employees are very nice... Since in France English is not a very appreciated language but they really tried to communicate and some of them really speak good English specially the manager... And they are helpful too, they willingly help which is very rare to see in Paris...

I went ma a regular costumer and have three programmes saying until -50% on sweaters and -10euros reduction on purchase of new collection but it doesn't say until when so that we can program to visit

Staff is welcoming and helpful. They took their time to help me choose perfectly suited suits for me.

The store is nice. It's a bit small but they have some nice clothes for guys.

Never reviewed a fashion store, but Mano was an exceptional stylist and I need to let others know how great she is. Within less than a minute, a full outfit was put together, it looked fantastic.

Remember, ask for Mano if you aren’t sure.

The store is small, thus very small collection and and not too many options. I'd rather buy online on their website.
