Ordered and immediately got parked. Waited nearly 25 minutes before the order was brought out. One would have thought that it would have been fresh and hot, but was anything but. 4 star atmosphere simply because I sat in my car...

I'm pretty positive that I never been to any other establishment here in woodbridge were it is so overwhelming noticeable that the employees dislike their jobs. It reflects in the customer service. The consistently wrongly prepared food. The employees attitude when they speak to you and you make them aware of their mistakes. Y'all need to clean your water filter. It truly taste like mold. Its disgusting and the taste is noticeable in the sodas and slushy. I feel like I need to call the health department for an inspection.

Checkers has been advertising $1.99 burgers. However, when I was attempting to order I inquired and they said there was no such thing. I continued with the order because I had someone with me and she was pressed for time, so I decided I would do the research later. The person I was with was paying for my order so we continued. When we were told the total was $27 and change, she about fell out of her seat. Quite a far distance from $1.99. When I did my research the $1.99 burgers can only be ordered through the app. If we were told that the almost $30 order for two burgers and two drinks would have been much more palatable.
I can understand the situation. However, she has determined she is never going to any Checkers ever again.

I would recommend you checking your food before you leave the parking lot. Ordered two cheeseburgers and one without a few ingredients. So when I checked my bag before I left, I saw that they had everything right inside so I didn't think anything. I got home and headed my mom her burger and they put onions and pickles on her sandwich and we asked without it ( even said on the burger and recipe). I also ordered some funnel fries to try for the first time! They were good but the ends were hard as idk what! This is the second time that I've had an issue with checkers and there food.

I haven't ordered from Red Robin in a long time. Thought I'd try my favorite sandwich. Not very good. I also ordered sweet potato fries and got regular steak fries. Approx 10 fries. Very disappointed.

Don't sleep on this Checkers! Anytime I'm in Woodbridge I stop here and get a fry-lovers fry! It's always hot and fresh. Hot dogs are always yummy with soft buns. The strawberry ice cream was top tier but I believe that was a summer thing. There is only outside seating and you may have to drive by some trash in the parking lot, but that food hits! 🤣

I want to start off my saying how amazing Kaylee was! She treated me so well and I really liked her she answered all my questions and was very professional! I will definitely be back and hope to see her! The food was great as well Kaylee played a big part in what I got there fries are so good!

I used to love Red Robin! It was our go to burger spot! We decided to go last week, and I ordered a beyond burger (I am vegan) and we were told they no longer make vegan accommodations due to them downsizing their grills. All the meat/meat substitutes are now cooked together. I was super shocked by this because we’ve been coming here for years. They said ALL LOCATIONS made this change.

When we are, the quality of the burger was poor. No seasoning, just blah. They literally gave us 7 fries… I would recommend this place to my meat eating friends because the quality is terrible.

Kaylee attended me with great customer service! She was very helpful with helping me chose a new item on the menu. I tried the burger bowl with the chicken tenders topped with fi sauce and ranch and it was so delicious. I definitely will be returning!

The food was absolutely amazing! I tried the new wings tossed in buffalo sauce and the meat literally fell off the bone! I will definitely be returning.

I am a veteran and I called this location, ro see if I could do a order online and still get my free 10 wings. I would had ordered between 80 to 100 dollars. The only reason I wanted to do it this way, was because I'm recovering from strep throat and still have pneumonia. The manager was told this, and told me I still have to come in to dine in to get the free 10 wings. So, instead of ordering about 100 dollars of food for me and my family I know have to go inside and sit down buy a beverage, wich I will, get my Free 10 piece wings and leave, and I pray I don't get alot of people sick. But even after telling the manager I was contagious they said I had to come in. So management seems like maybe they don't know proposals or they are tired of serving veterans by now. I told her I would bring my ID in, im also a disabled veteran. Not that that really matters but I have several IDs to show my service.

Sad, this is one of the better hooters restaurant but I havnt been Here in a year, so maybe they have gone down hill. Lol, will give everyone an update with my experience being sick.

The service was good and the food was good. The wrap had good flavor but I wish it had more sauce on the inside or on the side, it was lacking on that part. The garlic parmesan fries were good and had enough to actually taste the garlic and Parmesan.

We had to pay with cash because their resister is broken. The AC was also broken or off, and they had their garage doors open to keep it cool inside. Food was okay, but many of the options I loved are now gone, such as the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. The drink dispenser was broken and we had to get soda cans from the cashier when we wanted drinks. The bathroom is disgusting, the floors being dirty and wet, graffiti on the sides of the stalls, one of the stalls being broken and didn’t close. Not only that, but there wasn’t any soap or paper towels in the bathroom. They forgot to make my brother and my mom’s food, we had to ask remind them the order since it was written down on a piece of paper and missed by the cashier.

The food was at least good but a little expensive for the environment, which doesn’t surprise me because we were likely one of five patrons present. Clearly the owner of the establishment no longer cares to keep it running as it did in the past, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it plans on closing down with how poorly it is being maintained. There’s somewhere around 10 - 15 TVs, with only one being on.

A disgrace to how good it used to be, and we will not be returning here. I don’t see why it is still running if the owner doesn’t care to maintain bare minimum necessities such as paper towels or soap in the bathroom, or their register.

My experience was average. The crew member taking my order at the drive through could have been more helpful when asked about menu items. The speed of service was on the slow side. The food was prepared sloppily. Overall on par with past experiences.

The atmosphere is welcome and festive. There's a wide selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from, and they add new items almost every season. The food is always fresh, cooked as ordered and great-tasting. I recommend going to this location if you're doing some mall shopping.

We ate here for our Friday night out meal. We’ve had Fuddruckers in other towns before. This location is older and definitely in need of some updating. The drink machines were broken so we were given cans of soda at $2.85 a piece. The place has a dozen TVs and not one of them was on or they were broken possibly. Also there are games in the front of the restaurant and one of them played this very annoying music loudly and constantly the whole time we were there. The food however was pretty good. I had a burger and fries the go to meal here. It was good but I’ve had better. Over all I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Checkers used to be my favorite burger joint - best burgers, best fries, best prices. It seems like the menu has made it harder to find the less expensive items. I was waiting for something to get delivered at a nearby store and walked up to this Checkers to get a burger, and it appears they are not used to having customers that aren't using the drive through. There are 2 windows, the left being totally blocked by signs, and the right being mostly blocked. I knocked on the right window, and when an employee opened the window I told her my order, and she told me to go to the left window. I knocked on the left window and after a bit a different employee opened that window and took my order, sending me to wait at the right window. Another customer walked up looking as confused as I had been. I told him he needed to go to the left window to place his order, and he said that was strange because the left window is blocked. A minute later I looked over and realized he had passed the order window and was standing at a random non-opening window, and pointed to the correct one, where he knocked and the employee opened the window and took his order.
It would eliminate a lot of confusion if they put "Order" over the left window and "Pick Up" over the right window.

Decided to try Hooters at Potomac Mills after having lousy food (wings and curly fries) yesterday at Hooters Fairfax. So bad I did not finish the meal. Still had a taste for Hooters wings tonight. What a difference just changing locations. Wings were excellent (properly sauced and fresh). Curly fries were cooked and seasoned correctly. I think I found my new Hooters location.

They had the audacity to send me scraps! It looks like they gave me the food that was in the fryer and they cleaned it and gave me what they got when they cleaned it!

"American cheese" should never be in the same sentence "fondue". It's was like a thinned out melted American cheese. Try at your own risk.
Overall not terrible, but nothing to rave about, just another greasy American burger franchise.

Austin and Star both exceeded my expectation on customer service! Loved how they made me feel and accommodated me in all ways possible. My experience here was pleasant because of them both. Thanks guys!

alert alert! the service here is collectively incredible! from the server Kevin to Isabella making our drinks to the manager Christian. everyone is so kind and went above and beyond to make sure our entire family had fun. the food was amazing. do not sleep on silver diner’s food! the quality has only been getting better and better! could def compete with higher priced brunch spots. bruschetta toast, salmon benedict, philly omelette, shrimp caesar salad, cod w couscous & asparagus, blt. we’re so grateful we spent our sunday family brunch here today :) will be back often

Food was really good. We split an order of chicken and waffles. The picture attached is half the order. The portion was huge. If you go there ask for DJ. He’s an excellent waiter. His customer service skills are above and beyond.

Went on a wings day and got buy one dozen get one free. Wings were good but forgot how creepy of a place it can be there. Old men making rude comments to the ladies and some of the waitresses just had friends hanging out and talking which delayed service.

I'm going to start of by saying, we USUALLY love this place. Clean, quick, yummy food and USUALLY good service. Last night.... was wierd. The "manager" wouldn't give me her name. A young woman with long wavy black hair and a very bad attitude was pissed when we walked in. She was nasty with her employees and when I brought my burger back to be cooked a bit more, she argued with me about how it wasn't underdone. We went back and forth for a couple minutes until I just asked for a refund. She refused to give me her name and told me I would have to wait and then finally refunded me. I had just spent $40 and I am super surprised by how I was treated to be honest. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day. Anyway, onion rings were good and my son enjoyed his meal. 🤷‍♀️ Hoping manager lady takes a breath next time...

Save Fuddruckers!! I am fortunate to have a Fuddruckers near me as they are getting harder to come by. If you want a reasonable value for a burger, Fuddruckers ranks up there especially when you get to customize the burger yourself at the fixings bar. Check out my burger in the pics.

pleasant Red Robin experience - easy and quickly seated, tasty burgers.

Considering they ‘open’ at 11 am and it was after 1 pm and they were still closed, I didn’t get to eat. I pulled up and was told he was the only one there and that he was waiting on staff to show up. I drove 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. Waste of time. Very upset about this situation. The guy was nice and I felt bad for him but also this was the weirdest situation to not have any staff at all. I stopped someone who was pulling in and told them the same thing. They didn’t understand either. Unfortunately, I won’t be wasting my time to go back.

Experience was nice. Service was on point. No wait time. Seated as soon as we came through the door. The server was polite and attentive. Food came out no more than 10min after ordering. Food was good. Pancakes just ok.

The chicken sandwich appeared to be not fresh (stale). The burger wasn't good. It lacked flavor and tasted dry and bitter. The fries were burnt. The sauce was almost empty.

Went a few days ago and was very disappointed. This location is not like other fuddruckers I’ve been to, not only was the general vibe depressing it was a Saturday evening around 8pm and there were only 4 other customers in there. We tried 4 different tables before we found an actually clean one and most surfaces were sticky/grimy including the toppings bar. The cheese sauce tasted sour and was extremely thin and one of their 2 coke machines was out of coke products? I ordered the hand breaded chicken tenders and was sorely disappointed in the frozen school lunch tenders(pictures attached) that I received which looked nothing like the pictures on the wall, I also ordered wedges(also pictured in the wall) and received steak fries which isn’t even an option on the menu so I can only assume it wasn’t a mistake and that’s what you serve instead of wedges. If I had been informed about the fries I would have ordered a different kind. The only reason I didn’t ask for a refund was that I tried to power through the nasty tenders(the inside looked like a chicken nugget) and ate 2 and some fries before I gave up. Overall a horrible experience but from my many years of customer/food service experience I would guess this is a franchise owner/manager that is trying to cut costs due to slow business.

The meal appeared to be enticing and exciting until you bite into it. At first I thought it was my taste palette resetting in some odd way, but as I continued to eat more, it became clear. The burger just wasn't good. It lacked flavor and tasted dry and bitter. The fries were also victim to the same level. I'm sure the staff works hard, because they were prompt, fast and friendly. But the meals are just not there.

I wish I came when this place was in its prime. I was greeted by a "Cash Only" sign on the front door and more of them as walked in. When I got to the register, their shakes were also out of service. The shakes were the main reason I decided to go there. Anyway, there was a system outage of some sort. The cashier was not knowledgeable about what kind of plant based burger they had. She just said yes to everything I asked. I asked if it was a bean burger and she said yes. Then I asked if it was a beyond burger. She said yes again. I had to look up their ingredients to figure it out. I ordered my food and saw that they were understaffed. The register person was now the server.

As I waited for the food, I went to the restroom and saw that it wasn't clean and the paper towels were on top of the towel dispenser and not inside of it. Those are just little details I pay attention to. It's not sanitary for all patrons to grab the roll of paper to clean their hands. Moving on, the place is huge with outdoor seating. But the indoor seating looks like it was attacked my a tiger. Every other seat is eaten up. This place needs a major upgrade.

I got my food and went to get my drink at the machine and they were out of most of the drinks. Very disappointing. The lettuce in the salad bar was a little brown, but the other items looked ok. My burger was surprisingly good with my sweet potato fries. I recommend the sweet potato fries for sure.

This place is kid-friendly, so I understand why families go here. There are some arcade games right when you walk in and I guess the burgers are good. My sister did not like her turkey burger, but I liked mine. I guess you have to take a chance. I would go to Fuddruckers again, but never at this location, until they show this place some love.

I recently visited Hooters and had an overall disappointing experience that left me quite unsatisfied. I feel compelled to share my negative review to provide an honest account of my visit.

Firstly, upon entering the establishment, I was immediately greeted by a strong and unpleasant odor that permeated the entire restaurant. The smell was both off-putting and difficult to ignore, creating an uncomfortable dining environment. It greatly detracted from the overall experience and was a major letdown.

Furthermore, I couldn’t help but notice that the restaurant felt dingy and unkempt. The cleanliness standards seemed lacking, and the overall ambiance left much to be desired. The furniture appeared worn-out and the overall decor felt outdated. It was not the welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that I had anticipated.

While the quality of service varied among staff members, it was disappointing to observe a lack of attentiveness and genuine care for customers. The level of professionalism fell short of expectations, and it contributed to an overall feeling of dissatisfaction.

Considering the above factors, I regret to say that my visit to Hooters was far from enjoyable. The combination of the unpleasant smell, dingy atmosphere, and subpar service left a negative impression that I am unlikely to forget. I would caution others to carefully consider their expectations before choosing to dine at this establishment.

Haven't been here in a while. It's really gone downhill since the last time I was here. The drink machine had about 3-5 choices, which was never mentioned by the guy behind the counter, until I brought it up. The restaurant is very clean, even behind the counter. I'm not sure if this is normal or because there was no one there. The food is good except the fries were not seasoned the way they normally were. They support veterans which is a plus.

Beer was cold (-old orange slice). Food was good. Service was a different story...sub-par at best. Our wait person never came back to check on us. We had to flag someone down for water and to pay because the tablet on the table didn't work.

My family enjoys going to Silver Diner ever since my kids were young. With 50s-60s atmosphere and old school table jukeboxes, SD just seems to facilitate a happy experience.

My family and I went to the Potomac Mills location for a celebratory dinner. Our waitress was incredible, the food delicious, and overall service just great. There were not many patrons when we arrived so no wait to be seated. I even went as far to check the bathrooms, which was very clean.

Thanks Silver Diner for another great dining experience!

The urban style fries are the best! So delicious! Burgers were good but the shakes were so good! We got the red velvet and coffee mocha shakes.

If you are ever in the Potomac Mills Area stop in to the Silver Diner for breakfast! Ask for Doreen. I ordered the Oaxaca omelette (with egg whites) and turkey bacon; I substituted a pancake for my toast. Everything was excellent.

First time here. Something about medium rare paddies at a fast food place just doesn’t sit right with me. I got it to-go so didn’t realize until I was home and took a few bites. I’m sure I’ll be fine but I don’t want to repeat this experience.

Usually places that offer different cooking temps ask you no? Maybe? I didn’t get asked so I’m assuming this is the default here.

Well, first thing first nothing in this place represents the name, not the taste, quality, nor the price. Burgers are very expensive, $13 for a single burger! I know a place I can get Wagyu for that price!! Bacon was SOOO skinny you can see true it and it’s impossible to taste it, check out the pictures. The veggies toppings taste EXACTLY, I mean EXACTLY, like what McDonald’s put on their stuff. Meat was totally tasteless. No wonder, no-one eats at this place. They didn’t have a single order in the busiest time of the day, and the workers were having their own lunch.

The ONLY reason I gave this place 2 stars was that the meet was super hot and fresh. I wish every burger place would serve their meat that hot. Felt so good.👌🏻

Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money here. And to the owner, dude, I don’t see a bright future for this place unless you bring your price down to justify with the quality. That way you will definitely get some more loyal customers. Good luck!

We loved that place. At first we thought this was expensive but when we got the food, the plates were huge! Everything was really good they have vegan options!! And a big kid's menu.

The food here is always fresh but the service is pretty bad. They constantly get ordered wrong. Forget items. And today I asked for extra mayo. Was told they don't have any. I asked "don't you put it on the burgers?" They said yes but we don't have any packets. I said "no problem just put a little in a cup" was told "we don't have cups" I then said "I don't care what you put it on, a bag? A napkin? Whatever." Was told "we don't have any" horrible service 😕

Came to VA to take care of some business and came across this diner. Expected the food to be good because of the lines but the wait wasn't long, as the server took us to our seat I was looking at people food as we walk by and everything looked delicious. My daughter or a omelette but it came incorrect the manger greeted us and apologized and gave us a free entree for the inconveniences. I'm traveling back to VA just for the experience and food if this diner. June 19 I have an update. So I didn't want to travel all the way back to this silver diner in VA, when I found out there are more then one silver diner in a American. Ive since been to silver in Arlington Virginia and Columbia Maryland and none compare to this silver diner

Having your food made to order is always good but to have it made to order fast with friendly service always makes it that much better. The burgers are great and the chicken is juicy. The only bad thing is that I haven't tried one of their milkshakes yet!

Decided to check out Wayback Burgers and wow was I blown away!! I got the Caesar Salad and added grilled chicken to it. The portion size was amazing! I ate till I got full and had enough to take home for later! EVERYTHING about the salad was super fresh, the croutons were flavorful and crunchy, the chicken was good lean white meat. If you are in Woodbridge definitely check out Wayback Burgers! I will definitely be back!

First time eating here with my bf, we walked in right at opening (11 am). Staff was friendly and the vibe was low-key. I ordered a Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken and was pleasantly surprised! Bf crushed the double bacon sandwich w/ a side of fries. The portions are huge! Tasted delicious, would go back for sure.

Wayback Burgers is my favorite shake and burger place located next Potomac Mills Outlet Mall. Always clean with friendly service. They are reasonable priced and be sure to download their app for discounts. They are famous for their Big Easy Burger and of course, shakes! Try the Salted Caramel!

I haven't been to Fuddruckers since the restaurant in Fredericksburg closed. I was very excited to find this one still open. The hostess/cashier patiently helped us with our order. Our food was delicious and hot when my name was called. I had the 2/3 pound bacon cheese burger it was almost to big to finish. My date had chicken wings which were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We also got some seasoned fries to share, which were crunchy perfection. Will definitely return next time we are in area.

Actually just a smokey bones using a different name for some reason.

SUMMARY: We enjoyed the food, but most everything else was I'll let down.
We like Red Robin but we do not recommend this location.

FOOD: Royal burger was wonderful.

SERVICE: Waitress was abrupt & less than friendly. Also failed to offer drink or fry refills.

FACILITY: Great location adjacent to Potomac Mills, Walmart, & Sam's Club. Unfortunately the restaurant itself was not maintained. Sad because It has obviously been updated so the furnishings are good. However those furnishings are all covered in thick dust and grime, plus women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

PARKING: Plentiful Free parking with easy access.

The place is extremely clean and has a beautiful modern look to it. The staff behind the counter are super sweet and nice. Parking is convenient here as well.
The burger however—HUGE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! For spending $11 for a burger—it had no flavor or taste and was certainly not worth it! The fries didn’t have much salt which I didn’t mind, but the burger flavor and taste really needs to be attended to here . I can’t say I’ll be back for a while or even recommend given this reason. I would much rather go to Five Guys if I’m going to spend this kind of money for a burger—at least there you know you’re getting a burger full of flavor and great tasting fries too.

This place is awesome in every way! Atmosphere, service, and food. Our waitress Sosi was incredible. She made great suggestions and provided the best service, even though it was very busy. The Red, White, and Blue French Toast was literally one of the best things I've ever had. The coffee is amazing!

The food was terrific. A few aspects of our visit were less enjoyable than usual. I still enjoy their food but the downside included warm beer, incorrect orders, and slower service then they typically have. I've had numerous positive experiences and will still eat there again.

Unfortunately you can't actually go to the burger experience. They only offer food through Uber Eats and Grub Hub. My wife and I decided to have dinner at Smokey Bones (the company the makes the Burger Experience) anyway.
I'll plan ahead and make a pickup order through Uber Eats next time I want to grab a sandwich from "The Burger Experience". Delivery didn't work out so well last time...
I got a 1/2 lb Burger, no pickles, it was perfect.
She got a pulled pork sandwich, it was a little dry, but they offered a variety of sauces and she ended up enjoying it.

Second order from this place within a week. Wanted to give them a second chance after the first order was completely incorrect. This time: actually worse. Ordered a green chili burger and two cheese burgers along with an unsweetened ice tea. Received three plain burgers and a sweet tea. Only reason I'm okay with the single star is that the fries (plain) were tasty and incredibly the only part of the order that came as it was supposed to be. Same treatment on both orders, have to assume it's just how this place goes. Absolutely cannot recommend in any way

Shay our server has a bubbly personality and is a great listener too! My fiancè ordered the Boneless Buffalo Chicken, I ordered the Tex Mex Nachos w/o Jalapenos, Sampler! Everything was great, until I checked my wings, 6 of them were undercooked! There's a magenta colored hair in my Ranch Dressing. 2 of my celery sticks had a very small amount of dirt in it. Which tells me that the kitchen needs work.
But overall it was a great night.
