Nag order ako C3 spicy tsaka C1 spicy both with large drinks for takeout bro but I got 2 C1 spicy! Disappointed lang because I paid 304php but I only got 240php worth of food! Wth? You guys basically made me pay 64php for RICE instead of SPAG! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with jollibee EVER! Di na ulit ako oorder sa branch niyo!

Average service, average food. The credit card machine was broken so I had to pay in cash and some menu items were out of stock which was exactly what I was expecting.

Bought 8 pcs bucjet fried chicken last Sunday night. They hid the smallest chicken at the bottom most part so it will not be noticed. You just fooled people who paid fair. You brag about big chicken in the US but here in our home you take advantage of the same.people qho made u famous. The lady was also very rude and no courtesy. Shame on you Jolibee PUAN I'll never buy there again

It was not what I've expected... Service was slow. We have to wait quite long in the line to order and also have to wait for our orders. This pic tops it all up, the very known peach-mango pie's ube version is quite small for my asian hand, but I enjoyed every bit of it.

We had our daughters 1st birthday here on 9th April. It will be an experience that I'll never forget, the staff that ran the party were incredible, so energetic and they looked like they were having just as much fun as we were.

I like Jollibee, but not in love. I find their regular chicken good, but overhyped. Spicy chicken is very good, but very spicy, so beware. The only problem is usually the lines and speed of service. This one is typical in those respects. Still, it's a good place, good food.

Food is just as good as a normal Jollibee. My partner and I had a quick snack and we had no issues whatsoever, the food came hot and fresh as well. What made me give a 5 star was the outstanding service! We came around 4-5 in the afternoon and these two boys were accommodating everyone above and beyond! It's a shame we didn't get their names but they were very welcoming and they made sure we got what we needed. First they greeted our arrival with exaggeration, just in a sweet and welcoming tone and then as soon as the beeper started alarming, this one boy brought our order upstairs just as I was coming down. He was so gentle and although he was wearing a mask, I can tell by his eyes that he was smiling. 15-20 minutes of me and my partner eating and chatting, the other boy went on our table to quickly ask us if we needed water. Where did this branch get these boys by the way?? Pretty sure they aren't paid enough to be this accommodating yet you can tell they love their job. I can also tell that they're probably newbies and maybe part-time workers as they sounded youthful. I cannot expect the same service for every other staff on every other branch but a soft and welcoming voice goes a long way. Hope your cashiers apply them. Thank you again to those two boys who made our dining experience awesome!

It's not just fried chicken, it's chicken joy! Filipinos number one fried chicken food chain. The gravy, oh the gravy is what makes is more special. The skin was crispy, and meat is so juicy. Always pair it with rice.

The reason we gave it 4 stars were the Spicy chicken joy, it was waaaaay too spicy. You take one bite and it burns your tongue. After 3 bites, my daughter was done. We all tried it and sure enough our mouth were burning. They were heavy handed with the spice that day. We've been to this location countless of times and it was never like that. Hopefully when they read this review, they'd be more aware when adding the spice. All other food we had was good.

This location is always super busy no matter what time of the day, being that you see it as soon as you get in the mall. It's a prime location so if you're super hungry, you might want to check other locations.

Food service was a bit slow on a weekday for lunch. It was very busy. We sat upstairs where it was less crowded and ac is better. Still tasty as ever, Jolibee.

We have to wait for 15 mins sa Drive Thru.. It defeats the purpose of driving in for faster take out..We ordered 6 pcs spicy bucket.. And just because nag follow up the Manager would suggest original instead??

Had a wonderful time here. Jollibee was a tad more expensive that I’d remembered, but still a solid consistent product.

Got the two piece spicy combo, and really enjoyed the quality of the chicken as well as the richness of the gravy. Not a big rice fan but had a few bites of that as well. Choose the rooftop seating for the open air and decent view.

Placed an order on their app for pick up but was charged the delivery fee by mistake. Their crew gave us an extra item to cover the extra charge and was very honest in their dealings. Great management and attitude. Keep it up!

Service was superb. Love how staff were all attentive to our needs. They mistook to give us small fries, and changed it in an instant after learning their mistake. I always love to go back to restaurants with great customer service! Plus so generous to senior citizens with their discount offers!

Good place. Ordered Spaghetti and Burger but last time my spaghetti was labeled as Palabok.
