I have been coming here for the last few years, the staff is was super friendly, willing to answer any question, always remembers me. And the burger is the BEST in Nashville!!! Make sure you get the Wagu burger. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend for their burger but more so their service. I ordered online for take-away and realized my VegeFi burger wasn't as ordered. It was too late to go back but they gladly replaced it when I went back next time. I'm deeply appreciative and the replacement burger was perfect!

Stopped in here to give it a try, it was okay.

Service was very good, the food I would compare to Red Robin.
They did have many different styles of burgers to fit many different cravings.
Definitely better than any fast food joint.

AMAZING PLACE TO EAT. THIS IS NOW MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN A 100 MILE RADIUS!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GOING HERE. STAFF IS GREAT, VERY VERY POLITE. old bald guy is my favorite, he's very nice. I think his name is Jeff.

Had onion rings tower as an appetizer. Pleasing golden color, crispy outside, tender onion center. Requested "hot" mustard as a dipping sauce, server said she would check. Did not get any and was not informed of unavailablity or alternative. Not everyone likes ranch. They were not overly busy so took away a star.

I won't go back. The server was nice and she did a good job. Everything just felt dirty and ran down... as soon as I walked in I felt like we had made a bad decision.
With 2 burgers and a sandwich plus the tip.. it was a $65 lunch.. and we didn't even finish our food.

Burgers are great & lots of varieties & endless steak fries but the price is VERY high. The server was super friendly & and accommodating. Unfortunately, I can get a steak somewhere else for the same price. $40-$50 for 2 of us without cocktails for burgers. So this is only a once in a while kind of place for us.

Service was good, but we did have to remind the server twice to bring items that we had already asked for.
My bacon cheeseburger was very average in flavor (disappointing) because my last burger there was really outstanding. I will go back, but when I crave a good burger, RR won't be my first choice.

The First time I walked in a couple months ago. the manager told me I would be back I didn't believe him at first but after I taste the first bite of this amazing Burger that is better than almost any Nashville. Establishment, whether it's South Nashville, downtown Nashville, North Nashville, or West nashville. I have been everywhere over the years the past sixteen years that i've been down South and I can tell you after spending thousands of dollars and many restaurants. This is one of the best burgers in Tennessee! The onion rings appear to be fresh and taste fresh and crunchy that you can't wait to have more! The presentation is always neat packaged amazing and looking juicy! They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine with my favorite red cream soda. They generally open around 11 AM. I recommend getting a number 1 Burger fi cheeseburger which comes with 2 patties. You can add an extra Patty for just a few dollars more. The sauce they use is really great everything Cooked fresh in front of you. It doesn't take long and it's worth it. This Burger is much better than most. Sit down restaurants downtown Nashville.

This Red Robin location offered great service, quick turn around for food, and food was well prepared and tasted delicious! Red Robin now offers thin crust pizza, it was really good and the kids loved it.
Overall I would give this a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
I recommend it.
Only cons I have is our area had some paper trash was left on floor but it was paper straw wrapping and some napkins. Very minimal!

Maybe not the most fair 5/5 rating but I do what I want. The reason for my 5/5 in all aspects is because of the story.

I came in here after watching The Iron Claw an excellent movie that had me on an emotional rollercoaster. So many notes.

Red Robin is a personal favorite and an American classic. Grabbed a drink and waited for my ride-share. Watched the beautiful families enjoy meals and watched women’s college basketball in a gorgeous scene wrapped in christmas. Enjoyed the most excellent holiday drink that was unsipable through a straw (thhhiii). Pictures attached. Seasonal drinks are awesome.

We had a specialty pizza here. I know... A pizza at a hamburger joint. OMG! We got the meat lovers pizza. It was fantastic! Soooo good! I would have never thought that a burger joint would have pizza this good! It's awesome!!! It's thin crust but all you thick crust lovers must try their pizza!!! That's coming from a thick crust guy!

Addendum! Second time here getting a pizza and this time we got the Supreme pizza. Absolutely amazing! So it turns out that they partnered with an Ohio pizza company to make their pizzas in the restaurants. They are on point!!! My opinion way better than the other chain pizza restaurants. I only wish they delivered to where I live. The photo that I have posted is the Supreme pizza. If you are a pizza person then you really need to go to Red Robin and get one. You will not be disappointed!!! We will for sure be back to get more. The only question is do we get pizza or a burger and fries! Or do we split and eat both?!?! Decisions decisions...

I love BurgerFi, not only because of the cleanliness of the restaurant but the customer service is great. I experienced BurgerFi for the first time on 1 October 2021 at their Franklin location. The food is amazing. I'm a vegetarian so the Beyond Burger is my go to. But my fiancé tried the chocolate custard shake and he said it was good. So yeah ✨💙

First time customer went around 1-2p, parking can be challenging because inside plaza with other business and parking is not labeled for each business. Once inside there was on line I ordered the vegan burger with fries and onion rings for two, price was around $40. Being a vegan for long time food could have been seasoned better as far as burger. Restaurant is very clean inside, great music, bathroom is clean. There is no outside seating. While there I logged onto the app to try and place other order not very user friendly ordered the same meal twice because there is nothing that let's you know order was placed so be careful when ordering because it's hard to get money back no customer service number to call have to email them for refund. But overall experience was good. Still order from time and time and just add my own flavors. Also they cook all the burgers on the same grill "they claim to clean the grill" not sure how true that is when we were there they did not clean before placing the 100% vegan beyond meat burgers on the grill.

It was good, not great. Service was awesome. Restaurant was very cute. I just didn't care for the flavors of the food and I prefer my fries to be crispy. Plus I thought $40 was a lot for 2 people with no extras or large sizes.

12/16/23 always outstanding and exceptional! I forgot to ask for lettuce wrapped in my excitement to order and they said no problem! Took my burger back and lettuce wrapped it. Burgers and fries without equal to me. The perfect char on the burgers and endless fries speak for themselves.

Older reviews. Huge fan of their burgers and endless fries. This location always has great fast service and excellent food! Love the Royal lettuce wrapped or bunned! Chili cheese fries with chili on the side makes my boy and me very happy... I get the chili!
