The best burger I’ve had in a decade, the servers are an absolute delight and they even gave me a free beer for a small mistake that was corrected. Amazing micheladas.

The burgers - 3/5, Decent, but not amazing

The fries - 4/5, very good fries, the best part of our meal

The juice - 1/5, my girlfriend seems to have gotten sick from the mango juice. She said it tasted really bad, almost like it was canned juice mixed with tap water

Burgers are really good at this restaurant. I’ve tried a few of the burgers on the menu and all were good but my favorites are the Blue Burger and the Tio Sam. They have two size option so you can try two burgers in a small size. Not a big fan of their fries - the shoestring fries especially are a bit bland.

Good location and welcoming staff. The burgers are ok but nothing extraordinary. Just ok.

Great hamburgers really close to our Airbnb. They have large and mini size we tried the latter. They were very flavorful. The fries were also delicious.

Customer experience wasn't cool, the woper had a pice of hair inside.

I lobed the beer they have it is so good and will like tontry again some day recommended for couples.

Worst burger king I have ever been to. I have been in all north America and Canada and this is BY FAR the worst. Staff is rude and chatting among them while they take your order. It took too long to get my order and the meat in the burgers was barely warm. Paid extra for a thin slice of bacon that my kid didn't even tasted as it was so small. Then I noticed the forgot the cheese in one of the burgers. I took it back and I saw how one employee yelled at the other one about it, then employee 2 got up from the bucket she was sitting on at the back of the kitchen and took the burger and started mumbling something and put the cold slice of cheese in the burger WITHOUT GLOVES and WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!!
Got the burger back with an apology from the lady at the front but the service was SLOW, NOT PROFESSIONAL AND WAY BELOW the standards of other burger kings.
This burger king meets the standard of a taco cart from the streets of Mexico...and maybe not even that.

Grabbed quick food here but it was not so great. Poorly assembled and sitting to long before serving. The place was overcrowded, hot and not very clean. People were loitering quite a bit since it's one of the few places with tables and chairs that no one is overseeing.

They're "THE HAMBURGER" in the city. Awesome! I'm not a big of hamburgers but they really got me!
Perfect size, great taste, excellent cooked, clean and nice presentation, it takes time to get it but when you have the first bite you understand it's fresh cooked.
Love the chips in the style I chose (I don't remember the name, honestly)
The place is small but comfortable. You can't stay for long time because it's not the place for having a long meal even though you get a pretty nice time there.
People are very kind and I love the cake they offered me for my birthday. Great option for dessert!

It was a horrible experience i try to order what i wanted and the waitress keep giving me his personal best options i asked for what i wanted took 30 mins to serve and then it was cold also he asked for 10% tips wich is illegal i told him it was and he got mad

An absolute gem in the heart of "la Condesa". one of the best burgers I have tried in my life. Ice cream desert is a must, try one scoop of waffles and bacon and a second with Maria cookies with goats milk (you will not regret it!).
