We are on a road trip and stopped here to eat. Lee was not only extremely friendly but very good at talking english and explaining the menu. I am gluten free and he made sure to tell me everything that was with gluten and what I could order. It was delicious and we are very pleased. Just amazing, thank you Lee for attending us today.
Great burgers for sure. Sweet potato fries were awesome too. Crowded night when we got here but managed to get a table. The service was good and our burgers were delivered in reasonable time. Definitely will come back to this place again in future.
Cozy little place. I had the buldak burger and it was deliciously spicy. I also had the kimchi which had a good amount of heat while not being too overpowering in spicy heat. Would love to go again.
Wonderful place. I asked the receptionist in CityHotel Monopol for a restaurant recommendation for burgers, this is where he suggested and it was perfect. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Highly recommend and would love to go back again. I'd have never found this place without the recommendation. Also some of the menu options can be substituted for vegan options.
We waited 40 minutes for our food after ordering. Tables that ordered after us got their food and finished eating before ours arrived. We asked a server about it and a few minutes later we got our food. I got the bulgogi burger and it was good but it was cold when I got it which was a shame after having waited for so long. The fries were really hot and crispy.
Grilly Idol in Hamburg serves absolutely amazing burgers! The flavors are incredible, the ingredients fresh, and the buns perfectly toasted. Friendly staff and a cool atmosphere make it a must-visit spot for burger lovers. Highly recommend!
They are very good burgers! 🍔 and the sweet potatoes where amazing! They bring the fries potatoes late when we nearly finish our Burguer that is why I don’t give all 5 . Other than that super nice place !!! Recommend it !

The burgers are delicious and although it says chili in the description, it’s actually not. I did not really like the fries. They were soaked in oil, but I totally recommend the burger.
I highly recommend you DONT order at this restaurant. I have ordered from Lieferando, and my order was more than an hour delayed, I was calling repeatedly to the restaurant and they were not picking up.
I would really recommend this place that I found by accident on my way. The food taste so good with different type of spices and sauces that taste completely different than usual. It’s so simple, so good that I would definitely come back again to try more burgers 😊

Amazing place with Gluten Free Burgers! Almost every burger could be made gluten free and it was the best gluten free burger I have had. The normal burgers were delicious too. Really good service and cozy restaurant.
Nach dem Feiern ein super Spot um leckere Burger und Pommes zu genießen. Trotz immer langer Schlange zu später Zeit, gehen die Bestellungen schnell über den Tisch. Die Cheese Fries gefallen mir sehr gut, da mit der Käse Soße nicht gespart wird, ist jedoch auch Geschmacksache. Burger sind durchschnittlich gut und können mithalten mit den Konkurrenten.

Auf den zweiten Blick stellte sich leider raus, daß die Pommes kalt waren und am Ende in der Käsesoße schwammen. Nicht so geil. Hier ist weniger mehr. Der Burger war geschmacklich gut, aber das Patty etwas dünn unserer Meinung nach zu knusprig gebraten.

The food was great taste and good variety, a lot of vegetarian options but sadly just one vegan burger.
The staff was really nice and always checking on your needs, sadly the ordering system messed up my order but at the end I still got my sweet potato fries hehe

The burger was delicious and not that expensive, small portions of fries.
The toilets were an experience, never had such a smell coming out of them, felt like there was pee everywhere. Poop Stains and clogged toilet. Interesting and different but I never wanna enter those again.

This is a small outlet in a food court. There is a dedicated seating area and the food I ordered arrived quickly.
Nice concept, popped in on a work trip. You order via a screen and tap a card to send the order through. The card is used to pay the final bill at the end. Burger was really clean and fresh not greasy at all. Chips were crispy and tasty with lots of sauce choices. Onion rings could perhaps be sliced a bit thinner to not be so heavy but overall very pleasant. Lemonades are really nice too, not sickly sweet.

Burgerlich is quite an innovative restaurant, with ordering done on an iPad at the table. The spicy burger was delicious but it could be even better if it was spicier. I really liked the coffee flavored shake — it was delicious and sort of similar to drinking a blended affogato! Definitely a decent burger place in Hamburg and will recommend it.
These burgers are bomb :) we eat here probably way tooo much, but have no regrets! The fries are particularly amazing. My favorite in the city by far.
Got it delivered a few times late at night. It’s one of the few burger places that stay open late, and the delivery has always been quick, 25 mins on average for me.
Immer wieder gerne hier, schön Kiezig und super was Preis/Leistung angeht. Überschaubare Karte, dafür aber alles gut. Sowohl Geschmack als auch Portionsgröße.
Einzig die Toiletten sind nicht im besten Zustand, was auf dem Kiez natürlich auch immer etwas schwierig ist und man hört hinten meist nicht, wenn man aufgerufen wird.

It was a well prepared, good served, but still in a range of being described burger. The price for a set was in comparison to competition also affordable, but general impression sadly doesn’t allow to place it in the top.

Ich bestellte einen Bulgogi Burger inkl Pommes und eine Litchi Limo.
Der Burger war wirklich herausragend lecker und eine wahrhaftige Geschmacksexlosion. Die Verbindung aller Zutaten haben gestimmt, die Soßen, der Käse und das zarte Fleisch. Einziger Kritikpunkt hierbei ist die doch etwas kleine Größe des Burgers im Verhältnis mit dem hohen Preis.
Die Pommes Portion war jedoch gut und ausreichend. Leider waren die meisten Pommes zu weich und etwas lasch und Geschmack.

Cooler Burgerladen in der Hamburger Innenstadt. Die Burger sind einen Fusion aus amerikanischer und asiatischen Küche. Man kann auch asiatische Beilagen ordern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente ist eher wie im Imbiss. Unsere 3 Burger vegetarisch, Fisch und Fleisch waren alle Lecker. Genauso wie das Bier und Limonade.
Total schlecht geworden, Bestellung falsch verarbeitet. Patty in Verbrauchtem Fett gebraten, extrem knusprig und viel zu durch. Auf dem burger: 1x Zwiebel, Tomate und ein Hauch von bacon+Käse. Burn vom Burger ist unten nur noch pampe.

My experience is that the burger and onion rings costed around 10 euros. The food tasted good but portion small than expected. The price of the sides are a little bit to the high side. The burger alone is good price of around 6 euros. The restaurant didn’t have a real atmosphere and wasn’t so clean.
If only I could give 0 stars. The burger was given only with buns and chicken. No sause no cheese nothing. And this wasn't the first time.
Fast food open until midnight... for a quick meal.
Very delicious. Everyone tried a different burger and all of us(4 people) were very happy. For the first time, I’ve ordered veggie burger here, and it was great too. It is nice please to try different Asian dishes as well. Friendly and fast service. Ps We didn’t like mochi but at least tried😄 and fries were not good either.

Vielleicht der Ideale Ort um eine Grundlage, für eine feucht fröhliche Nacht zu legen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Es ist richtig was los, Burger werden hier am laufenden Band frisch für Dich hergestellt. Die Pommes sind gut und knusprig, gleichzeitig auch fettig. Vor allem die Trüffel Pommes sind nichts für empfindliche Leute. Die Burger sind gut gemacht und schmecken. Es ist kein Ort an dem Du lange bleiben willst und das soll er ja auch nicht sein.
Der Laden strahlt ein modernes und schönes Ambiente aus. Die Musik Auswahl war zwar speziell aber mir hat sie sehr gefallen. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr freundlich und ich musste auch nicht lange warten. Ich empfehle es aber vorher zu reservieren da der Laden sehr gefragt ist und ich mit Glück einen letzten Tisch ergattern konnte. Die Fries, der Burger und die hausgemachte Limonade schmeckten sagenhaft. Weshalb ich nur diese gute Bewertung abgeben kann.

I took the salmon burger: bread is super soft, way better than traditional burger bread; salmon was perfectly cooked but it was cold, which was a bit weird with the warm bread.
Tea to accompany quite good.

I have voucher valid to all KFC restaurants in Germany. Unfortunately staff members says “Not by me”. 2 stars because they have been quick. French fries freshly prepared. Pepsi not tasty - opportunity to clean.

Grilly Idol is a great and well priced burger joint where I'd recommend the Sloppy Fries.

Erfrischend anders schmecken die Burger bei "Shiso Burger". Mal was anderes als die Standard Burgerläden. Auch das Kimchi als Vorspeise ist sehr gut besonders an heißen tagen sehr erfrischend. Der Service ist etwas langsam, aber voll okay. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Eine klare Empfehlung.
We spent a lovely evening at this etablissement. The waitress was kind enough to offer us a new table after being seated right next to a group of ravenous noisy cave men. The burgers were absolutely delicious and allowed us to access a new realm in which a personal choice was made.

Very nice Burger place, drinks and sides (except the green beans- they tasted very strange, had no seasoning and with a somehow fishy flavour on top) are tasty too, sweet potatoes sind phenomenal, nice service and you get to order using a touchpad, waiting time isn't too long too and everything comes warm,a lot of options and there are some veggie options too. Recommended (except the beans)

It was a nice burger place near the church and the main area, but the location is pretty calm. We sat outdoors and enjoyed some delicious burger with fries. The service was very good and we enjoyed our experience there.
This place has a hype for a reason. The food is really good, and so is the atmosphere. The vegan food they have doesn't try to imitate meat, but just serves delicious meals. Would recommend to reserve a table on the weekends as it can get pretty crowded. The staff were super helpful and nice. Had a great experience overall.

Waited for minutes infront of the service member and he kept ignoring me like i never exited and then i changed my place and one more costumer came to my place and then that service member immediately came into function and started taking his order. I waited almost for ten minutes and the restaurant wasnt that busy but still there was no one to take my order because they were just too busy in talking to each other instead of work what they are given to . We had to go back hungry.
I want to make it clear that this is the smaller KFC at the food hall near the asiabox noodle bar. I will actually give the food a 4 only because it was hot and fresh.

When you go there, ask for a microscope also. The chicken wings were much smaller than expected, compared to other KFCs in Germany.

A nice burger place right near the central station. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience indoor is particularly good. The staff are friendly and service is quick. The food was fresh and good quality but lacked flavour. The fries here is a different attempt but unfortunately not to my liking. The menu is very well spread out with options. I would have have loved to see a burger with a meat option other than beef.(Chicken is an extra surcharge).

Amazing brunch place with gluten free options. Everything is vegan, hence even the coffee comes with plant-based milk. The quiche I had was just great. Their approach to tea was also interesting. Not what I expected, but tasty.

Among the best curry wurst in Hamburg, in my opinion. Normally the place is quite busy and the staff looks a bit overwhelmed, but the food doesn’t take so long to be delivered to the table. Ambient wise is nothing special, has an underground look, but normally this kind of places hold the best food. I recommend seating outside :)
This is a decent imbiss with friendly staff. We only tried the currywurst and it was nothing special. That said, we certainly don’t classify as “Currywurst Connaisseurs” and you should take our review as that. We hardly ever eat imbiss-style and we probably will try another imbiss if we have emergency hunger like this time.
Kleiner, unscheinbarer aber richtig guter Burgerladen mit asiatischem Flair. Ich hatte den Burger mit Lachs, der super frisch und gut gewürzt war. Die Pommes waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu salzig, aber für die meisten wohl "normal". Wir hatten nicht reserviert, aber haben sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Service sehr freundlich. Bar- und Kartenzahlung möglich. Man sollte sich warm anziehen, der Laden ist leider sehr kalt. Aber alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
Very nice place, veggie burgers are also quite tasty. İ really loved baked potato, so soft and creamy. Burger was little oily, or maybe we choose such option with fried vegetables instead of fresh not sure. But overall we liked it here. They have Jim break, which is baguette fried in olive oil infused with garlic, soft and crunchy and very tasty.
Definitely a great place to eat if you're vegan, or even if you're not! This place specializes in various vegan burgers or burger bowls. They also have a variety of vegan cakes. Portion sizes are big. The service here is excellent though. They're super friendly and willing to help you out with an English translation of the menu. They also accept credit cards which is not always the case for Hamburg.
Recommended to us by Hamburg City Cycles as a place where the locals eat. Located on a quiet road. Staff helpful but didn’t speak the best English. This didn’t matter though as we got exactly what we wanted which was a fantastic currywurst. Portion sizes extremely good and great little addition was the Marie-rose dressing to the salad. This was all backed up by some really reasonable prices (2 main meals and 2 soft drinks all for £14). Will definitely go back to try some other dishes.
