Our server and the manager were outstanding by treating us very well. I wish I could remember their names so I could give them a shout out. The food was great, too.

It was okay, the boneless wings were delicious, scrumptious, but the Scorpion Burger to go..: the server said it came without onions; when I opened up my burger at home I was very disappointed, caramelized onions tucked all into the bottom of the burger when I also asked the server for NO ONIONS, I had to scrape them off after I came home, extremely disappointed by this, probably won't be going back to this Red Robin for a bit.

The food was good, honestly though, not a place I would run back to. Red Robin is a shadow of its former self.

The menu is extensive and drinks are well crafted. The one shining spot is the staff, they are fast, very friendly and efficient.

It's okay.... Look, it's a Checkers. No one's first choice. The people that work there do a more then adequate job. Never been wowed by anything I have ever got from Checkers. But while it's still a thing, that $6.99 sourdough melt is probably the best thing that's ever come out of Checkers. I would NEVER recommend any of their ice cream. Especially the banana milkshake. It tastes like if you made a banana milkshake out of the banana Runtz. NO THANKS

I took my kids (7 and 10) here for lunch today. They have never been to Red Robin and I’ve been served some good food here in the past. Unfortunately, today’s meal was terrible. The restaurant was not clean, and there was no hostess at the front when we entered (around 230 pm on a week day). She finally came and seated us at a table. An older waitress stopped by to take our drink order. She seemed to have a chip on our shoulder and walked away without asking if we were ready to order (we nearly were so I was hoping she’d just take our food order). She brought our water and said “I’ll come back to get your food order” and I said we are ready. She did not like this. We ordered. After each order she would wave her hand with the “come on” sign and say “and what else?” Ok, we are in a hurry now. My kids ordered pizza and corn dog bites off the kids menu. I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked to sub onion rings for fries. She said yes, and didn’t mention the upcharge although I know there usually is one. The kids meals included drinks so my daughter changed her drink from water to juice. She asked if she could bring us some appetizers to eat while we waited which seemed like an odd question to ask a dad and two children there for lunch. I declined. She slapped the juice on the table a minute later. I thanked her. She seemed angry. Then she left. She did not come back for around 40 mins and did so bringing our food. My chicken sandwich and onion rings were cold, and for some reason despite paying a $1.99 up charge I received only FOUR onion rings, two of which were tiny. My son enjoyed his corn dog bites although his serving of fries was small. My daughter’s pizza was listed as an “8 slice pizza” in the menu. It was around 5-6” around, as thick as a piece of cardboard, and cut into around 14 square pieces, which my daughter did not like. She said it was not good. She turned to her fries and for some reason, again, she was plated the tiniest serving of French fries I’ve seen in some time. Are potatoes and onions breaking this place? The waitress asked if she could bring us anything else. I pointed out I didn’t get any sauce for my onion rings, she asked what I wanted and asked what sauces they had. She didn’t know but came back with some sauce that she slapped down on the table so hard it spilled sauce.
Ok then.
We ate our miserly portions and then plates were all clear for 10-15 mins before she came back and asked if she could get us anything else. Maybe she had heard my daughter complaining because she said “maybe you’d like to order another side of fries?” I mean kudos to this lady for hammering us on appetizers and trying to squeeze another order of fries out of us just to feed my kids. Management should be proud, I guess. The only problem is the food wasn’t good and the stingy portions meant we weren’t full. Service was lousy enough I didn’t even feel like discussing it with our impatient, angry waitress. We went to this restaurant as a nice sit down alternative to the many fast food joints around, and it’s not like it was a crazy expensive meal but it was more expensive than a chicken sandwich, pan pizza, and corn dog bites would have been at fast food places and at least then the lousy attitude would have been a little more understandable. I was pretty disappointed. My daughter really didn’t enjoy her food and we had to get her something else to eat. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll eat at this Red Robin again.

There are no healthy options 😀. However, the food was hot, and the service was pleasant and quick.

Better than most fast food places good prices

This is the best checkers from here to VB and back! Their manager is kind yet efficient and so the staff is the same! Always quick, Always hot!

Had a fantastic time food was great, fries were hot and fresh. Love the drink specials. Wesley at the bar area is super friendly and prompt with orders and service. I loved the donut rings dessert. I have been back four of five times. Great place to get a bite to eat. Affordable and delicious.

My recent visit to Red Robin in Frederick, Maryland, left me thoroughly impressed. The Manager, Donnell, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Not only did they provide excellent service, but the burgers we ordered came out incredibly fast and were bursting with flavor. It’s clear that they take pride in their food and customer service. I highly recommend this Red Robin location for a delightful meal with top-notch service.

Ordered a burger meal and also got funnel cake fries - didn’t receive the funnel cake fries. This isn’t the first time, if i’m being honest this is like the 4th or 5th time they forgot something in my order. I don’t come here that much either. I also ordered honey mustard sauce and did not receive it. The food is always good but the employees here are not reliable when it comes to getting orders right. I recommend checkers, but not this checkers.

Loved the food, price, and atmosphere. The server was awesome and on point with everything. You can't go wrong by stopping here for food. By the way... the bread pudding with ice cream is phenomenal.

This place is amazing. The staff here are very welcoming. Our server Maddie was attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere here makes you feel like I went back to the 50s. Ingredients are from local farms. The prices are reasonable and the food is wonderful. The place is clean and well maintained. Loved it!

The cheese hamburger was delicious. I walked up to order I was greeted with a smile and the food was given to me fast and it was nice and hot. They have outdoor seating my niece and I sat down and enjoyed our meal with a nice breeze. I would recommend this establishment.

Stopped in for breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious. This is an AWESOME diner...it has an extensive menu of quality food. The service is excellent. They even have the old time jukeboxes at the tables! If you are looking for an awesome diner breakfast, stop in. I'm sure their lunch and dinner are excellent as well. My server, Laura, was top tier. HIGHLY recommended.

The food was delicious and quickly brought out. Reasonable prices as well.
Love all the options and the set up of the menu, and the staff was friendly and quick.

We had entree salads. Ken had a very tasty local warm roasted veggie salad with grill chicken and fruit.
I had the summer watermelon and shrimp salad which had too much of wilted mixed greens that really was bitter and distracted from what could have been a great salad. Plus the watermelon still had a green taste instead of sweetness. His was 5 mine was a 2.5. Our service was good. With both of ordering sweet tea.

Food was very good. My wife really wasn't a fan of the chicken from the chicken and waffles because of the pickle after taste. The French Toast were very good and THICK. The chicken fried steak was very flavorful. The gravy on top of the chicken fried steak really brought it out. The silver dollar pancakes tasted great and buttery. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and was nice. Great customer service and had great attitude to detail. The atmosphere was great and quiet. Overall we had a good time there and I would give it two thumbs up.

This place seems more like a restaurant than a diner. The food is so good. Friendly and fast service. Hostess recommended the meatball appetizer, and we are glad she did.

Staff: All staff were friendly, polite and quick with orders and recommendations.

Atmosphere: The diner has a nice touch of authenticity without feeling dated, the jukeboxes, the couches, the wood inlay all feel authentic.

Food: Its nice to see an effort for somewhat healthier eating while maintaining traditional American cuisine. The locally sourced information was an added feel-good bonus!

The shakes were truly amazing and I loved having the mixing cup alongside it with the long spoon!

Note: Big shoutout to any business who decides to use payment processors like toast which accept Apple Pay and finalize payment without taking the card from the customer.

All in all an amazing experience!

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews offers a variety of Great Tasting Burgers to choose from. Red Robin is one of the Best Tasty, Juicy, Flavorful Burgers in the DC, MD and VA areas. If you like to eat some of the Freshest, Hot to the Touch, Cheese, Thick, Juicy Burgers and you haven’t tried one of these Burgers, then you’re missing out on a Great Burger. The Price of their Burgers are a Bit Pricey, but it’s Worth the Try!! Our Order was Prepared Fast, No Long Wait Time and The Staff Was very Attentive, The Moment We Walked Into The Restaurant.

First visit to this location, will definitely be my last.

The guy at the window was friendly and fast. Made sure he got our order right.

We decided to give the mozzarella sticks a shot. Didn't care for them. Needed some marinara or something. (Wasn't in the bag ) Live and learn.

Ryan's Baconzilla was the sandwich he used to always beg me to drive him 2 towns over for.

My spicy chicken sandwich was ordered with no mayo. Which they got right... Unfortunately... I guess that also meant no chicken? It felt a little lite when I took it out of the bag. See photos. I don't think I have ever seen a chicken patty that thin. Didn't taste like anything either.

Left hungry.

Microwaved a Costco chicken sandwich when I got home.

Ugh the commercials make the food look so good. I'm very disappointed 😞. I don't know if it's just this location,but it's way overpriced for the quality of the food.i got the boneless wings and a burger. The only thing me and the wife could eat was the fries.
