Nasty and out of touch. Show room is a joke. Owner is so independent that he thinks you own him something like your business. Never again. Also don't trust his warranty work .

BEWARE!!!!!!
My husband took our truck to have a speaker installed. We got the truck home and parked it. The next time my husband went to start it, it wouldn’t start as if the battery was dead so we called the Chevy dealership and had to have it towed because we couldn’t even get inside and it’s a brand new truck. After they towed it to the shop and figured it out we ended up with a big tow bill and fee for fixing it turns out they said whoever put the speaker in didn’t connect the battery back which caused the problem. My husband called to inform them of the issues after having to pay the towing and invoice out of pocket and all the guy could do is argue with him and was very rude !!!!

Had a great experience today with him. My electric Aries step up for my bronco has quit working. I ask Tim to see if he could order a module for it. He said he could but it would be 400-500 dollars but he said he would check first and see if it was under warranty which when he called the company it was , they are sending a new one at no charge. Tim went above and beyond and didn’t have to do that. Could have just sold me a new module Auto Trim has definitely gained a new customer. Very appreciative

Horrible service and work! Also lied to my buddy about them breaking the pieces and they charged him for tinting windows they said they weren’t going to. Never take your vehicles here. My buddy is contacting the Better Business Bureau about what happened!

I do not recommend going there!! I got my truck windows tinted and asked them to match the back windows and they do not match at all.They also broke my window button and the door handle and lied and said it was that when it came in, which I know it was not. They also told me since they would be matching the back that they would be tinting the fronts and the windshield and when I went to pay they charged me for all 5. They also had left a stain on my headliner and left a mess all over my doors. They had very terrible service and were very rude and dishonest people. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

If you want the best looking tint on your vehicle and great knowledgeable customer service there is no better place in or around Paris,Tn this place is Top Notch and worth every penny. Highly Recommend if your looking to protect your cars interior and make it look good.

They fixed my problem but all my panels that had to be removed were not put back properly. The employee who I spoke to over the phone said what I wanted installed would be installed and when I picked my truck up, the person at the counter said his manager said what I wanted installed was not installed becuase it could be done from my headunit settings (It can’t be done on the settings without extreme distortion and clipping). Wouldn’t recommend for car audio, maybe they do a better job with their other services.

Kyle was able to get my car in the same week I called. The window tint looks great! I'd definitely recommend his shop!

Horrible!!!!
Had my truck 2 times for a total of 3 months and never fixed the problem . They kept ordering the wrong parts so I ordered the correct parts and they still didn't fix it , they actually broke more than they fixed then acted like they did me a favor .
