My high school reunion was held here in the event room. The food was great, the ambiance also great. Bartender was amazing. The outside was beautiful. I can’t wait for to go back.

Great atmosphere, great staff always checked in to ask if everything was OK and above all great food.
My fiancé and I stopped in for a late night bite in our new neighborhood. We were smitten by the great atmosphere. The food was delish and the drinks were superb. We will be back again.

This place came recommended by another parent, so we took the kids here between our tournament games . We were a party of 5 (3 kids 2 adults) we all ordered something different and not one complaint was had (even from the kids). The kids' menus was $8 across the board: sliders, grilled cheese and pizza were enjoyed by the boys. Corned beef sandwich and a chicken wrap enioyed by the parents. It was St Paddy's Day weekend and we were still in and out in an hour (before our meter ran out). Our server was accommodating and friendly. The boys loved that hockey was on the TV and we loved their kids cups. I know it sounds crazy but these are the most solid kids cups I've come across and still making it's rounds .

Service wasn't great and food was subpar on all fronts. Fish was rubbery and dry. Veggies didn't have much flavor. Wouldn't recommend or return.

Food is good. They have interesting seasonal cocktails as well. Service is also excellent. This has the vibe of a kinda upscale sports bar so every now and then you'll hear the occasional yelling, cheering and "Ahhh!"s. Lol. On the weekend after hours it turns into basically a club type vibe.

Took my daughter & her cousins here last night to go bowling for her birthday and one of the "managers" named Jason made me & my families experience at the White Plains location an absolute NIGHTMARE. After waiting for over an hour, apparently, we were placed at 2 lanes that was for an event, that interfered with our 2 hrs of bowling. I was told this by the front desk staff AFTER the kids started bowling that we would need to continue waiting for another lane or cut the time short. How is that even appropriate to tell someone this as we just started our game?! Not to mention, we ordered multiple pizza pies, apps & drinks that was just paid for. After speaking with the front desk again, they understood our frustrations & said that we can bowl for the full 2hrs without being moved.

A week prior to coming i called the location & asked if it would be ok to bring a small cake to the lane to cut & was told yes. When I arrived, I also asked the front desk staff about the cake a second time to be sure & was told yes. In the last 20 minutes that we had left of bowling, we started to cut the cake & Jason (short, bald, Hispanic man) comes over yelling at me & my family members saying he's a manager, and that there's an event & we need to leave. I told him what the front desk staff advised me & he immediately became argumentive. Then he proceeds to LIE & say that outside cake is not allowed, but he "okayed" it & said he stored the cake for us. I told him that I never spoke to him for him to "okay" anything, nor was it stored & he said he must have it confused with someone else. Ultimately, he offered to move us to 2 other lanes upstairs, however his approach to the entire situation was rude, obnoxious, unprofessional & overall distasteful. Instead of speaking to me as an individual, he directed it to the entire group. My kids & family members was extremely upset. Nor was he apologetic about the mistake that was made with placing us there to begin with.

As we were being escorted upstairs to the other 2 lanes, another manager by the name of Rick got into the elevator & saw how upset we were & asked what was wrong. We explained everything that happened with Jason & he was extremely remorseful & did his absolute best to turn a negative into a positive. Rick placed us at the new lanes & made sure the staff was very attentive to our group. It's upsetting to see that a "manager" like Jason could treat customers in this way and think it's ok. If you don't know how to address people, you should not be working as a manager with this type of behavior & arrogant demeanor.

Although I was extremely upset & disappointed with this experience, especially at the fact that this was coming from a manager & none of the other staff members was this rude to us or even displayed such behavior as JASON; I appreciate that Rick took the time to try to make things better. He was understanding, friendly & approachable. He is the ONLY reason why my review even gets 2 stars, without him, it would've been no stars if that was an option.

Arcade is expensive. Most games are 6-7 credits to play. $100 lasts about an hour. Otherwise, this place is fun and parking is plenty.
Yo i just got to drink and bowl with TNA/Impact wrestling stars a few fans and some of the staff hiw awesome is that
Good atmosphere, good food, excellent for groups
Great service! We booked the birthday package for my 16 years old niece. We had great time and the food exceeded our expectations. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
Good atmosphere, affordable prices. I spent 80 bucks for three games, a beer bucket for six glasses and 7 wings with extra ranch sauce.

I was able to stop here while I was in White Plains for business. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent and attentive, our bartender was totally on point. The food was tasty, came out in a timely matter and was cooked properly. We went during dinnertime so it was quite busy but even so everything was excellent. There is a very nice selection of craft beer and as one would expect the majority of the food is American type fair so there's plenty to choose from. Also, plenty of different seating areas, inside, outside, front, rear. bar seats and tables. Great place to just chill out or bring family and friends

Been here a couple of times before, but never experienced the great service we did today! Both Diamond and Matt were helpful in assisting a large party in short notice. The staff at the bar area were also so helpful and kind. Good staff and management makes all the difference when coordinating for families. Thank you so much and we hope the above individuals are recognized for their politeness and efforts! Will be returning soon!
Couples of lanes were without electricity but they were able to move us to the second floor and we ended up having a good time

This bar is okay for a quick bite and a chat. We ordered a simple cheeseburger and quesadillas. I can't say the food impressed me, but the drinks were tasty and not too strong. The spot is chill. I don't think it'd be a bad idea to play a bit of music to accompany the drinks.
