Did I want the fish baked or fried in my fish taco? Since I never had it before, I asked for opinions. I didn't care for the fried and they exchanged it for baked. Over and above my expectations!! Our server was the best!!

I’ve been going to the Chicopee 99 since I was a little girl but today we had a great experience! We sat at the bar and the two bartenders were amazing. They were both so sweet and friendly in general. It seems 99 has new staff and maybe some new protocols/policy’s in place as their restaurant has improved immensely since the last time I went a few months ago. It seemed the place wasn’t doing too good with servers, food service, and customers but today was just great. Thank you!

Very fast, very polite, overall great experience. Wish these were closer to home..closest one to me is 90 minutes away.

We have always liked the 99 since it's beginning here in Western Mass.
The food is always great. My favorite, somothered steak tips. But, in our last visit, we just had the best jalapeño Margarita ever!!!

Service is always good, the food had little flavor it's ok I guess, but hey the popcorn was good.

I went here with my husband. This is the worst 99 we’ve ever been to. The waitress, Kaitlyn, was awful. She was rude and had a chip on her shoulder, so she was increasingly becoming more and more unpleasant. She gave me clam chowder instead of what I ordered. I spit it out in the bowl because I was completely disgusted. (The last time I had clams, I was under 12 years old and got violently ill from it.) I told Kaitlyn that she got my order wrong. She didn’t take the repulsive chowder away and she didn’t change it on our check, either. She didn’t clear anything from our table, which was half covered with dirty dishes. It took her 20 MINUTES before she gave us our check. And when she took our card, she took 2 orders before she ran it. She ended up with a very bad tip. I wish I hadn’t left her one penny, she was so terrible. And I want to add that the whole staff, including the front staff and the management has the biggest apathy vibe, like they were waiting for their shifts to end. They didn’t want to be there and they made it known immediately. I mean, when we were waiting in their lobby there was loud music blaring, so the hostesses who came out to alert people that their tables were ready, were so soft spoken, they could barely be heard. Also, after we were told that they had a 5-10 minute wait. They seated people who arrived after us, skipping over us and we ended up having to wait 15-20 minutes before we were seated. It was rude and unprofessional conduct, which is their theme, apparently.

This place is a complete disaster/hot mess, so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

First visit to Mass. and found this gem. They serve popcorn as a free appetizer! The food was great and the servings were proportionate to what I enjoy (no leftovers!). Bar staff was very attentive as well.
