Worst steak ever hence requested for Tabasco sauce which I never got. Upon request brought a steak knife when the steak was cold.
Requested a medium but was served a well done piece of meat which tasted like leather.
Ribs were not the quality or taste I had couple of months ago.

Cheers is almost like our 2nd home....the only pub in Colombo with a Kids play area. Dhanushka...their current Manager is an amazing personality....he doesnt have "No" or "Cant" in his vocabulary. We always Plan to go somewhere else for a change but endup at Cheers instinctvely. A great place to relax and enjoy.
Cheers Pub is super cool bar at Cinnamon Hotel. Nice ambiences and lovely staffs.
If your looking for a English style pub with sports, this is the place to be. The combo platter was good, hot and spicy chicken wings, but the Prawn and chips was awful, very thick batter and tasteless.
Great place to watch sports! We visited twice whilst we were in Colombo to watch premier league football games- they also had the IPL on other TVs. 2000Rps. for a pitcher of Lion Lager, also some nice cocktails on the menu.
Staff were very friendly & even served us Bombay mix & popcorn with our drinks.
You have to walk through the Cinnamon Grand lobby to get to the bar, but you are welcome in without staying at the hotel- there is high security on the door (which is understandable) but the security staff are really welcoming & friendly.

Food is not good, bad services with customers, restaurant managers behavior is very bad

Schöner Ausblick von der Dachterrasse, Essen ist ordentlich, aber, nichts Besonderes. Dafür sind die Preise gut und nicht so hoch wie bei anderen Terrassenrestaurants. Ein Plus die Option zur Kartenzahlung und der freundliche Service. Würde wieder vorbeischauen für guten Ausblick.
Its a cool hangout spot for a small group. There is both indoor and outdoor seating (rooftop). The rooftop has some great views of colombo, especially the twin towers.
It can get a bit crowded and loud and not the perfect place if you are looking for some quiet time, but staff seems really nice and although the service take some time, food was above par and the prices were very reasonable. Loved the range of drinks they have.
Overall it's a good experience and would recommend as a great place to hangout with friends for a long night.

I liked the atmosphere of the place. Just like a pub in the UK. Not a noisy place. You can play pool paying hourly. Menu choices are simple but portion sizes are reasonable for what you pay. Food quality is also good. There are also smoking, non-smoking areas and meeting rooms.

Nice place to hangout with friends. Prices are cheap by comparing other same level places in colombo . Really good place to having beers with friends. But food is really bad sometimes.
Great pub to get your drink on as there are two floors of pub space and both indoor and outdoor sections. Also has a nice view of the twin towers and the surrounding area. A bit confusing yet interesting menu where the prices change like the stock market which is a fun way to order your food and drinks. Prices are reasonable and the finger food is amazing too. Customer service is very satisfactory and it’s a perfect place for pre drinks if you are planning for a long night. Flip flops are not allowed but shorts are allowed as long as you are wearing shoes.

Nice place to have dinner. Food is good and reasonably priced. The ambience is very Sri Lankan and family friendly.
Good for small groups. Not a quiet place, very busy after 7 pm. Roof top is nice place but if it rains no place to sit, need to move restaurant. Most of chairs are high chair. Service takes too long. We had cancel our items and settle the bill and come. Some times they mix up the orders. We ordered wedges and Hot batter cuttlefish. Got the wedges but hot batter cuttlefish did not received. So we canceled. They billed cuttlefish also. Be alert when setting the bills. Food are goods.
An excellent place for a hangout with your colleagues, friends or family. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I love the range of mocktails they have on offer, and the food of course. The view from the rooftop is AMAZING!
This place is great for a hangout with friends.lovely atmosphere. it has 2 floors. indoor with ac and a rooftop. the view is awesome from the rooftop. staff is friendly. food is satisfying in portion and price wise. sometimes the place gets too louded bz live bad is playing in downstairs and music played in rooftop. definitely will go there again.
Superb place with to enjoy with friends... Excellent vibes and mouth watering foods... with reasonable prices given the premium location... Star level customer service and Defenetely visit thd place again..
Nice pub with good atmosphere. We tried their pork stew and it was one of best pork stews I`ve tasted in Colombo. They have nice selection of cocktails and the beverage menu was presented in a Tab. Staff was friendly and prices were fair too.
Superb food. Very clean and neat. Excellent staff and service. Very cheap prices for beer. Carlsberg pitcher (1.5 liter) 900/- tower (3 liter) 1600/- best rates in Colombo. Live music. The roof top has awesome view of Colombo city. But cannot stay in bad wether. They serve orders very quickly.
