I love this theatre. Sure the mall is run down and vacant but the theatre is one of my favorite. I love the fact that no one goes here, especially if I want to see an evening showing. The fabric of the seats are quite scratchy so I'd recommend wearing pants or bringing a jacket; it's an older theatre that hasn't been renovated, it's be expected. I do like that it still has that kitchy early 2000s decor.
It's a good place to watch a movie, though concession prices are, like other theaters, rediculous. Most often the movie volume is waaayyy too loud, but I bring earplugs to cut the noise level down. Also, it is never busy for the matinee showings.
Great movie theater design. They offer 2D, 3D, IMAX, & 4DX. It's in a great plaza and they have lots of concession items to offer. They have a great ticket-scanning system as well. If you have the time, I would recommend going to this theater rather than the Regal Oviedo in the Oviedo Mall.

Great experience! We went for Saw X 4DX and it was amazing. Clean and not too crowded so I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. They are having a limited menu right now though so keep that in mind
I have no idea how this mall/ theater is still alive?
Although the building is nice, well kept, and clean, it's like a zombie apocalypse, ready to be taking over.
Probably, 90% of the stores are permanently closed, the second floor is only open due to the theater, and the electric stairs are always off. You have to take the slowest elevator ever to reach the second floor.
The first floor has a few claw machines, candy coin machines, and perhaps a few stores open for your quick entertainment as your exit the building. Really, not mucho if anything at all to do here.
What a cool theater! Food and drinks if you want them, decent options including adult beverages. Fantastic quality seats and recliner options. Really good pricing on tickets, and convenient location next to several restaurants. I'm glad that I had a little layover and got the chance to go over and visit this place.
I went to this theater to watch the limited-run foreign Chinese film "No More Bets".

I do have a Regal Loyalty account which is free to sign up.
I booked tickets through my Fandango account which is linked to my Regal Loyalty. Regal Tuesdays are $5 movie days. There is a booking convenience fee on Fandango or Regal's app, but with Fandango after purchasing 4 movie tickets, you get $5 back. If you want to avoid Regal's convenience fee, purchase your tickets at the physical movie theater.

The theater was a decent size, and clean enough, but could use an updated look.

I had enough points to redeem for a free small popcorn. I paid the difference to upgrade to a large popcorn. This location had few employees in concessions and sometimes got backed up. Took about 10 minutes or so. We also got Dippin dots (over-priced) and some other candy (average pricing you'll find at theaters).

I was in Auditorium 13. It was a modest theater and not too huge. The movie was presented in standard format with regular seats and handles that can go up. I sat in H6 & H5, which I felt were good seats to watch the movie. The theater wasn't too cold too and bathrooms were nearby. I didn't dine around the area but saw there were restaurants & other nearby businesses.

I enjoyed my movie experience and I'd definitely come again!
Clean and friendly place. It was not crowded during any of our visits. Nice place to relax and kill time while you wait to check-in or before heading to the airport for a flight.

the chairs were quite comfortable. However, they were placed very close together, and I found this aspect a bit uncomfortable. The limited personal space was somewhat disappointing.

On the bright side, the sound system in the theater was impressive. The audio quality really added to the overall enjoyment of the movie. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Now, onto a minor hiccup during my visit - when I decided to get some popcorn. Btw I had a free soda and popcorn coupon. They were having an issue with their popcorn maker. That was a bit disappointing since popcorn is a movie staple.

However, there was a silver lining. A friendly staff member named Melissa kindly provided me with the drink. In the end, I collected the popcorn after finishing the movie, so the snack situation was eventually resolved. Despite a few hiccups, the comfortable chairs, excellent sound system, and clean facilities made the overall movie-watching experience quite enjoyable.
15 hours later, my ears are still ringing. Oppenheimer 8:10 showing, 5 minutes in with the volume being so loud that words were distorted, I got up (2d time in 20-30 years…) and went to the concessions to make them aware and have it turned down a decibel or 20. I figured it wouldn’t be addressed and I was right, no discernible improvement. I could understand the dialogue better with my fingers in my ears. How messed up is that? I should have just gotten a refund then, so that is on me.

But hearing conservation/safety is a thing. And Regal should be looking out for its patrons. I expect to have to take appropriate precautions at a rock concert. But no way in hades should I have to do the same thing at a movie theater. I can’t even claim it was an action movie-my ears are ringing over a drama and that is so messed up. Do better Regal.
I love this movie theater because of the moving seats. Me and my family always have a good time here. I love the fact that you earn points every time you purchase and you can get free items. I haven't brought popcorn or drinks for me and my family in a long time because the points cover everything. Love it make sure you download the app😉
Dead mall. The AC seems to have constant troubles driving customers away according to one shop. I visited for the movie theater. The lobby was hot, but AC work fine in the theater. Sound was a little quiet in the movie, but the showing was fine otherwise.

This place is awesome for watching movies! The IMAX and RPX theaters are absolutely incredible. I checked out Mission Impossible and it was a pretty good time. However, the 4DX was definitely a surprise - it was a bit uncomfortable at times.
Clean, friendly, fun environment management even advised tickets were available at concession stand
As others have said, no access to this theater as the mall has all 3 nearby escalators shut down and blocked off. Only the world's slowest elevator.

The theater itself? Meh. Very small compared to any other theater I have been to in the last 10 years. Very awkward setup for concessions. Layout of theater is also very small, not much area to walk around. And the seats had no permanent numbers on them or letters on the rows. Just printed paper stickers on the headrest of each seat with a seat number. Seriously.
I came to this theater a few weeks ago to watch the movie Barbie. I loved the recliner seats, and the fresh popcorn even more. Cant wait to come again. Love your discount Tuesday's. Thanks Cinemark!
Went to the theater to see Sound of Freedom. I highly recommend you see this movie if you haven't had the pleasure yet. The theater itself was clean, temperature was a bit on the warm side but tolerable. I bought a box or reeses pieces for $6 and boy did I feel like I had been used and abused by myself.
This used to be my go to theater. The screens are well preserved. Some theaters have their seats a bit wear off, but still comfortable. Why I give it a 3/5 stars, the service. Wow! is the service terrible in this theater. This is mainly in the concession area. You can tell that the employees working there are hating life. For rewards members, you need to be on the look out when using your rewards account. They sometimes create an excuse to not give you your benefits. I had to involve customer service twice to get my discount and points refund from purchases made here. And don’t even bother asking them about exclusive product. I wanted a theme popcorn tin bucket and the employee told me it was sold out without even looking back and with a face of “why would you want that.” I asked if he could sell me the display behind him and he rolled his eyes, opened a cabinet, and pulled a brand new one. This is the service you get here. And the concession most of the time only have popcorn, sodas, and SOMETIMES hot dogs and pizzas. The bar in this location is always close and their other services as well. Is really sad to see how bad this place have gone down, mainly when I use to come here every other week. If you just coming here to watch a movie then go for it, but don’t bother give more money to them.
I really love the feel of the movie theater. The sala room is minimal, so no more than 15 people to share the movie, and the sofa seats are super comfortable, which reclines like a bed. My son and I enjoy the snacks, and we feel at home. Besides that everything is clean and the employees are really friendly and professional. Thanks can wait to go again 🩷
Theater was clean and had nice, wide, reclining seats. You can get your parking from the garage validated in the lobby, there are scanners on the wall. That way you don't have to pay. Kind staff. : )
I really enjoyed this place a lot. Me and my longtime girlfriend had came here towards the end of our day at universal and watched Oppenheimer. And let me just say they theatre was very nice and comfy and very spacious. I will say though it was a tad bit dirty however they had very clean recliners with excellent A/C. Although they don’t have food where people will bring it which I am spoiled to having at the theater I go to in Seminole Florida. But you can buy food from the many restaurants around in the city walk and bring it back to you’re trusty theater just before you’re film starts!
No are conditioning on 2nd level, theater has air. Today escalators were blocked off. Only one small elevator limited to 10 people, but more crowded on and caused us to be stuck in it. Again no air. While we were stuck, escalators were unblocked to use as stairs. But they came on unexpectedly and were at a higher speed. Kept going on and off while people were on it. Very unsafe.
Great location for a movie theater. The theater is nice, but can be dirty sometimes. The seats are really comfortable, they're black leather, but they need some maintenance. The last two times that I've been here, there has been an issue with the reclining function. Once, it didn't recline at all, and the second time, it was reclining really slow. Overall though, purchasing the tickets and getting into the theater is fast and convenient. Especially if you buy the tickets ahead of time. They have pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, and candy at the food station. I would recommend trying the popcorn and the pizza.
This theatre needs an overhaul. Although it looks nice when you walk in and the staff was nice, the theatre I was in is need of a facelift. Although it had recliners, the pleather was almost nonexistent on the seat and leg-rest (it was too dark for a picture). The picture was not clear and you could see a seam in the screen. I was a bit disappointed. If you park in the garage next door, the walkway to the theater is on the 3rd floor and you can validate parking in the theater.
We went to see Guadians of the Galaxy 3. It was a weekday, in the afternoon, and the theatre was mostly empty.

The seats were AMAZING! They were huge, reclining lounge chairs with space for your drinks and popcorn. We all agreed they were more comfortable than our couch at home!

I would recommend bringing extra clothes because it felt freezing in the theatre. We were wet, and it was boiling outside. So to come into the heavily air-conditioned theatre without a jumper was actually uncomfortable.
I've been to this theater more than a dozen times but never reviewed it until now because it definitely deserves it. We loved the convenience of being able to purchase tickets online, but not only that, as well purchase your food and just pick it up once you arrive. The service was fantastic, they had our order almost ready when we got there, the ladies in the concession stand were super nice. The theater itself is really nice but the best seats are the XD theater. They recline and are overall comfortable, they do need to be refurbished though. Prices are affordable so this theater remains busy even during the weekdays. $8.75 regular format, $12.75 XD format.
I normally go to the Regal on I drive. My 16 year old loves coming to this location so I went for the first time.

I've noticed this particular theater gets more of the young immature crowd. Even the employees are very young. If you can handle that then you're going to be fine. Seats are old but still comfortable. Seats were clean & so was the theater but I will say the womens bathroom was not clean. Only 1 stall had toilet paper. I went on a Monday night 7/24/23 #barbiemovie . I went with my three older kids. At the end of the day we went to see a movie I'm not picky. We had a great night.

Everything is wheelchair & stroller accessible, parking is free but TIGHT!
Food is good with decent prices and they have a bar.

If you're a person who likes everything clean including the bathroom that includes toilet paper with an older crowd & better seats go to the Regal on I drive. It will cost you a little more including paying for parking but worth the price. Only con is the traffic.

I went to see a movie this Saturday. This theater is located in a rapidly closing-down shopping mall. The theater was boiling hot and dirty. The seats are sticky and full of crumbs (don't wear shorts to this theater unless you want previous viewers' snacks stuck to your legs). The escalators leading up to the theater are shut down by the fire department and are blocked off, so there is ONE elevator to lead up to it. They have security monitoring the area so people don't use the escalators (which are stairs?) The security lady was screaming at me for using them as stairs because I cannot use an elevator when it's full of people (it was the weekend so there were people there to see opening movies). When we arrived, there was such a long line for the elevator I said eff it and used the escalator as stairs with no problem.
This theater isn't going to be open much longer, neither is this shopping mall. The only reason this got 2 stars is because the employees are very nice and were accommodating when our tickets were for the day before.
This location is dangerous and shouldn't be open at all.
IF THERE IS A FIRE IN THIS THEATER EVERYONE WILL DIE BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE ONE ELEVATOR LEADING TO IT.
The staff was helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the imax theater was in terrible disrepair. The seats were falling apart and are squished together. The armrests are shared, so you literally rub elbows with your neighbors. Such a shame, as I had high hopes for the experience but was let down. Save yourself the money and watch the movie at home.

This is by far the best theater I have ever watched a movie in. The screen was situated where every member of the audience could feel they were up close. The seats with the push of a button could be turned into an easy chair. Each seat had a tray to put popcorn and drinks on instead of a drink holder on a chair arm and popcorn held on your lap. The restrooms were very clean, as was all areas
I really liked this place.

On July 4th 2023 I want to see Indiana Jones on screen 7 a scope movie on a screen that stuck in a flat when I was mention to the managers it was said they would fix it and then they didn’t and then when I mentioned it as I was leaving, they basically said tough. It’s a shame they can’t run movies the way they should, they really need to fix their equipment and do things right and not open a new feature in a screen that’s damaged
The place is convenient, the self service starting from the self ticketing system was good.
The self service station makes it convenient, the pretzels not good at all. The large drinks are refillable.
Parking is plentiful and similarly for the handicapped the entrance was handicap friendly.
The theater was clean, I Can say I will come back to this location in the future
Reasonably priced, walking distance from a lot of hotels and restaurants. There is a full service bar that we didn't partake from. Snacks are mostly self serve with a cashier at the end which is unusual. They have self-serve butter for the popcorn so go nuts! The recliners are comfy and the screens are big and clear.
When choosing a seat, the map does not show that the theaters are quite terraced. Choose anything in row D and back for the best viewing angle, no need to worry about being center. The only downside I found is the bathrooms are quite small and after my large soda, there was a line for the men's room. If multiple movies end at the same time, prepare to wait!

Big comfy chairs that recline. Each theater has its own billboard at its entrance. Movie tickets are also available online.
Great movie theater, right in the middle of Waterford Lakes. Clean, updated, good food, and fast service in the food line. They also have a bar here with drinks themed to match new movies that are playing. Staff often dress up in theme to go with currently playing movies. Fun movie experience.
Awesome movie Theater. Best in Orlando. Well maintained. Plentiful Food and drinks variety. Bar area service is super slow. Sometimes 30 min waiting in line for a drink. They need to have two bartenders at least when is a busy day. Other than that everything is great.
Chairs do not recline. Arm chair does not go up. Seats are uncomfortable and small. $10 medium bag of popcorn was stale. The plaza that these movies are in are amazing tho. Tons of shopping and restaurants.
This movie theater's atmosphere is good. The leather seats are great and it's clean. But it sound system is well low below average in modern movie theater nowadays. I was having a hard time making out the words of the movie and I was sitting in roe b. Row A being the very first roller seats. This place needs a new modern sound system like Dolby atoms.
So clean!! What a difference from other theaters I've been lately. Theynhave someone at the ticket booth and ticket kiosk. Im just in awe of how clean it is. We did come early and the staff was ready to go, very polite and seemed to be happy to be there.
Well designed theater this one is. Seating incredibly comfortable with leather not that itchy cloth. Seats recline and every level is perfection in viewing screen. The sound systems sounds like Dolby and even the seats rumble. Give this theater a try!
This is our go-to movie theater, hands down. The reclining leather seats are so comfy. Inside of the theater has been clean every visit we've had. As expected, it does get chilly inside so bring a jacket. I've even seen people with blankets like they're on their couch at home. Bathrooms are spacious and accessible. They have been nice and clean whenever we've gone. Definitely appreciate that the popcorn and drinks come with refills, depending on the size you get. Food is comparably as pricey as any other theater we've been too, so nothing special there. There is a semi bar kind of setup, which is nice for the grown ups 😄. Staff has been very friendly during each visit we've had thus far. Matinee prices are reasonable and again, comparable to other theaters. I do like that you have options - standard, XL, and 3D - depending on the movie. A great way to spend an afternoon or evening out.
One of my favorite theaters to go to, even with the parking situation and walk. I don’t mind coming to citywalk just for this theater to experience films in IMAX and enjoy the comfy spacious seating. Especially for discount Tuesdays, which I’ve been to countless times. Highly recommend for any fan of film with how many films they offer at any given time, giving indie films screen time that other theaters just won’t.
Tuesday is $5.00 movies.Went for a 10:45 show and had the theater to ourselves. Awesome. The cashier at the ticket window was friendly and funny and had a great smile. Inside was empty even though one movie was sold out. The seats are way comfortable but will make fart noises as you recline so be aware of that if your on a date lol. There also looked like a bar there for those that want a cocktail. There is a ramp for getting down to the lower level but wasn't crazy about all the stairs. Be prepared for a long walk from parking to the theater and you do have to go through security screenings to enter CityWalk.
Very nice theater and seating!!! The Xd theater was huge!! Definitely coming back. The tickets are no more than standard theater pricing, however take note that you cannot use your park free style cup for refills.

Great Theater!
We love love this movie theater not only is it located inside Dezerland which is huge but they have a bar inside as well as recliner seats on top of that reserved seating who doesn’t love that! We’ve been coming here since we found this theater after moving down here and no complains we can bring our drinks inside the Theaters which we enjoy always!
This is one of our choice cinemas in Orlando. It is two levels and is usually not too crowded. They have reclining seats in the theaters with big screens and a very good sound system. The bathrooms also also big and are kept clean. One the lowest level you can find a bar called Cinecafe. There you will find beers and alcoholic beverages. We like to come to this theater before visiting the parks or after, if we are going to an event that is later in the day.
In Orlando we have so many great options for movie theaters- but we pick EPIC Theatre LeeVista quite often. The comfortable seats are a definite winner.
Easy access, great restaurants nearby to follow up our time out.
The concessions are pretty much self serve - more limited since CoVid. But it helps getting to our seats quicker.
There is a beverage area and a few tables.
There are matinee prices so check them out. You can order your tickets on line then just use your same credit card to pick them up at the kiosk- it was simple.
Restrooms are clean and well kept.
We like that they keep the newest movies coming in.
Near the airport if you are traveling!
Loved it! I've visited this theater on multiple occasions. The seats are not all that comfortable to me if you're sitting all the way in the back. They don't recline backward. The legs do recline, though, just not the back and having back issues, I kept adjusting. The armrests are a bit worn out, but nothing too bad.
