Awful lighting when walking into the cinema and almost impossible to find seat as nothing is lit up. Nearly fell over multiple times on stairs and had to bend down significantly to read row letters. Won't be coming back! However, Toilets were clean.

Really uncomfortable seats (felt like an office chair which is not what you want when you go to the cinema!). Tried a few screens now and all been just as bad. The whole place just needs refurbishing I think and making more modern!

staff are great however unfortunately wasnt the cinema experience that we usually have , all the seats in screen 5 are on the same level , usually liking to sit to the middle or rear this would have been useful to know before hand , bit of a dated cinema could use some new seats feels like a school chair

Worst cinema experience I've ever had. It was 23 degrees outside but 35 inside screen 2. Had to leave after 20 minutes as me and the kids were over heating. Maybe I'm being unreasonable in expecting a cinema to have air conditioning.

Also, I'm only 6'2" and my knees were jammed up against the chair in front.

No wonder everyone goes to their competitors

Staff were lovely and helpful but we were sat in screen 4 at the back and with the seating plan photo on the website we thought this would be fine, but the view was awful. My girlfriend is 5ft 4ish and she couldnt see atleast 40% of the screen. nearly walked out

Staff were nice enough but the whole atmosphere was dull. Then the screen size was shocking. Shame! Moved forward. The advert time came close to 35 minutes. Which had longer feeling than normal. Overall poor

Carpets on stairs need a good clean.
Seats not clean either
Although sound was good film quality was not crisp and clear especially in the dark scenes..perhaps something to do with the screen itself..
Would choose another more modern cinema in the future.

First visit today with the kids to watch elemental, staff were all dressed up for national cinema day and were helpful. We were in screen 4 and it was clean and tidy. Seats were comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the movie and snacks, we will be visiting again soon!
