We're trying to buy a popcorn and a drink at their Snack area and one of the casheir lady don't have change that's not good customer service the crew has to be ready all the time.
The building was very enticing. I love all the details. Will definitely go back if I have free time, hopefully with friends because it's merrier.
Best cinema for me. I'd been watching here since 2nd grade and the manager's son even became my classmate and friend in high school. It has clean restrooms, food is just really near, has comfy chairs, 3d theater and has the best audio surround quality. If I'd be suggesting some works they need to improve is when seniors have the idea to watch movies, not yet senior friendly but maybe they're going to work on it in the future, the air conditioning should get some improvements, and the video quality of movies is a 9/10.

I'm one of those people that prefers the classic 2D experience so this was perfect for me. It's extremely clean and comfortable and can't argue with the price. 200 PHP.
iMax cinema smells bad due to lack of proper cleaning of carpet floor. AC is not sufficient to cool the whole room.
It was a nice theater, very clean but lacks trash cans. You have to go all the way outside to find one.

I love the cinema. But they don't have 3D choices. But its okay. They are giving discounts if you will present a BPI Amore credit and prepaid card. bring your jackets, its too cool inside. haha

The cinema is well staffed and it's clean. Ayala cinema is one of my preferred choices when watching a movie. The only thing missing is a 3D theater, but aside from that it's a great place it watch a movie
When the lights go down and the theather gets silent, it is guaranteed tha you’ll have a cinematic experience you wanted to enjoy your day. Not as extraordinary as IMAX but hey, you’ll have a good time in their comfortable seats with your popcorn and drinks and being able to enjoy the movie which is the most important thing. It is partnered with Sureseat and GMovies so you can reserve a seat or buy your ticket online to avoid the hassle of lining up everytime you watch a movie. That’s quite an advantage from other competition out there.
SM cinemas a bit smaller compared to other mall's cinema but overall a good experience.

It is a old movie house. You can see on its interiors vintage memorabilia of the film industry while maintaining the movie experience upgraded. The theater was upgraded with comfort seats and dolby sound.
Nice place to watch the latest films, it has a retro cool vibe, the sound system is great and love the 3d cinema by the way... you can really feel the classic cinema that you always wanted or forgotten...definitely everyone should try this place.
Already smells old. Smelly seats/ fabric. They need to include a video on what is the proper etiquette/ behaviour in public cinemas since some people who watches here tends to behave very very... poorly.
Great place with great staff. You get to choose your preferred seat. AC and facilities are great. There is a comfort room and snack bar/shop. However, the snacks are a little too pricy for my liking but very delicious, so it's worth it.
Very cozy place for a movie to watch. Also they support local to indie films.
