Went to see the movie "Thanksgiving", on Thanksgiving. We had a blast. The theater employees were very courteous and friendly. Had 8 people with us. We ordered our tickets online to speed the process, and it helped a lot. The movie was more funny than scary. We were anticipating a scary movie, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

I came to a viewing of the new exorcist. It wasn’t that bad until the theater got so hot it started stinking. I asked them to turn the air down several times. They never did, the whole GTX theater smells like it needs to be washed and wiled. Will not be going back

On 10/1/23 my girlfriend and I went to go see the “blind”. When we walked in we saw a very long line. We just figure that everyone was there to see the movie because it was so popular. That line did not move! They had one person at the register and two other employees “stocking”. Glynn Place Cinemas your priority should be getting customers to their seats as fast as possible. It’s it’s frustrating to see other employees doing other things when they could be ringing up customers first. They can stock up after the rush and when everyone as been seated. For the 20 minutes I spent in line I did not see a manager once. Some people just left because they were miss the beginning of the movie. As a cherry on top, we were walking out of the theater and two of the employees were practicing their jumpshot with popcorn into the trashcan…. Wonderful!

Terrible ticket process and customer service. Bought our tickets online and arrived on-time. There was no line to enter the theater. Was then told by the man working the ticket booth that we had to wait in-line (the long food line) solely to print off our tickets?! Waited in-line for over 15 minutes making us late to our movie. Why is buying tickets online even an option? Do not recommend this theater.

I so wish this theatre was better! It's our closest local option, and the only theatre in the area with leather recliners.
The theatre smells dank and old, it's always just felt unclean. Twice, the movie stopped and we had to get management to refund our tickets. Once we can understand because of a huge storm that rolled in, which is kind of normal depending on the season.
Kids running around and being obnoxious and loud during the movie could be handled better. I've rarely seen an adult staff member there. The ONLY reason we ever go is because the other options are so far away. I would love for an upscale or higher-end option to be in the area. It would make a huge difference.

They need to CLEAN! There was something disgusting in my cup holder, that I accidentally touched with my fingers... It was dark so I have no idea what it was. Prices of drinks are absolutely ridiculous. $10.50 for a bottle of water & fountain drink. We won't be going back anytime soon!

Great atmosphere and staff is very nice. Always has a great movie selection. Me and Dad will be coming back on Thanksgiving to watch Ghostbusters Afterlife! Figured I would throw in some advertising for a potential Christmas Movie this year as well.

Gave this theater a try again. We wanted to see Aquaman. GTX inside Glynn Place was dirty, seats had drink spilled all over. I sought out the manager who pointed me to the General manager. I've talked to this guy before as we had issues. Rob Styn is the rudest, most condescending individual I've ever come across working in the "Management" field.
Our complaint of the dirt theatre, no toilet paper, no paper towel (hand dryer), spilled drink all over the area where drink machines are and drink spilled on the seats.
Thankfully we got our money back and left..

Dec 2020 I had a lovely experience. The one guy working was very nice and helpful. Very pleasant and I appreciated it. The sound a new picture was great - no flaws. The bathroom was clean. The drink station was clean and in working order. Food was correct and fresh.

Now the GTX is perfect. Great theater but the staff sucks. When all these young punk kids and these young wanna be managers are miss treating the employees that have been there for years then I have a problem with it. Nothing but a bunch of teenyboppers running around trying to be in charge not having a clue of what they’re doing... leaving one brand new cashier up at the front who takes 20 minutes to count her drawer and the lines back up and the managers are nowhere to be found because the managers are always loafing and off playing on their phones or gallivanting somewhere. They suck!!! Ticks me off.. The good employees always get mistreated.
