Beautiful mall. Clean and free parking!
Seems like dominant cuisine here is Chinese culture!

So if you like Chinese, Taiwanese food, this is the place!
Come here all the time and chill, it's a great place to hang out during charging or just kill time waiting for orders doing side hustle jobs. I come here pretty often since I was a kid till now.
If you want to see a movie, AMC Santa Anita is the best movie theater since the Arclight shut down. Honestly have you ever even seen a movie until you saw in Dolby Vision. The negatives is that movies are getting expensive, popcorn and drinks too.

The overall experience is Great, everything is clean and tidy.
1st time here and loved it, if you love plants there's an awesome stall there with something for everyone whether you're experienced or a beginner. Very kind, knowledgeable, and the plants are thriving. I left with a cool climbing onion plant I haven't seen before and had to leave some really cool ones behind.

It's inside the Santa Anita Mall so there are plenty of parking. Very nice and clean as all AMC are. Very convenient because the food court is downstairs and there is an arcade/bowling alley right next to it. They also open a new 99 Ranch Market inside the mall. One can spend an entire day shopping, eat, movies and groceries shopping then head home on one trip.
Love this theater because it's close to me house and the food court their offers a great variety of food at good prices also the restaurants like the Cheesecake factory are their if you a nice place for dinner and a movie. The staff is very friendly and I always ask for fresh popcorn which they oblige. They also have a full bar if that's your thing. Thanks A. M.
This place has a great Asian themed area with food options resembling those which could likely be found on a "typical" Asian street scene. I really enjoyed the theming here. Fun place to check out while you are waiting around or exploring the rest of the Mall.
Elegant sprawling mall with majestic views of the mountains.

It was our first time at this mall and we really liked it. We love going to malls we haven’t been to before, especially a two-story mall. There were a lot of shops, but the big thing that they had here was food. There are so many places to eat at, if anything, if we would go back to try the food. We saw a lot of Asian food mostly and all of it looked good. The hard part would be trying to pick out what we would want to try first.

Along with the mall, there’s a 99 market attached to it, along with the cheesecake factory being right next to it, a Dave & Buster’s, and a bowling alley.

It’s a big mall, it was fun to walk around in and we were there for four hours.
This mall has all the big department stores, AMC movie theater, Dave n Busters arcade/restaurant, bowling alley, play area for small children, plenty of food options, lots of parking, they even offer valet parking. Its all decorated for Christmas now with nice decorations also. Great place to shop and/or eat or just to go for some entertainment.

The cinema is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We watched a 3D movie at night here, the cinema staff was very good, because seating arrangement was not crowded, the overall cleanliness and maintenance. It is a cinema where people can relax and enjoy!
I enjoy the movie experience at AMC theaters. They have a big variety of viewing styles such as Imax, Dolby, and more.

Lots of food and self serve slurpy and soda machines. Friendly customer service and clean theaters. A bar is available for adults at some locations.

If you sign up for an AMC Stubs A-List membership account, the perks are worth it. I get free movies per week.

As I rack up points, I get free or discounted food and beverages... The list goes on and on. The seating is clean & comfortable. Some locations have food service brought to your chair.

My experience was pretty good and I have no complaints.

The first time I came back to the theatre from CoVid, my experience was awful. But it wasn’t AMC’s fault. It was the lady I sat next to! She was loud, obnoxiously drinking from her straw, and the worst part was she was making racist comments.
I came back a second time to watch another movie and had a great experience!

I like that you can reserve seats beforehand and use movie tickets from awhile ago to pay for them (I got giftcards and tickets as gifts before Covid hit).
You can even reserve buying snacks online and we did that with popcorn!
Oh how I missed movie popcorn and especially the butter pumps 😛

We got great seats and the whole row to ourselves! Granted, we watched a movie that came out awhile ago and we were watching Imax.

Parking was crowded but still has plenty of seats. Bathrooms were plenty and pretty clean as well. Staff were nice. Had a good experience!

It was so nice to see a movie in the theater for the first time since before COVID. We moved to Pasadena from Seattle just before the pandemic shutdown. We were able to see one movie at AMC Santa Anita 16 around Christmas 2019. Our second visit yesterday felt like another step in returning to the new normal.

Back in Seattle, AMC was our favorite theater chain. Like other national business franchises, it's comforting to go to a theater that looks, feels, and even smells like the one from home. This AMC is on the second floor of the Westfield mall, just like the one we went to back home.

I'm sure we could all use a little bit more normal in our lives. Sure, everyone is wearing masks, and the tickets are contactless scanned on our phones. Once you are in your seat, you're at the movies, feeling the energy and excitement just like when you were a kid.

So, do yourself a favor and go to the movie theater soon.

Decent screens but expensive tickets (2019).

Just went back this week (after two years) to watch Snake Eyes in IMAX at $20 a tickect. The movie experience was just okay, but I was impressed at how clean and less crowded was it. The safety measures they put in place to keep the movie going experience safe and pleasant were commendable.

Check out their Dolby Cinema. It has the best surround sound and crystal clear image, much better than IMAX screen. But be warned, it's the most expensive seat 💺 in the theater at $21.50 each seat.
