Lugar maravilhoso. Tudo mt organizado e limpo. O café da manhã é espetacular. Fui no Natal d 2022 e to indo nesse 2023🔝(de Florianópolis)

Hotel superou as minhas expectativas, limpo, silencioso, bom ar condicionado, excelente café da manhã, preço bom, próximo a tudo, tudo funciona e acima de tudo excelente atendimento

Minha experiência foi péssima. Quarto sujo, ar de parede barulhento, cama de madeira, extremamente pequena. Tentamos interfona várias vezes para portaria, ligamos 11 vezes para o telefone do hotel é não fomos atendidos. Café da manhã mediano, produtos acabando.

Cometimos un error en la reserva (pusimos el día siguiente en lugar del que llegábamos) pero nos pudieron acomodar (muy buena atención). Lamentablemente no la pasé muy bien porque la habitación que me tocó no tenía aire (pero si ventilador de techo) y la ventana no tenía mosquitero por lo que se llenó de "cotorritas" verdes de la luz y me comieron las piernas.

The hotel is clean and the room has new furniture and is well maintained. However, the Internet is terrible. Morever, the shower should be cleaned because the water spreads everywhere. The items in the frigobar are overrated. There was a big storm at night and there was no electricity in the hotel for a long time. I expected it to have a generator. Its price is also too high for what is offers and the location.
