Great little studio for my mini sessions (photography). This would be a cute place for other events, but it is a smaller space, so be wary when trying to accommodate a large group of people.
They offered props and furniture for the holiday season, which was nice. The studio itself is set up nicely with cute decor. Pretty decent lighting for only the one large window. Great parking space outside as well. Easy to find!

I gave 4 stars only because I reserved the space for 2 days (Sat /Sunday) in early Nov. and I got an email 5 DAYS prior to my event stating they double booked my Sunday. When I asked who booked the space first, I was told that the other person did, which didnt make sense to me at the time because I booked in May and had to request the calendar to be opened online to complete the reservation - if that day was already booked, they would have noticed then that the date wasn't available. Long story short, I ended up giving up the Sunday to accommodate for the other person's wedding, and I was refunded (after some back and forth about them only wanting to provide a credit) the cost for Sunday.

Used the photography studio space and it's a great versatile natural light space.
Small, but not tiny, so you can easily pull out an 85mm if you want. Brick, garage door and black barn door are just a few options to shoot against.

This was my second event here and won’t be my last! The venue is affordable, chic, and can bring alive any theme. All the staff I’ve interacted with are super friendly and helpful! Looking forward to booking my next event here!

Booked this place for picture for myself from 3-5pm. Arrived on time and the studio was unlocked. The owner gave us directions and was very nice.

At around 4:30 ish (I’m sure they can check the cameras and see). Some guy in a big white truck came in and parked right near the front window. He stayed there the entire time we were inside taking pictures. Absolutely made me feel very uncomfortable. I confronted him when we were leaving and he was INCREDIBLE RUDE. He became super defensive and came out to fight. Not sure what he thought he was trying to do, but it absolutely was unprofessional and he had the audacity to call me rude by telling him that he shouldn’t be parked there when there is a shoot in session. He said “why didn’t your husband come and tell me to move or why didn’t the photographer come and tell me to move. INSTEAD of taking the accountability for his actions. He was also pointing at my husband and trying to confront him when I was the one that told him to not be a creep which was misogynistic overall.
The owner mentioned he is a husband of a photographer and he was not even supposed to be there before 5pm. Creepy and unsettling behavior all around.

Nice venue that is poorly run. They need a professional management team ASAP! Security took out a flyer to measure purses. The lack common sense to security was astounding. Once you are inside security they jammed the corridor with merch and alcohol sales. This works in most arenas but not this one because the corridor is to narrow so it just makes it impossible to get through. The parking garage is right across the street which is nice but it took 45 minutes to clear it because they had police doing traffic control. Dos Equis, Toyota Center, AAC, all clear faster and they have 4 to 5 times as many cars. Don't go here for concerts until they hire professionals to run the place.

Amazing event center. Its just large enough. Every seat is a great seat.

The seats do not have cup holders and there is no leg room. Paying $10.50 for a fountain drink is outrageous! I would rather go to a concert at the Dos Equis or Toyota Music Factory any day over this venue, there's leg room, cup holders and free refills on your $9 fountain drink. Take notes management.

I love this place so nice, cute, and intimate. What I like most about this venue is that it’s budget friendly !!! It’s so expensive to put events together these days so this budget friendly place helps with the budget you may or may not have. What I also like is that the venue have a list of preferred budget friendly vendors as well !!!

Best customer service!!! Amazing course that made a great recovery after the hail storms. Course was solid, best out of all the Arcis courses. The staff is amazing, especially George in the Pro Shop and Ashley.

I played Gold tees (6840 / 73.2 / 131 ) - there are a # of tees to choose from
One of the 1st groups out we played on 3 1/2 hours. This course gets a lot of play so have correct expectations
Generous fairways but plenty of trouble for wayward shots ( trees / rough / fairway bunkers / water )
You’ll hit a # of clubs in your bag!
Friendly staff & grounds crew
Conditions were good (greens were not consistent but very playable )
Carts were good (no gps )
3 Finishing holes are tough!
Has a country club feel; overall a very positive experience!

Small… old… and underwhelming… the person managing the place was unaccommodating. Good thing is that it was clean, and in a part of town that is not busy so your guests aren’t having to park far to walk. Maybe can fit 30-40 people.

I want to say that I played at Twin Creeks on Friday, July 14. I played with my Son-in-law and 5 year old grandson and had the most magnificent time. The course was in great shape and all the hype about the greens not being in good shape, not so. The greens are coming around and were in very, very good shape!
It was hot, real hot. Saw the beverage cart several times which really made out day. Great place and a great time.

My husband and I recently got married here on July 1st, 2023, and we couldn't be happier with the venue and staff. Stephanie, in particular, was amazing and consistently responded to all of our texts and emails. The venue itself is absolutely stunning; it’s so nice and well maintained that it doesn't require much additional decoration. I highly recommend this place!

Played this Friday afternoon, it was hot but the water jugs were always full. They are down to 4 temp greens which honestly were not that bad. The new greens are soft and responsive and rolled really smooth and fast. The employees were extremely nice and would highly recommend the course. Next weekend July 8-9 they should have all greens back open, excited to try it back out!

Course is is great shape. They still have some temporary greens as they make the course better but all in all great day. Oh, and the scooters are awesome!

This course is horribly maintained and an awful place to spend a relaxing day golfing. Not only are the tee boxes and greens out of order, but the fairway is hand down the worst I’ve ever seen. My friend somehow managed to loose a ball, ON THE FAIRWAY. For the piece I recommend any other course in or out of the area.

Fun course with a great variety of holes (uphill, downhill, dog left, dog right, short and long par 3s, 4s, 5s). Wide fairways / non-fairway areas on many holes make it a relatively driver-friendly place, but great shots are also rewarded (and trying and failing to pull off a great shot is also punished).

5 temp greens while I was playing, but that was advertised everywhere and the discounted rates / free drink tokens were appreciated.

I have attended many Allen American Hockey games here and had great experiences. However, I attended a high school graduation this last weekend here and they displayed a complete lack of preparation and organization. They issued tickets to a school with assigned seating, yet the day of the event did not have enough seating and rows they gave out. Security and the venue staff showed very little communication in working together to fix the problem. I finally located the person who said he was in charge and blamed the school. It was a complete mess for dozens of people. They eventually just told the other people to sit wherever. Most involved never got any apologies from those responsible. Just a heads up to prepared if you attend an event here other than hockey games. I recommend you get there way early!

Ever see pictures of golf courses online asking golfers what they'd pay to play a course that has greens covered in sand? Let's add to the list. The attached pictures are representative of MOST of the greens at Twin Creeks earlier this week, and they STILL charge over $60 for a round of golf on a weekday and over $80 in a weekend. A couple of the pictures show absolute bare ground (not even dormant grass) in the middle of the fairway or at the fringe of the green. Good luck trying to find a flat lie or place to tee off on the tee boxes, IF you can get your tee in the ground. Another picture shows that someone clearly tried to repair a sprinkler head, but left the ground around it in abysmal condition. Owner's rep keep responding to bad reviews by asking to contact the course to address the concerns and to discuss solutions. How about the golfing public relying o nthe PROFESSIONAL to come up with solutions or address the concerns? They don't tour the course themselves to check on the condition? How about either shutting the place down until the course is in an acceptable condition or quit charging outrageous green fees that are not commensurate with the course conditions? Don't say it's a result of a bad winter, because even City-owned courses are in much better condition at the same time of year.

Went to the Dallas vs Florida mini soccer game, was probably less than 50% occupied. Great arena, lots of visual and audio affects, food prices were, of course, crazy, $5 for a bottle of water, but it’s always like this in these places. Seems like that’s the only way they make money. Good service, clean and amazing atmosphere to get entertained.

Attended the Fire vs Police hockey game tonight. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the game. The venue and surrounding areas are very nice with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The food and alcohol at the game is priced high, but typical for sporting events. They had a live band in the concourse area that was fun and crazy. We would definitely come back for another hockey game.

Is soccer your thing? Come out with your family for a incredible well priced , family friendly, and watch the Dallas Sidekicks play indoor soccer. The action for the most part is fast paced, high energy, and climate controlled for the ultimate soccer spectator experience. The field could use some updates, like a new painted logo but otherwise this is a true gem. They first started in 1984 and spent many years playing in reunion arena in Dallas before that was closed and they moved here. Tickets were very economical and for the size of the event there is not really a bad seat. Come make memories!!!

We went to the Allen Americans game for Teddy Bear Toss night. We lost, yet it was so much fun. It always is at Allen Event Center. It is like a mini American Airlines Center. Except there is no bad seat in the house. I have been here for concerts, and gun shows. It is by far, the best venue I have ever been too. Not too big, not too small, great seats, good acoustics, great staff, and easy to get in and out of.
1 issue... I wish the food and drinks were about half the price they are now, then it would at least be a fair price. But it is all that, with good ticket prices and free parking. So I guess, you're gonna have to feel the pain somewhere. Overall, excellent!
