So beautiful to rent for any event!

My cousin had his wedding there and we were just there for a celebration of life. Beautiful setting. Nice pond with bridge for taking pictures. Plenty of parking.

This place is so adorable. I do wish they had their own parking lot to carry everything in. The church across the street would be a great place to team up with. All in all, it was a great choice for our Bridal Shower.

I came here for a kids party and let me just the equipment was not up to part.
1.The kids floor mats were FILTHY and it wasn't very many mats. Just a tiny space to fill the the corner and wall.
2. The toys were a choke hazard. My 2 year old picked up a plastic toy fry and had it in her mouth. I found another one and I just threw them away.
3. The bounce houses were pretty worn down and sine they were inside it was loud. No safety measures at all.
Would not return.

A beautiful, peaceful facility with a homey, charming, relaxed feeling.

Kindred Kove has been by far the best party rental space my family has used for large get togethers. The space is pristine, spacious, well equipped, and with great views! Kim provided a warm welcome and a nice send off. My family and I highly recommend renting this space!

Overall a cool venue to see music, although it could be improved. I love the concession area which almost feels like a theme park with numerous booths winding through a wooded area. Many places to get drinks (for a high price, but that's expected).
The seats are old, small, hard plastic. Not as bad as the old seats at Fenway but close. Of course at some shows you'll be standing/dancing most of the time, but you're still pretty close to your neighbor.
Sound is decent for this type of venue.
I find it strange that the cameras they use to show the live performers seem to be from 1984 and super low-res, but the ads they show between sets are modern HD. (Yes, ads between sets... is nothing sacred anymore?)
They need to add more variety of food, especially for vegetarians! I saw cheese pizza on the menu at one place but did not get a look at it. Other than that, just French fries and "nachos" (literally a bag of Tostitos with one small container of cheese dip and one of salsa ... some assembly required)! They do allow you to bring in a zip-lock bag of snacks (not sure what they allow in that) so that may be best if you don't eat meat.
A better area for rideshares would also be nice (and help discourage drunk driving).

What am awesome night, as always is the case at Great Woods- aka The Xfinity Center. Great venue, great seats- anywhere in house are good seats, IMHO!! And when the whole audience rocks the house-- amazing vibes abound!!! Get your tickets and just go!

One of the Best Places ro see concerts. They have a wide variety of seats. I personally prefer box seats with a waiter. They are always right there and super fast with your drinks and food. Drinks and food are great. The venue is always clean and well kept. If you upgrade your parking, you won't wait in long lines to get out after the concert! Parking upgrades cost different for each concert, anywhere from $50 to $125, I believe. Anyways Excellent Venue all the way around!!

I went to two concerts in the summer of 2023 (Boy George and Foreigner). In general- it's a very good venue for live concerts. It's okay to drive almost an hour from Boston, to be able to go to concerts at reasonable prices. Although it's only enjoyable in good weather since large seating areas are open to the sky.

The place is well organized and maintained, good staff, free parking in very large lots with attendants, clean restrooms, free water fountains, fun atmosphere. High quality stage, lighting, sound and special effects.

Yet there are several significant downsides:

The food and beverages are very overpriced, as stated in other reviews, maybe because they have big expenses due to overstaffing.

The music volume is way too high, it leaves your ears ringing. Prolonged exposure to such high decibels causes irreversible hearing loss, and it's needless. People can hear well and enjoy good music at much lower volumes. Maybe they should spread some speakers closer to the rear to distribute the sound to the lawn area, instead of blasting from near the stage. In the second concert I used high-fidelity earplugs, which helped a lot but somewhat compromised the sound clarity.

Another reason to leave my good seat and go far back, was the clouds of smoke, as people were vaping, smoking weed and cigarettes (even the singer commented on that). This venue seems to attract a lot of inconsiderate people, and the staff turns a blind eye. The rear lawn offers better fresh air and pretty good views, also thanks to the large screens.

And then after the concert, it took me about 45 minutes (!) to get from parking lot #11 out to the main street. Hundreds of cars were sitting in long traffic jams, idling and polluting the air, as if all the smoke inside the venue wasn't enough. Both before and after the concert, there were guys walking around the parking lots and drive lanes, selling T-shirts, which worsened delays and traffic jams.

Bottom line: it's a good venue for live music, we enjoyed and will probably return in the future. Try to get there early, like an hour before the first concert starts, to get a spot in the parking lots that are closer to the main street. Have a good dinner before getting there, bring high-fidelity earplugs. Enjoy !

Free parking, easy in and out. I love the boardwalk like atmosphere as you make your way to the arena. The drinks are SUPER Expensive, so keep that in mind before you order, as they don't list the prices. The seats are good for viewing even in the upper sections where we sat, although it's tight, I was literally touching legs with the people on either side of me, and you have to stand every time someone comes up or down the aisle. The acoustics are amazing for an outdoor arena, and the screens are well positioned for people sitting further away to get an up close view of the stage. The crew working the cameras did a really good job as well. Hubby and I had a really great time over all 😊

Great venue. All the staff is usually super awesome. Facilities are clean.
Food and drinks are egregiously overpriced
Be sure to eat before you enter the venue.
Besides that my best tip is to get a regular water bottle (.5oz) finish it, then crush it and put it in your pocket so you have a vessel to carry water inside the venue. You can find places to refill it inside for free. . . Or you could pay $5 per can of "liquid death" aka extremely overpriced water in a can.

Xfinity Center has to be one of the best places to see a concerts. The acoustical sound is fantastic. It doesn't get lost and is well heard throughout the whole venue. I have been here many times throughout the years, even when it was known as Great Woods. There really isn't a bad seat either. I would have to say it's probably one of my top spots for outdoor concerts.

Long time great venue not far from Providence. I've seen many concerts over the years and they've all sounded great. Can't go wrong with lawn seats, bring a blanket to sit on and enjoy the breeze. Food is expensive but on par with other major venues in the area and isn't too bad. Staff has been friendly and helpful in helping solve a couple issues we had. Security is reasonable and moves quickly, smoking is allowed in the open air sections and cannabis is legal in MA. While it's not permitted you can guess how it goes.

Plenty of free parking, however it does seat 19000, so sold out shows can be difficult to get to and out of depending on day of the week and arrival time. Getting there early to tailgate saves the hassle of traffic and a few bucks on food.

Great venue! Read the fine print... you can bring one gallon zip lock bag of snacks!!!
Been here numerous times, always a great show. We love general admission so we can dance in the grass!

Nice place not to big or small when the fair is going on that's the place where they play bingo

Josiah’s Spiderman party was a great success. I am a highly satisfied customer. Deliah was very professional, personable, and accommodating to make my child’s birthday party special. The entertainment that comes with the rental was such a bonus in helping keep all the kids busy. I highly recommend them for any of your party needs. We will be returning for future events.

FamilyTime is a great place for your events. As you can tell I was the dj for an event on Sat. Enough space for my equipment and the staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend this place for various events and even little children’s parties. A lot of bounce houses in doors and very clean.

My friend had a wedding here and let me just tell you the venue is gorgeous. The hall where she had the reception was nice, the main house was gorgeous, and the little pond and gazebo just added a picturesque touch. I had never heard of the place before but it's gorgeous.

Receptive/attentive staff, helpful when asking questions. You may need to book ahead of time-they fill up fast.

Kindred Cove is such a beautiful place! I've attended a birthday party in the barn area and a bridal shower in the house and both were the most beautiful events! The host and her entire property are just breathtaking! Highly recommend for any event!

Events are great, but the fair board needs to get with it. More promotional minded for the people holding events there. On the fairgrounds website, on the sign at the entrance, get the word out better about upcoming events. Renters of the property probably pay dearly, would be nice if rental would be reciprocated with fair effort.

A great place to take your kids on weekdays during open play sessions, we love going with our almost 2 year old!

The gallery on Mulberry is wonderful. I’ve hosted several events there and was 100% happy each time.
It’s a beautiful space and the walls are the perfect white canvas to display balloons, photo banners, and more.
Over the holidays they always have a gorgeous tree and garlands that are able to be decorated to fit the theme of the party.
I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to host a gathering in Mansfield!

Celebrated my daughter’s second birthday today (1/15/2022)! The owners are super nice and very accommodating! I did the 16 kid party that comes with pizza for all of the kids. I was able to use the large room that has the play area, bounce houses (2), arcade games, and even a speaker for music. There is a restroom and a tiny kitchen too. And they have tables and chairs in case you need more for your event. Overall, my family and friends had a great time at this venue & I would highly recommend it. Definitely a great space for kid Birthday parties! And affordable too.

Beautiful hall. Perfect for weddings, sweet 16, baby shower ext. Really any party. Birthdays and all!!! Decorations are beautiful! music with mic and lots of outlets with counter tops for food. Highly recommend.

Was here for the 2021 Mansfield mineral and fossil show. Nice venue, clean bathrooms and good food served by the ladies auxiliary group. Will be back in 2022!

I had my bridal shower here, and my guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about this location! It was perfect! Tables, chairs, linens, and even some utensils and drink dispensers provided. Such an amazing price for such a beautiful place! Alyssa is just absolutely wonderful - was so kind and helpful! I am so glad I found this place and decided to go with it for my shower. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place and Kim is a great person so laid back and down to earth ive had 2 event out at her location and plan on using her again in the future. She has decorations available for use, she handles trash, and food and alcohol permitted. Highly suggest using kendrid kove for all your parry events

My 4 and 7 year old love this place. We've gone twice already and so cool to have something close by in Mansfield. We usually travel across town for places like this. Management and staff are friendly. They also rent bounce houses and have a waterslide. We rented from them for my son's birthday and had a great and timely experience.

Update: I am updating my review to 3 stars instead of 5. I was blown off twice while trying to book a bounce house for my son this month. I emailed once from their "contact us" page and never received feedback. I also called and spoke with the manager/owner and gave her all my party info and needs. She assured me she would get back with me and she has not!

I was here for the monthly flea market the last weekend of the month. Always some good buys and they serve food. Try the country fried steak and any of the desserts.

What a beautiful gallery. I took a bunch of my guitars there to be photographed by Chriztine Campbell, owner of Lizabeth Rose Photography. The owner of the gallery was quite nice and accomodating. We were only there for 30 or 40 minutes, but we found several beautiful settings as backgrounds for the photographs. The gallery can be rented for occasions, events etc. I will definitely go again.

Went to play bingo for the first time in over 20 years. Had fun spending time with my daughter. The only draw back to the night was it felt as though the same person was calling bingo & on the double postage stamp game it shouldn't matter where the double is on the board just as long as it is a double. But other than that it was fun

Love this venue. Affordable good tickets.nice band selections. Good food. A bit pricey though on the food however. Clean atmosphere and rest rooms. Excellent security checks and on ground security. Fun night

Place looks the same as it did years ago,they need to bring the place up to pare. They shouldn’t charge to get in because the flea market isn’t all that great any more. Same people most of the time. Need to move people around if your going to have the same people year after year.

Some pretty decent stores. There's a sex shop, a year round Halloween shop, a grocery store that only sells six packs of root beer and loafs of Italian bread, a dog kennel for people, and another sex shop.
