Celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here. The place was clean and so fun for all ages that came to the party. The owner was super nice, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend hosting your kids party at boogie babies. It’s fun for all ages, super clean and the owner is so nice and accommodating. It’s like hosing a party in your basement only much bigger and more comfortable with a man cave kitchenette and endless fun for the kids. 10/10

both kids 1 and 3 had so much fun. they have activities for either boys or girls! the place is safe and clean. they even have a designated space for kids party and play with no over crowding. very welcoming atmosphere! we will be back for sure.
Boogie Babies in Rochester is awesome. I loved that I could see both kids play in different areas. They had a giant slide, a kitchen, art area, dancing room, building blocks, doll area, and a tot area. It was super clean. The owner was extremely friendly. Message them on Facebook or call before you go to reserve a spot. I messaged at 9:30 at night expecting a response the next day, and nope it was nearly immediately. They do private birthdays often, so you want to make sure there is open play. It was only $12 per kid. Highly recommend! Both kids had a blast.

My daughter loves Boogie Babies! We have been coming since she was one. She had her two year old birthday party here. Everyone loved it! Three of our guests ended up booking/inquiring about parities of their own! The owner is so kind, accommodating, and communicates very well. We love love love this place.
We come here every summer for Wet & Wild Wednesdays, which is worth the drive! It's the only place in the Metro Detroit area that I know of that does something like this. There's two big water slides, a foam area, and a fire truck that sprays water out. Before it starts, they have magicians or musicians doing age appropriate shows. It's from noon to 2 every Wednesday in July and is so worth it.
Went to a movie night on 2/16 and saw "The Race to Alaska". Was well ran (with kind hosts), plenty of seats, and good setup with good sound and video. Even had coffee, water, and cookies for $5/ person.

I’ve only been here twice so but so far, this place is great! The owner is very kind and professional. The place itself is very clean for being an indoor kids playground. My 10 month old loves it here and it’s great to get us both out of the house!
Wonderful history photos inventions our tour guide was very fun w lots of history on the beautiful home dairy farm n family history
Took our 87 year old Mom here yesterday so she could donate first hand pictures from the Rochester flood of 1946. Samantha, the Museum Archivist, was amazingly gracious and accommodating as she listened to our Mom's stories and showed us around the museum. Special thanks from our family!
Beautiful place, Interactive for adults and children, it is also very well organized and very clean. I recommend you arrive at 12:30 p.m. to start seeing the museum for yourself and exploring and at 1 p.m. the explanation begins by a tourist guide that is already included in the ticket you pay for. The time you decide can be from about 40 min to longer. You can bring your food and eat outside. It also tends hiking to walk with your dog.

Very cute place! It's a perfect size for young kids (looks like up to 5 years old). Usually I have to follow my 1 year old all over at other places designed for older kids and it's stressful but this was so chill. He got to explore and I could see him at all times. VERY CLEAN AND SAFE. This is the cleanest play place I've ever seen. Owner was so nice. He did say he usually books parties/events and it's a good idea to call before coming in to see if open play is available. I didn't know that. Luckily we were able to come in. I'm so glad I found a place suited for little ones.
If you have a toddler that you don't want to fall from astounding heights, or get pummeled by bigger school age kids who are in the tot area....THIS IS THE PLACE! The space is manageable. I've gone to so many places where you walk in and are immediately overwhelmed. There are opportunities for exploratory and imaginary play. If my son wandered off, I didn't worry at all because there are 2 doors. If he went through one, the alarm would sound and he wouldn't be able to go through the other because of the child protective knob. I have to stay on top of my son everywhere we go. It was nice to sit and watch him run and explore for once. This place is a dream come true and my 2 year absolutely loves it. The owner is such a sweet guy. I've spoken with him on the phone multiple times and he was always very kind. I really appreciate that, especially in today's climate. This is our new spot! Can't wait to go back!
We had the most beautiful wedding at Van Hoosen. Jenna was so great to work with. She was helpful in answering questions and really went above and beyond the day of the wedding. The grounds were beautiful. They were so accommodating and had back up plans in case it rained (which it did before and after the wedding). We can't say how much we appreciated her and the entire Van Hoosen team.
Beautiful area to walk around and explore. Nice place to walk the dog as well. Every where you look you'll find something interesting.
Didn't get to visit the museum because we went at nighttime, but it was still very nice and the Halloween Wall of Pumpkins was cool to look at. My son and I will go back during the day to check out the museum 😊.
Specific to the model train the place hosts every year in december, its such a wonderful experience. They offer the remote control to kids, to control the trains on their own terms. The group of expert railroad modelers also explain the intricacies. The modules are named and there is a 'story behind the setting' which is very entertaining to read. Example there was a truck stuck under a low clearance bridge. A cop pulled someone. There was a live music cafe, running a car show. It was absolute delight to spend 2 hours. The entrance fee is very nominal at $5 for adults and $3 for kids.
My daughter had her wedding here and it was beautiful. They have a place for the bride to get ready before the ceremony. The ceremony was held in front of a gazebo. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. They have a small stream with a bridge. Everything was magical... it was so beautiful. Afterward, the reception was held in their barn. It is a bit small, but we had 100+ people and made it work. Overall, both the bride and groom were super happy with their day. BTW, we had AMAZING weather, which made it extra special.
Great place to visit for a day trip. Wonderful location for family photos also.
