Great views and friendly workers.
It's an older club with some need for upkeep & repairs, but it's the members that make this place so much fun to be a part of. The food menu is outstanding! Though it would be nice if the kitchen stayed open past 9pm on the weekdays. Supply some much needed towels at the end of the day, and you'll get an extra start! 😉
For my birthday I decided to try out the “Twenty 8 Grille.” I thought it was at the Dye but come to find out it was at “ The Hills” location. I was pleasantly surprised at how tender the Pork Steak was, friendly the staff was, and enjoyed the music selection. Overall, I had a great experience and I will be back.
This place is great. I volunteered here and got to see 2 free shows so far. The quality is definitely outstanding, especially for the building's age and the reliance on volunteers. If you're thinking of buying some tickets, you definitely should. The performers are amazing, witty, and fun to watch. Although i acknowledge that every performance probably isn't as good as what I watched, while there, I worked with an older lady who's worked three shows, and she said all of them were equally good. Now I will say that because they do rely more heavily on volunteers, although there is a number of professional staff, there's gonna be delays, last minute changes and so on. If you do decide to go, just keep that in mind and you'll have a great time!

We highly recommend working with Pam at The Flour Mill. She is extremely personable, accommodating, and helpful. Our group has held 2 practice sessions at the venue and she has been a gem before, during, and after each session. Thank you to Pam and Jim for accommodating our group and providing such a great experience!

For all my vintage girlies, look no further! Book The Cotton Mill right away. It was easily one of the best decisions we made. It fit our style perfectly and I got SO many compliments about the venue. You do have to use their catering company but the food is fantastic! We were blown away at how good it was and not one single complaint about it. The Cotton Mill is very easy to work with and I loved the bridal suite for getting ready. 15/10 recommend.
What an amazing place went for a coffee and when I took a stroll around I was taken to a different world… also the rain might have helped me to make this place magical.

This venue is amazing! Beautiful, accessible and just what we needed for our event. Natalie and Lisa are beautiful humans inside and out. They ensured our accessibility needs were met and helped us with finding other vendors as needed. Overall, their team is flexible to what your needs are! I would strongly recommend the Cotton Mill for all your events! PS: Look at how beautiful it looked!
Great events take place here. Safe place to take a walk around the block with benches to seat under the shade of nice trees and who knows, you might even get lucky enough to listen to a free song or two by my buddies, Zach and the Anarchist. 🤠

Really interesting model train railroad system. The start button was on the opposite end from the entry. Was an interesting and fun attraction. Also purchased an eclipse T-shirt.
This was once actually a flour mill. The owner has put a lot of time and money into into making it a great place for a wedding, party, or business event. Hopefully, he will be able to make the front building into a nice hotel.
I absolutley love Bingham Estate! Erika is a wonderful and passionate venue owner. She hosted a beautiful tea party this week and I was blown away with the beauty and history of Bingham Estate. This venue is perfect for any intimate gathering you are looking to host. The asthetic is one of a kind and absolutley breathtaking. I will be referring all of my clients over to Erika for their upcomming gatherings and showers. You are in professional and good hands with Erika!
Great venue. Medium/Large banquet/ball room. It's a great place to have a large gathering of people. I had been there for a wine tasting event. It's located very close to the VERY quaint McKinney downtown! The immediate locale is still very steampunk and early to mid-20th century industrial. Very chic!
I have been a member a several county clubs and have to tell you that this club is built around membership. People are gracious and very friendly. It is easy to find any type of game you want to play. Several groups welcome new members to play regardless of handicap. The atmosphere is a competitive to the point of giving you a hard time when you hit a stray shot but turn around and buy you a drink at end of round. Golf course is always in good condition it’s not long but it is the tightest tree lined course in DFW. Has great food. Friendly staff, great Tennis program. Numerous golf and tennis instruction for golf and tennis. New GM is young but is totally dedicated on members and their family's happiness. Cathy Taylor has over 20 years experience in the private club business and always focused on member satisfaction. Check this Club out you will be amazed
If you are looking for an event space in McKinney with 5 Star service, this is your place! We had a 50th Anniversary party here and it turned out amazing. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. The food was all on point and on time. The bartenders and service team were at the top of their game. Great job Sarah and team! Thanks so much for making my job easy!
A Christmas Carol. A great performance. Perfect casting for Mr. Scrooge, and all of the characters. A wonderful and fun evening out.
First time visit. We attended a luncheon, and really enjoyed it. The venue is laid out well. We had plenty of room to move while we snacked before lunch. The staff was amazing. They took really good care of everyone. This is a great place for a wedding/baby shower. Nice and intimate.
Loved it. Went to their gospel brunch and was mesmerized. The ambiance is stunning. The food was delicious and the live music by the 3 G's gospel group was so melodic. It was just what I needed. I had my body and my spirit nourished at the same time. I will be attending every month to their once a month Gospel brunch.

The McKinney Flour Mill staff was exceptional in helping us get ready for our wedding reception we had in the Diamond Hall. The hall was a great canvas for our designer/planner to work with. The staff was very responsive and open-minded to our preferences for our event. We would recommend this venue to any couple looking to get married in McKinney TX.
We came during the fall and it was beautiful. It was great weather to be outdoors but would not recommend during hot Texas summer. The young lady who did our animal group presentation wasn't that great. Very bland and seemed kind of moody. Also seemed like she had no experience around kids. She wouldn't even let the kids pet the animals. Where as other employees had done the opposite. We enjoyed the fossils inside and dino walk was pretty fun. Rating one less star because some of the animals seemed unhappy in their enclosures and did not enjoy seeing a jar full of dead turtles.
Banquet was very nice. Elevator was nice. Technology worked well.
This nature preserve is absolutely beautiful. Went on all of the clearly posted trails, and all were beautiful. Will definitely be coming back.

Bring your bug spray, sun screen, hiking boots, hat, binoculars and canteen. Explore the hiking trails. Enjoy this gem! Picnic under the trees. No trash left behind. :)

Very nice outdoor museum. Recommend to wear a good hiking shoes and doesn’t come here when it’s a raining day. All moving dinosaurs are outdoor. A small indoor Dino dig sand pit is cute for little kids. Overall, it’s a good museum for young kids.
I join SBR Hills in 2017 and have been disappointed every year since and have stayed in the hopes that things would improve, but they haven't and have only gotten worse. I recently resigned and am moving to Hurrican Creek in Anna, due the course being in MUCH BETTER shape and lower monthly dues. Here is a summary of reasons for leaving;
1) Poor course conditions... most greens have dry rot and weeds. They claim its the weather, but several othwr courses with Bent Grass greens are in awesome shape!
2) Atrocious service in bar area and pool! You can wait 15 min for someone to acknowledge you at a table in the bar... forget it when youre outside on the patio.
3) Extreme fees to play tournaments in Mens Golf Assoc. with winners only in NET. How are low handicappers supposed to have a chance to win with all the "sandbaggers" gaming the system!? Charge 100 to play a course Im already paying to play, with no real chance of placing????
4) 20% service fee automatically charged for bar/restaurant and it doesnt ALL go to the waiters/waitresses... No wonder they cant keep good help! Great to see Invited "exploit" their members and employees!
Lastly... Craig (GM) has been attentive to our complaints, but he's one person. Mens Club President hasnt addressed complaints, Superintendent/Greens keeper are sub-standard, yet management doesnt address poor course conditions. This club seems to be a "money grab" for invited because over 5 yrs... NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

Gather is such a lovely and unique venue. It photographs beautifully and is a wonderful space to hold a wedding or event. Jill and Darrell are both kind and professional owners who put care and detail into those hosting in their space. As a local wedding photographer I will look forward to more events here in the future.
This place was fantastic! We were just here for a wading and loved it. The rustic feel to it was very nice but also modernized in a way to make it feel very clean. The local art for sale was a great touch and had some very unique pieces. I was unable to get photos of the small courtyard where the ring ceremony was preformed but it was a lovely venue!

Nice little place to go watch people perform. Was invited to a concert by a family member and was not disappointed in the show in the least. If you want anything from the bar bring cash!
This was my 1st time visiting MPAC. I just happened to run across the performance for the McKinney Dance Bands Count Meets Duke, big band music. I was searching for live music when I found it on the internet. I’m disappointed that they don’t advertise more, not even any signage outside the building of what is playing inside. So, I was very glad I found out cuz I loved it!! I love the big band era & to hear it played live was an absolute treat. The inside of the building is definitely dated, which I think added even more to this performance. I found it an extra treat that they made a little room for anyone that wanted to get up & dance along. It was great!! The acoustics were better than I expected & each instrument solo was excellent! It was very nice to hear the beautiful piano, sax, trumpet, bass, clarinet, & all the additional pieces that really add to the orchestra feel. There were 2 singers they would bring on for certain songs & they were adorable. It was nice to be able to sense the camaraderie between the band players too.
Parking: This has definitely become the worst part of downtown McKinney these days. This was on a Friday evening & there was absolutely ZERO parking on any street. Thankfully the parking garage on Davies is free & has more parking. But plan ahead to add walk time since you won’t be able to park near the attraction.
Overall it was a positive experience & I highly recommend attending a performance here. I’m looking forward to this band returning in November to play Glen Miller music. This was an overall feel good crowd.

If you have small kids, I’d recommend good walking shoes for them sunscreen and water. It’s a very good place to go hiking. If that’s what you’re into you see nature and just the smell out there. It’s just pure amazing. It’s hard to find places that have that amount of greenery nowadays so it honestly was a breath of fresh air

Visited from out of town and was lucky enough to play here. Food and beverage was awesome, property is well taken care of! We were greeted by the cart staff very friendly, and the golf course was great. Thank you to all of your hospitality and staff. Definitely coming back to enjoy this experience again!

I reached out about having a birthday party the end of Jan. The pricing seemed to be reasonable at first. I noticed in the pics there weren't any doors. Don't really care that this is a barn, huge shed or whatever you want to call it. However I was told that doors were recently added but to keep the place warm we would HAVE TO RENT THEIR 6 HEATERS FOR $50 PER HEATER!! HAHAHA...that is absolutely CRAZY!! Not the type of people I want to do business with.
I recently shot a wedding at the Gather. As a photographer I like to arrive early. I was immediately greeted by the owners and welcomed! The hosts and staff were accommodating to the couple and the family. Felt right at home. I am always worried about the bridal suite since getting ready photos usually happen there. It was roomy and well decorated. Hope to shot there soon. Thank you for such amazing hospitality.
Long time member here - the members are fed up and no longer sitting silently. The course is overcharging their membership for one of the worst maintained courses in all of DFW. The membership (Hills course only) with a cart plan is just under $1,000 per month. Keep in mind this is BEFORE you buy an $8 beer (after they add in your service fees etc) or a $30 dinner that will come out late and probably cold (and definitely incorrect).
What was once the best club in Collin county because of the great community and fun golf course has now become the very example of club corps/inviteds greed and lack of caring about their members.
This place is an absolute disaster and I would encourage anyone considering joining to go elsewhere…and for the members still standing…now is the time to jump ship. THEY DONT CARE!

What is this?
What an wonderful experience the McKinney Flour Mill provided. It's were the past meets the present. You can feel once the construction is complete it will definitely be an tourist attraction. We visited the coffee shop, and they were wonderful. They were very friendly and even gave us a tour of their new shop opening in roughly 5 weeks. We will definitely go back. It looks like it's going to be tons of fun.
The team at Gather will care about you, your event, and work with you to create a wonderful memory to last you a lifetime. Twice a year we are able to host an all-abilities social night at Gather in Downtown McKinney. This night is full of fun, dancing, smiles, and energy that is hard to describe as anything other than magical. The team at Gather allows us to have this event as a way to engage with the community and give a social opportunity for individuals with disabilities. We are so thankful to know Darrell and Jill not only as amazing business owners, but as amazing neighbors always willing to lend a hand. Darrell helped us move the heaviest bookcases imaginable and still gives me a hug hello every time I see him. When I tell you this couple will give your their best- I mean it. They are amazing at what they do, and they love this community so much. Please consider booking your event at Gather in Downtown McKinney, where great people are making magical memories just for you!

I got married here in October of 2021. My husband and I toured this place once and immediately made the decision that this was THE VENUE. We didn’t even bother to look at any other venues. During our booking process, we worked with Krista, who expressed that we could put a hold on our date for 30 days while we talked it over with our families. She answered any and all of my questions, sometimes the same question multiple times, with that being said she was extremely patient and very encouraging. She was such a pleasure to work with, as well as, Maria who was a later add-on to the venues team. Maria was super helpful during our rehearsal, as my planner had another wedding the day of our rehearsal. She was extremely patient with all of our friends and family, as there were many moving pieces and I chose a difficult way to enter our ceremony for all of our wedding party but she accepted the challenge and actively problem solved so when the time came for the real deal, everything ran smoothly. I can’t rave enough about the staff at the venue enough, they made the day of the wedding so easy that I really I was not stressed about anything.
As for the venue, pictures do not do this place justice. Go see it in person. It is absolutely GORGEOUS. There are so many elements to the building, it’s insane. The hidden garden, the dye room, the bridal suite, the artwork, all of it. It’s amazing. There is an upstairs area that I didn’t even know existed until we took pictures after the ceremony, it’s worth going to see. Our pictures, in my opinion, turned out beautiful because of the many elements the Cotton Mill had to offer.

My husband and I got married at the McKinney Flour Mill in October 2021. It was perfect! Erin worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed, provided a suggested vendors lists and was very communicative throughout the entire planning process. We did the “run of the mill” package and got the “wedding boss” package too, meaning we got both of the rooms (one for ceremony and one for reception) and had Erin as our wedding boss to coordinate day-of matters and she help with month-of planning too as part of that add-on. She was great, the venue was great and we really enjoyed our wedding there. Definitely recommend!
I loved my country club before but now, I am getting more disappointed each time I go there. The renovations in the restaurant is ok , nothing special. In fact , acoustics are very bad. It’s so loud there even if there are a few tables. Tonight, we went for a dinner with friends. I ordered citrus shrimp ( don’t remember the name of the dish exactly) which was $26. It was very salty, I couldn’t taste anything except salt! I would of send it back to the kitchen but we were waiting for our food almost an hour, so I didn’t take a chance. I did mention this to our waiter and he said that most of people complained to him about this dish already. I left hungry and disappointed. From previous visits, it takes a long time to get food, mushed potatoes from the box . When they have an events they don’t think about people who doesn’t eat meat or gluten free. I guess it will be our last year being a member there.
My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Mill at East McKinney and it truly was a dream. Erin, the wedding coordinator, truly went out of her way to ensure that our day was perfect. My bridesmaids and I were able to still utilize the bridal suite although our ceremony was held at a church nearby the venue. This was something unheard of for other venues, so when Erin told us that she could accommodate for us, we immediately knew we struck gold with this venue. The bridal suite was large enough to comfortably fit my 10 bridesmaids, mothers of the groom/bride and myself. Erin went out of her way to coordinate with all of our other vendors weeks before our wedding day to ensure every vendor was on the same page. She also helped decorate the reception hall with our bridal party - how sweet is that?! By the end of our journey with The Mill at East McKinney, my husband and I truly felt like Erin was family. She truly cared about us throughout the whole process, communicated consistently with us and kept emphasizing how she wanted our wedding day to be the best day ever for us. Erin brought us complete peace, joy and excitement on our wedding day. On top of all of this, The Mill is an absolutely gorgeous rustic venue that keeps getting renovated and is located in the heart of downtown McKinney. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we kept getting compliments all evening on how cute and rustic it was. Planning a wedding throughout a pandemic is as stressful as it seems, but Erin took so much of the stress off our shoulders. Thank you to the wonderful Erin for making our dream wedding day possible!
Bingham House was a perfect spot for our wedding! The team there was awesome and were so helpful throughout the whole engagement process. Erin was amazing - everything I asked, she was super helpful and accommodating and worked to make it happen. She worked with us and our budget, she helped us customize the menu to be perfect for what we wanted. The whole team flexed with us as the rain changed our plans and set up chairs minutes before the ceremony so we could have it outside. They were responsive and kind and very easy to work with. The logistics of food and set up was all run by Bingham and they did a great job. The venue is beautiful with a lots of different places to congregate, get ready, sit down or chat. So many beautiful spots for pictures. The home is beautiful with a great front and back yard. I loved it here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it!
My daughter had her wedding at Gather in February of 2021, during Covid, and it was absolutely the most perfect wedding and reception that we could have hoped for. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and intimate. It's clear as soon as you tour it that a lot of thought was put into the layout of this charming building, from the incredible brick wall to the chandeliers, the candle wall, the entire bright open space. Jennifer, the owner, made us feel at home and completely at ease through the entire planning process and we never felt a moment of stress. She coordinated everything from the delivery of our charcuterie board in the bridal suite to the tiniest details of the wedding and reception. You can tell that Gather is a labor of love for Jennifer and her entire staff. Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be happier that our daughter's big day was celebrated at Gather.

Family member got the COVID vaccine here. Nice new, clean facility and extremely organized as a vaccine hub and very efficient.
Went there to get my grandson's COVID-19 vaccine shot. McKinney FD did a fabulous job, from sign in to leaving (after 15 wait time) was 55 minutes! VERY efficient. Nice facility, lots of room for everyone.
The covid-19 vaccine hub setup is extremely well run and organized. My wife had her appointment scheduled for 2pm. We arrived at 1:52 and she had her vaccine at 1:59. Thank you to all the volunteers and the McKinney fire department. Excellent job.
Went to McKinney ISD Community Center for our Covid shot. There is nothing they could have done to make it better. We were in and out in 30 minutes, 15 for sitting to make sure there were no side effects. MFD were just great.
Went here for the first time to get the Covid vaccine. Very organized. Love to come here for a game hopefully. Big TY to the Mckinney Fire Department for being kind and well organized.
Amazing venue. Erin and the staff are outstanding. She helped make a fairy tale wedding come true. We HIGHLY recommend this venue.
Ah, what a great experience. Jennifer is AMAZING! Couldn't have asked for a better venue or coordinator for our wedding reception last October. We're soo grateful that we were able to relax and enjoy the night (Jennifer made sure of that). Would HIGHLY recommend.
I recently had the privilege of having my wedding at Bingham House. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The staff, the venue, the food, and the atmosphere exceeded all of my expectations. We had such a wonderful wedding, and when looking back on the evening I felt so loved and taken care of by the staff of Bingham, and my guests are STILL talking about how great the food was! The venue is stunning. The house has so much character, and the grounds are so well kept. I want to do it all over again! Thank you so much to Bingham (and specifically my girl Hayley), we feel so blessed to have had this sweet memory with you!
Michael and i wanted to deeply say after we entered the wedding convention not looking for venue since we were deciding on one we had but as we felt the venue we were going 2 decide on ... when we were told we only had 4 hours to do ceremony and the reception at a golf country club. We both felt that we would be rushed and how possible would we have only 4 hours to do the whole event and getting prepared for our wedding ? we thought nothing about it until we came along and found the bingham at the wedding convention center the bulletin stated wedding ceremony for 12 hours including your catering and reception hall and all of bingham house for your wedding ceremony..we both said let's go explore and find out the results of our visit. We both will say that was the best choice we made ...we both were very stunned with all the great incentives that bingham had to offer. All of our gatherness one on one to discuss our wedding day and the tasting of the food and choices was the best food . The catering company and all the staff were beyond wonderful we both loved the outcome of our day !! Wanted to thank everyone there for your hospitality in all that you did on our special day ..A day that won't be forgotten!! The wonderful place and staff at "The Bingham House"
I am so impressed with Bingham House! I recently came across this venue after having complications with my previous wedding venue due to COVID. Bingham House has been SO accommodating and communication has been very fast! (my fav) Hayley has been a dream to work with, she has been so patient with me and all my questions! I am so excited to have our wedding here in November! It is such a beautiful and intimate spot, perfect for our family and friends!
Beautiful, historical spot for a wedding or event! I provided Audio/DJ/MC/Lighting services for an outdoor patio wedding ceremony and indoor reception. It was probably 103° that day, but their reception hall had amazing air conditioning to come into! Looking forward to doing more weddings and events there.
The entire staff from the restaurant to the pool keep it top notch. The food is great and the menu changes to keep things interesting. I love spending time with my family at E.C.C.!
Bingham House! This is the perfect venue for your wedding. The staff led by Karen and Bill were on point. Great communication and attention to detail. The food (we went with the fajita package) was awesome. The reception room and decor were very classy. The Bingham House is all inclusive (food, DJ, flowers, photographer) are included in the already reasonable price, and their partners were equally great to work with. Highly recommend!
Everything about this Club rocks! The team is fantastic, and the company is great. I'm not a golfer, so I can't comment on the courses themselves. But the club offers different dining options, high quality fitness options, networking events, and much more.
I was the best man at a wedding this weekend, 8/17/2019. First off, the venue was beautiful. I would like to thank Karen and her husband for working so hard to make my brother and sister-in-law's wedding as amazing as it was.
Parking was very easy to access and it was right next to the house so you did not have to walk a long distance.
The yard where the ceremony occurred was beautiful. Everything was trimmed, flowerbeds were cleaned and blooming. The front where they did their vows was so gorgeous. There is a chandelier that hangs over them with vines and tall bushes behind. Now we were at an August wedding but surprisingly, the temperature was very nice since they have high trees/bushes that blocked the sun as it set.
The courtyard that was behind the ceremony had an adorable well that was decorated with flowers and a balcony where the Bride and Groom were introduced after the ceremony. Karen made sure that every area where quests would spend time, was clean, decorated with floral and made up beautifully.
The reception area was perfect for the size for the wedding. It did not feel empty or too crowded. The DJ and bar area did a good job maintaining the songs and handing out drinks.
I was there until the end of the night and Karen and her husband stayed until the very end making sure everything went smoothly. They were so kind to me and my mother. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking in the area. It is well worth it.

Cute country club tucked in the heart of McKinney. Gorgeous place to relax, grab lunch, and play golf. Their menu does not have a huge selection but the food is decent. The decor and amenities are phenomenal!
The Cotton Mill is a very versatile space for anyone looking for a historic/industrial feel. The courtyard area is great for a wedding ceremony and outside reception/cocktail area. There is so much space to explore and the location is very convenient. I've photographed multiple weddings here and it's always a great time for everyone involved!
We LOVED having our wedding at the Bingham House! Karen and her staff were so helpful and made our wedding day BEAUTIFUL and simply amazing! Our guests loved the awesome views of the entire property and the landscape gave way for STUNNING photography. The planning was so easy and smooth with all that Karen did to make it stress-free for us. The food was also incredible and all of our guests loved it! You will not regret having your wedding here! It is the perfect place to celebrate your special day.
