There was no hot food when I got there. There was no ice for the sodas. The slushee machine barely worked. The concession stand seems like they hid in the back. It was dirty. The plus side was my kids got extra jump time.
Lots of fun for kids to come and hang out. Only issue is you can buy an all day jump pass unlimited time but they will give you the wrong wristband and you will constantly have to remind them and get new wrist bands.
So... this was an experience. It seems like there are no supervisory adults at this place. There wasn't enough staff to monitor the plethora of people. The space was overcrowded. The snack bar wasn't able to give out receipts and proper orders. Orders took 30 mins. By the time the kids were finished playing their socks were dirty. Nothing was clean. The bathroom was decent... cleaner than the main lobby floor. Not recommended.
As of 27 Dec 2023, this place is run down and needs new management. They’ve almost stopped entirely any maintenance or cleaning. Less service and activity, same high cost. Photos attached:
- Large swinging arm obstacle has been removed and is now a wide open pad of concrete.
- The large dodgeball section was closed due to a torn trampoline. This is a huge section and significantly reduced the play area.
- A whole lane/section of the obstacle course was empty. Nothing hanging.
- Floor was dirty with trash visibly sitting on the carpet.
- The treadmill game was available for use, but should have been closed due to significant safety hazard with missing piece.
- The iWall game wasn’t working and the screens said the license expired.
All of this just indicates that the management doesn’t care at all about their product, but they’re happy to take our money because we’ keep paying. Not going back here again until all of this is fixed.

I had a ball with my grandkids, but I must have been crazy to be running and jumping with them. I surely paid for it the next day.
Great place for kids to have fun and get lots of exercise. My kids always have a ball and have been going for years. I gave it a 4 as it's upkeep has not been great and lots of dirt in between sides of the equipment, and foam looks a bit run down. They could use a refresh.. kids socks were literally dark brown after one use.
Great place to bounce :). My 4 and 6 years old slept very well after 5 hours of running around.
We hag G host are party. She was so sweet. She made sure Mason and his guest were attended to. The place was clean, pizza was great.. all good vibes for the big 9th
I love this park. It has so many beautiful plants, with names. Dog training, playground equipment, basketball courts, and inside swimming. Nice people.
Not too crowded so the kids were able to interact with all of the obstacles
I had a small birthday party for my son here last week and it was a great experience. I went out of the way to get a party package so that we could have a room. The room was big (bigger than what we needed) but clean and private. My host was Skylar and she was nothing short of amazing. My guests came late which went into our jumping time so my son was alone at first but Skylar went around with him and that was nice of her. She showed him around and watched him jump/participated with him until the rest of the kids got there. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very nice and courteous.
The kids had fun; the whole place is about medium sized so it’s not easy to get lost, you can keep track of your kids very Easily. I went on a Monday, and it wasn’t too crowded so that was great. Everyone had enough room and space to jump and play. We went a little over our jump time but none of the workers were rude about it. Even the manager was extremely nice and courteous when I checked out to handle the rest of my bill. I didn’t get his name but he made sure to ask if the party went well and did we have fun. He was very nice.
The only thing I took a star away for was the bathroom. It wasn’t as clean as It could have been, there was water all over the floor which wasn’t ideal for the kids to get around. Outside of that, I loved this sky zone and will definitely bring the kids back to this location!

Had a really good time .. we used Groupon and scored ... but be careful a water bottle will set you back 4 dollars !!! And 5 for a Gatorade... food and drinks I'd pass on ... just too expensive
My experience with sky zone is always amazing. My brothers and my daughter had a blast. The workers are ALWAYS respectful and helpful. There is enjoyment for little children too and they host parties. I highly recommend this place.
Awesome place with a bunch of activities for the kids- some of the activities can be used for the adults and that will definitely bring the child out of them
Family and I just relocated to the area and were instantly impressed by South Run. Staff is exemplary and facility is immaculate. Grateful for a place where we can bring and enjoy our spirited toddler ~ at any time of the day! ☺
Great park with toddler area and older kids area. Plenty of parking. Little free library and benches on site too. Most of the play structures are shaded. Some swings also
I was worried about going to this place because I saw some bad reviews. However, everything turned out great. The staff was very helpful. The place was clean and spacious. All zones were open for service. There were many staff walking around answering questions and help. I have nothing to complain about.
Kids had a great time here, lots to do and very clean... We saw people wiping down the railings and arcade games multiple times when there. They have staff members at every station to keep watch and help if needed. My only disappointment was that the little kid area was closed when we went. I brought my 3 year old and she was really looking foward to it.
As a member, I use only the pool. Since I use it on a regular basis, I took a star off for the absence of dedicated lockers. You need a quarter every time you want to use a locker. There is no way to leave a couple of things in a locker that you can pay for on a monthly/ yearly basis.
Front desk service is very polite and helpful. The pool itself is beautiful. Water temperature is warm and the space has good natural light.

Good place to let the kids release some energy. Its a big trampoline park with lots of attractions but a few were closed. Isn’t too pricey either. There are party rooms which can be booked for birthday’s etc. definitely worth a visit for the kids. Our kids had a lot of fun. Socks came with the tickets.
Our son take swimming lessons here and we are always impressed with the maintenance of the pool. The instructors are always amazing and so kind and helpful. The locker rooms are always clean and sanitary. We haven't visited other areas but I imagine they're just as well maintained.

I've been coming to this pool since I was a baby. Staff is always nice and informative. Pool is usually kept to very clean standards. The kids section could be cleaner, but I can't complain too much about cleanliness. I'm sure the staff has stepped up their game since my last visit. They usually have high standards when it comes to being sanitary. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a nice indoor pool, spacious playground for the kids, well kept fields for sports and practice, nice gym, fitness classes and training, racquetball, and overall good quality rec center!
Had the most amazing birthday/Pool party in their rental rooms. The staff had everything set up and ready for us upon arrival. The pool was a great temperature and very large with varying depths which is great for the little ones. The facility is very large and there’s even a walking trail around the lake behind the Rec center. After family and friends raved about how great the party location was, I’m considering a membership!
The Best! A very friendly place. Super clean, well equipped gym. Beautiful pool. Great trails and fields. Awesome, helpful staff. There is a first class personal trainer in the gym named Linda. If you're older and need help with training and/or nutrition, Linda B is the person you want.
