The library has a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and helpful for all ones needs, from the comforts of a place to seek knowledge, learn, and find refuge, even. To to it all of, the library staff and Librians are resourceful and helpful to visitors.

This is the best out of three librarys that i visit in Md. Hillcrest heights the sercruity makes you uncomfortable. District heights have open space and the children are in the same space as the adults which is very noisy. Oxon hill by far is my favorite. Keep up the great work feels like home to me

I’m not sure why PC Country has such messily library hours, not many cafe and work spaces, yet the lowest test scores in all the suburbs surrounding DC (Fairfax, Arlington, Montgomery etc.). It makes no sense, having to driving around trying to find a place to study in this county. Librarian greeted me seemingly proud that they did not open until 12 today. What are the librarians doing in there that they don’t do in the closest 5 counties? They are no bigger with more services. I hope PGC gets their priorities together.

Friendly staff. Great kids area for interacting with other kids. Plenty of computers for small print and copy jobs. Ample parking. Of course, a great selection of books relevant to the neighborhood.

I felt like I have been given the round around at this library. All I wanted was 2 documents printed for my 2 boys' homeschooling. I did ALL the instructions that's circled in white to the T and today on 10/4/2022 I come to pick them up only to find out there's "another set of instructions" in order to print them.....seriously?! I was NOT told that yesterday and I feel like I was talking to a brick wall when you kept asking if I had it on my phone, when I repeatedly said, "the files are too big to be on my phone." listen!! I felt like no one wasn't really helping me when you could see how stressed out I was, and was having trouble connecting my laptop so I gave up and left. Everyone needs to be on the same page so you don't give someone one thing while another person says something else. Will never go back!!
