Top Public librarys in Paramus, United States

I like this library I come here all the time but the fact that one of the employees was looking into my car is unsettling. I was waiting for the library to open literally a few moments before it opened. What reason do you have to be all up on my car window with your hands cupped trying to look inside.

Amazing library offering innovative, engaging and free programming. The staff go out of their way to help and create valuable experiences for the community. The youth programs are especially great. A gem in Paramus!

As an avid reader, I enjoy visiting libraries. The Paramus Public Library is outstanding in so many ways: the friendly and knowledgeable staff, spacious rooms with comfortable seating, creative displays that highlight current trends and topics...and much more. Highly recommended.

Oh I've been living in Paramus for about 30 years now & the events this town hosts are just awesome, we love this town!!

The library is very nice and looks like a great place to study. However, the librarians are soooooo loud. Everyone in this library is loud. People are having cell phone conversations and shouting across the room. Not a good place to study at all which is very sad considering it is open until late and has a nice set up… Will most likely not be back. The 3 stars are for the hours of operation and because it’s a pretty library and decent size.

It’s always loud. I have gone there to study but even the librarians speak loudly across the room. I walked in early and was told there was an event going on and no computers were allowed. I asked if there was somewhere I could sit. I was rudely told “another library”. I would not recommend this library if you’re looking for a quiet place to study or read.

Great place to study although staff and patrons can be loud at times, just bring headphone with you when you come in. It's also kinda bizarre to have the restrooms locked at all times and you have to get keys from the counter. Otherwise, people are nice and friendly.
