Giving poor customer service by failing to greet people, asking intrusive questions when helping with library cards, and making people wait while finishing up personal story times are the circulation desk workers strengths. Never any issues with the adult services desk and the workers there are always extremely polite and go out of their way to remain helpful! Dissatisfactory interactions with the circulation desk staff shouldn’t stop you from using the library & it’s wonderful resources such as museum passes and library of things!

Happy to find that the old Dollar Store converted into a library. Librarian should better provide a quieter environment since it's a library! The space is just one open room and parents are talking not in their 'indoor' voice and children running around like they are at a playground! The librarian in the adult services, talking in her regular voice. She can be heard clearly 50 feet away. This place is chaotic!

Our library has a great selection of free entree museum passes. Library card required. I just got the
Intrepid museum to go with the grandkids this weekend.

Rudest, meanest woman with a long blong curly WIG .Head of library staff .Won't allow staff to HELP patrons out with reasons why u come to a library for !!!!. Terrible customer service .not all just her. !!!and karen is just as bad and unqualified as the manager is

The Union Public library is a great place to find books. There’s a wide variety selection from kids books to YA novels. The people there are all so kind and understanding. It’s a really great place and I can’t wait for their new building to be finished!

Great space even though it's a temporary location.
Staff is super helpful for any information or authors you're looking for.
This library has a ton of programs for all families.

The staff of this library are the best, always knowledgeable and helpful. They deserve a better place to work, with heat and a/c that work. Libraries educate the whole town, all ages, and we should have a library that we can all be proud of. So happy that a new library is on the way!
