Friendly and very helpful customer service. I have three rescue cats that were feral as kittens. It can be difficult to administer flea treatment or medication, at times they get nervous or don't like being handled. The staff at the Addlestone branch were incredibly helpful with tips and advice, as well as knowledgable about which products I could use which would allow the least upset. Highly recommend the Addlestone branch and their staff. Well done :-)

More praise for ‘Pets Corner’. We visited the Addlestone branch of the chain last Friday (16.02.24) for our Cavapoo’s (Dobby) grooming session at Dogwood. As we walked through the door, we were welcomed courteously by a young lady with a beaming smile and a genuine ‘good afternoon’. Unfortunately, we did not take note of her name, but she was operating the store’s till from just before 2.00 pm onwards, and was there when we came to collect Dobby after 4.00 pm.The store, as usual, was bright and well-presented; it is clear that the staff take pride in keeping the shelves neat, well-stocked and enticing to the eye. After we dropped off Dobby at Dogwood, we decided to view the dry food for dogs (we have been considering an alternative for a while) and our attention was caught by ‘Yora, Crunchy Bites’. This range is a source of animal protein but its is based on insect protein rather than meat or fish. The young lady was immediately at hand to provide some much-needed guidance. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and positive, selling the Yora product with consummate ease. She is a credit to your company and should be highly commended for her efforts and service. We will be returning to your lovely store very soon. Well done Pets Corner!

The people there are always lovely and helpful. On a Saturday there is puppy hour and it is always very good. The pet groomers are also very sweet and the store in general is very nice

I was treated very well via email and in person by the workers . However, they have a horrible service to my puppy, they did not dry her and didn’t brush her properly , because “she didn’t let them” . My dog is a 5 month old Pomeranian who never acts up, so I don’t understand how she did not allow them to dry her . At the end, she was wet ,still was unclean and smelled bad.

The team that work in this branch could not be more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A bit shout out to Kaitlyn who recently kindly helped with a replacement harness and return of one that was too big. Faultless and friendly customer service. Thank you

Our second time with Dogwood Groomers......great service lovely staff . Can't comment on price as we were let down at short notice and we opted for location and comments/reviews left by previous clients for our first visit. We are so satisfied that we won't be going anywhere else .

The store is always immaculate and well presented. The girls are super helpful and trained to a high standard. My cat Lovebug is the happiest he’s ever been after the girls helped me find a natural food for him called McAdams.
