This place is great and the people are professional and really nice.
A New York vibe…
Was in LaCrosse for a girls weekend. Purchased tickets in advance by phone for the Celtic Songs & Stories (St Patrick's Day weekend). Nice venue with the exception of needing to go from 2nd floor to the basement due to bathroom renovations. There was an elevator (yeah) but it was poorly placed for guest use (bet it mostly gets used as a freight elevator) and the location was not well marked on the 2nd floor. The program host was gracious in explaining the necessary inconvenience for the ladies and a very generous intermission allowed for a bathroom break. Overall, the facility was clean, well maintained and the chairs in the performance space were very comfortable. Acoustics were fine for a small venue event like this. Also got to do a quick check out of the current art exhibit in the main gallery space on the 1st floor.
We saw a wonderful production, Batboy, in their black box theater. The cast was fantastic! The singing was sensational! So much fun, as well as some tears. Great performance!
Fantastic theatre and wonderful performance! The Odd Couple was so well done and so much fun! Looking forward to their next production!
Went to see Malevo there it was awesome.
Watched a friend perform in Batboy at the Black box, it was a great performance and a really cool venue.
Very nice theater, friendly staff, lots of leg room and comfortable seats.
Very nice venue and spent the evening listening to some of Don Weber's life experiences. Like most things Mr Weber is involved with, it was very enjoyable.
We attended Cocktails & Cabaret at the Pump House. The performance space was incredibly small and seating very tight. There is only a center aisle, so no matter what you must disturb many people to come or to go.
Beautiful, warm and welcoming campus. Arts.program is outstanding. The program Hosted a lovely reception for husband and wife artists Frank and Denise Gosar. Titled Desk and Table, a must see before it leaves the area.
Lori Line was great. The place was great, The location is great. That's alot of greats
Been to many productions at TWC. Amazing local talent from sets to crew!!
Attended a performance there recently and it was a great experience. It also had a small art exhibit there which was nice. The seats were comfy and the crowd were very respectful of the performer and other attendees.
AWESOME Wizard of Oz play. HIGHLY recommend. 🎶👍☺️

Such a great venue. You sit almost on stage, who could ask for more. Instead of just watching, you are more a part of the show. Very inviting, they greet you before and after the show. Have been to 2 shows and can't wait to go again.
The show was amazing and I really do dig this building. I have a bit of nostalgia for the old community theater, but this new one is pretty awesome.
A great experience. The Marine Corp band was unbelievable. I'm so glad that I was able to take part in this.
Lovely intimate concert hall where I got to listen to a flute and piano concert!

Live show of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Small theater as it is an old church. The Show was awesome, the venue was fine and they performed wonderfully within the space they had. Seats are old and uncomfortable but that was expected. Decent air flow. Can't wait to see more shows here.
Always a great experience! It's a beautiful theater with ample, comfortable seating and good sightlines to the stage. The bar could use a little expansion. There is often a long line, even during seating. However, the staff did a great job getting through the line and were super helpful.
We saw a wonderful production of Fiddler on the Roof. The cast was excellent as was the singing. The facility is spacious and modern. Great place!

Saw the Rocky Horror Picture Show and it was so so good! Super intimate theater setting that made it really fun and interactive. I loved it.
Nice facilities, but need to upgrade restrooms to accommodate the expected crowd sizes.
This is such a beautiful space and they have our voice and piano recitals here for free!
All the staff at Cappella Performing Arts center were very helpful and responsive while planning my wedding ceremony there July 15th. You truly can’t beat the charm and character this building has. If you looking for a sophisticated yet quaint and charming ceremony location in lacrosse…look no further. Did I mention they were willing to seat up to 400 guests? Air conditioning kept my guests comfortable on a sweltering July day. The stained glass windows are to die for. Can’t recommend them enough!
Beautiful place!Huge windows facing the Mississippi River, with a wonderful view. Incredible seating and performance area.Right downtown with great parking.
Weber Center is home of Community Theatre and Viterbo University Theatre Arts Department. While not Broadway caliber, the productions are generally quite good. The Venue is modern, seats are comfortable and an important asset to the La Crosse community.
Nice art centre with rotating exhibitions. There was a photography display and a drawing display there when we visited, plus a Boys and Girls Club display upstairs.
The layout is easy to walk through and has some interactive points. The info points give great background on the artists and their techniques.
This is not a huge building, so you can pop in for a bit while you are in the area and enjoy the art without having to set aside an entire day for it. The rotating exhibitions mean popping in regularly to see the variety. It is a great addition to the area and we enjoy it.
Beautiful building, the newer location is nice. A hidden gem in downtown La Crosse accessibility is very nice must see if visiting la Crosse
Great venue for performances. Not a bad seat in the house. Plus nice relaxing views of the Mississippi for before/after show or just intermission.
This is a Beautiful Venue. They also have a kind heart. I just had an event there for Special Needs , they had a blast, and the parents were so happy. Thank You Capella for making these special kids smile
This is becoming a fantastic fine arts music and event center. I'm excited to see this place grow. It will become a great asset for the community.
We went to an evening theater production here. It was entertaining for sure. I think a little leg room would have been nice but the chair itself was comfortable. What I thought made it awkward is that if anyone during the performance needs to use the restroom or grab a drink, you'd be on the stage with the entertainment. No intermission! Thankfully no one at the show we attended had to make their debut in the play but surely it happens. They do offer you beverage selections before you head up to the performance.

This is a quaint theater in an old church. Went to the skit Church Basement Ladies. 😁😉😎😏
Pump House is such a beautiful asset to the La Crosse community. I’d recommend checking it out, whether you’re just visiting the area or a local. The exhibitions are smaller, but they’re cycled through quickly. We went in February for an Artist reception and it’s already time to make time for Pump House again, they’ve got their new featured artists up. Excited to see the new exhibition. Friendly staff. Cozy environment. I’m looking forward to joining a paint and sip class as soon as it aligns with my schedule. Make sure to check out what they’ve got going on around the time you plan to visit, because they’re doing cool things!

What a great performance of Basement Church Ladies at the Muse. Delightful cast . They engaged the audience . Great set details Kudos to Vicki , Don and cast!
We have enjoyed a few productions recently including beauty and the beast and magic school bus. My daughter also attended a no school day camp option and had a great time!
For an art and/or theater lover, there isn't a finer destination in La Crosse.

From the rotating exhibits in the downstairs galleries to the student exhibits on the balcony, there is always something interesting and thought-provoking to gaze at.

The theater choices are top-notch. Dark, light, funny, dramatic, and everywhere in between. And, when there isn't a play running, you will probably find some of the best musicians stopping in to play some intimate engagements on their Midwestern tours. If the Pump House has a production running, you would be hard pressed to find a better way to spend your evening.

Finally, the classes, discussions, receptions, film viewings, and everything else the Pump House provides truly make it one of La Crosse's most invaluable gems. There is always something happening at the Pump House and it's always worth your time and effort.

UPDATED 3/12/23 - CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES- Buckle your safety belt because this show is HILARIOUS, relatable, guaranteed you will envision your own Church ladies in the personalities of these four! Just when you think you’ve seen it all, Mavis cracks you up again. We saw it last night, just s as few seats shy of sold out. No bad seat in the whole place (but thank you Vickie) we were front row. My face still hurts from the two plus hours of smiling and laughing. DON’T MISS THIS SHOW, it is clean, child friendly, adult humor………ORIGINAL POST-La Crosse, WI —if you haven’t been to the Muse yet why not??? Seriously what’s wrong with you? We’ve been going for years and haven’t been to a dud yet. This is some seriously hilarious theatre with amazing local talent. This is small business at its best, come in sweats, suit and tie, or heels (hell wear all at once) they won’t judge! Is a quaint lil theatre where you’ll be close enough to watch the performers sweat! So happy this crew survived the pandemic and are open to entertain again. The new show starts early March (Church ladies) we’re driving 3 hours one way to see it….
Great show! The seats are a little tight! Liked that the upper level didn't make u feel like you were going to fall on your nose!! Could use a few more bathroom stalls on the upper level, but I will come back!
Beautiful new event center! Charming old church that has been refurbished into a great place to hold concerts and other events.
Great performing arts space and wedding venue.

I was at the center for a wedding on Saturday and a silent film on the following Monday. What they are doing with the space is great!

For the wedding there was a huge space for the bride to get ready and the chapel area is so pretty. Their piano is gorgeous.

For the silent film I was impressed with how well they had the flow of people and they had free popcorn.

I'm really excited to see how they develop this space and what other performances they bring in. I will definitely be coming back.
OMG this place is sooooooo COOL. So much history, yet a modern vibe with the remodel and events. Love love love the variety of performers and uniqueness. Super excited to see what continued progress they make!
We recently had our wedding reception here and we had a wonderful experience! Allison and the staff did an amazing job to help us through the process and made our day so easy. We got many compliments from our guests about the space. It is beautiful here!
The play we watched (Ella Elephant Puppet show) was very joyful, and it lifted our spirits after all the things going on on the news. They had a great view of the river out the window and there was no trouble in getting to our seats. This was a great place to go after a long time away from theaters.
I've never been in the black box theater. It's very close and intimate. We saw The vagina monologues which made it a perfect venue.
Great show!! Not a bad seat in the house! Trailer Trash Christmas was a fun musical to watch.
Beautiful theater! Affordable tickets and concessions! Great staff! Great accommodations for handicapped. Thank you all for a great date night!
